Hard water ate through a lot of plumbing in my home, so Richard has been here many times. Over the years, he's replaced a water heater, three toilets, at least one faucet, and all of the shut-off valves throughout the house. And I've never had a problem with his work. Whenever I've called, he's scheduled an appointment quickly and showed up on time. He explains the problems and outlines the potential solutions clearly. He also uses Square, so credit card payments are fast and secure. Highly recommend.

I called Richard regarding a problem with yellowish colored water coming out of my new bathtub diverter. He spent a significant amount of time with me on the phone to discuss the issue. He was able to come out the same day and fixed the problem by replacing a galvanized bushing that was connected to copper which was causing rush. He also fixed my toilet that didn't have a strong flush. He worked quickly, and did a great job explaining everything to me. I was very pleased with his service, and highly recommend him!!

I had Richard come out and put a new expansion tank on my water heater in may 2015. We'll my copper pipe on the side of the water heater started leaking. I left messages for him, but no call back. I called Quality Plus Plumbing, they came out and told me the expansion tank was broken and whoever put it in, did not put in a shut off valve!!! I paid Affordable Plumbing $325 for this part & labor. The part is $40. I can't believe a license plumber would not know how to put in a simple part. I am very disappointed and would not recommend Affordable Plumbing, and it's not AFFORDABLE!!!!! Also charged me $600 for a recirculation pump....

I called with a severely clogged sink from thanksgiving potato peelings and Richard came the same day. He not only fixed my clog but fixed the poor piping job the previous owners had done that were not up to code and thus were the constant source of poor drainage. He did a beautiful job amidst a filthy clog and kitchen and fixed it all in about an hour. Amazing work and such a pleasant man. He's my new go to plumber for sure!!! Highly recommended!!
