Richard saved the day!! Our drain was clogged and I called him this morning and he was able to come within the hour and fix our drain.. Took him some time to get the drain cleared but he cleared the blockage. Very reasonable cost as well. Highly recommended!!

I had a seemingly simple bathtub faucet leak but recalled in years past, this job was a little more difficult than I was comfortable doing given my skill-set. If I made a mistake, I would be without water throughout the house for an unknown period. After reading Yelp reviews, making a few phone calls, and trying to get someone to call back (this leak was not critical, just persistent and I wanted to get it fixed while my time permitted), Richard called back and discussed my problem. He had me text a photo of the hardware to him, identified the hardware manufacturer and verified he had the necessary parts. We scheduled an appointment for that evening. He called a couple hours prior to the scheduled appointment saying he could come earlier -- which was fine with me. 20 minutes later he was at my house and completed the job satisfactory within 90 minutes. While working, he explained what he was doing and if his ""fix"" didn't stop the leak he discussed other potential (more complex and costly) solutions. In the end, he stopped the leak and it has been fine since. Cost for the time and parts seemed reasonable. I was happy to have the job done.

Called them Sunday to fix my water heater told him the problem and he said he would order and have parts over nighted to fix it on Tuesday. He calls me Monday morning and cancels saying that they won't let him order parts because he not standing in front of the water heater even though he had model and serial numbers for it . Sounds like bs to me . .. had a guy come out from castle plumbing who fixed it for 97 bucks instead of the $350 I was quoted from this flake

Wow, based on all the positive reviews I decided to give them a call. The person was rude and curt with me. He didn't seem to have time to listen to what I needed. He spent all of 15 seconds on the phone. A business needs to be willing to listen to its customers. If he doesn't listen on the phone to a new customer, how will we be able to trust the price and the work? First impressions are crucial! I'm sorry that at 7:30am you were already having a bad day, but I didn't deserve your rudeness.

Great service! I called Richard regarding my kitchen sink leaking. He came out next day right on time. He was easy to talk to, even talked to my toddler lol. The repair was made over a month ago and haven't had any other issues. If I have any other plumbing needs I will definitely be calling Richard again.

Hard water ate through a lot of plumbing in my home, so Richard has been here many times. Over the years, he's replaced a water heater, three toilets, at least one faucet, and all of the shut-off valves throughout the house. And I've never had a problem with his work. Whenever I've called, he's scheduled an appointment quickly and showed up on time. He explains the problems and outlines the potential solutions clearly. He also uses Square, so credit card payments are fast and secure. Highly recommend.
