Extremely pleased with overall service. Initially toilet repair had minor problems with flushing after service appointment . We called this morning and problem was rectified 4 hours later. Value was acceptable. Friendly and knowledgable service individual. Prompt service.

This company wanted to charge 335.00 dollars without any taxes to repair a single handle delta shower faucet. The actual work consisted of replacing 2 black rubber seats, and 1 o-ring. That's all my shower needed to stop it from dripping. This company really needs to re-examine its pricing. Instead of telling you that the service call is 85 dollars they tell you how much the service call is without tax (79 dollars). That I thought was a little underhanded. So I ended up paying 85 dollars for the service call. I just can't believe how much this company wants to charge for changing 2 black rubber seats (such a simple repair). I do not recommend this company all they want is your money.

Price gouging. This company's price estimate was extremely high, MUCH higher than price quotes received from other (highly rated) companies for the same work.

I gave this company 2 stars (not lower, despite my main concern), because they did reply in a timely manner when contacted, which was appreciated.

Always price compare with multiple companies. (The other plumbing company we chose charged a much lower rate (something reasonable & expected), did their work competently, and they used good quality parts.)

Sean came out to start up my evap cooler. He did an excellent job was friendly and professional. He recognized a problem with the belt drive and made sure it was corrected. The cooler is nice and fresh and works nice. I would recommend this company. You better get going starting to warm up!!

We had a shower cylinder break in our guest bedroom. They fixed that issue & then replaced the guts of the toilet to stop it from running constantly. All done in 90 minutes. They clean up after them selves. Come when they say they'll be here. It costs what the estimated cost was. They solve our HVAC & Plumbing needs.

Without a doubt, First Rate is an honest and reliable firm.

We hired them to replace our 20 year old HVAC system (2 gas heaters and 2 refrigerated air unit) with heat pumps and new heaters.

The project took 1 week and everything works great. The County inspector was very complimentary of their work.

The quoting process was educational and worthwhile.

Andrea and her team are great to work with. We recommend them without hesitation.

Rated 6 out of 5 stars if we could. No heat and the coldest night of the year: we needed help. From Andrea to Jake and crew, they all were exceptional. We received prompt, competent, and do it right the first time ""First Rate"" service. They did not cut corners and were credible throughout. They did not try to take advantage of our situation. Very rare treatment in these troubled times. We can highly recommend.
