The owner came out on a Sunday promptly, showed up when he said he would and diagnosed the problem in a friendly and informative manner. He fixed the problem and gave us a bill which was more than fair. It was a great experience and we will use Cactus again when we have a problem.

Let's be accurate. You booked me for Monday 1000. I called your technician at about 0800 to confirm he was coming at 1000. He told me that he had been sent to Rio Rancho and would be back about 12:00 noon. I called another plumber at 0930 and then called you to cancel with Whitehorse. You did not or could not get to my house for a 1000 appointment on Monday.

Our kitchen sink was completely clogged, and I called Whitehorse Plumbing. Shaquille answered my call and came out within an hour. He took care of the problem then cleaned up after himself. Excellent service for excellent price. Highly recommend.

THIS COMPANY HAS NO REGARD FOR YOUR TIME.
I called this company to fix a clogged pipe, and they came that day and fixed it. Also told me I should get a sewer scope, and they seemed nice enough so I scheduled it. They never showed up for the appointment, and a couple hours after they missed it, I called and was told they were busy and made an appointment for the following day. The following day they missed the appointment AGAIN, and after a couple hours I called to tell them not to come and they said they were busy but were on their way. After the sewer scope I was told I needed to replace the pipes from my house to the street. I'm a believer in second chances so I scheduled the appointment for 10am the next day. AGAIN they no-showed. After a couple hours I called them and they said they were on another call and that it would be about 4pm that day before they could be there. I said okay, but by 6pm they still hadn't showed. They finally called and said that they weren't able to get to my house until 1130 the next morning. So we scheduled that. They NEVER SHOWED. I text them, got NO response. Had a family member call, and they said they would be here after their current job. It's currently 628pm and I still haven't seen nor heard from them. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
