I found Affordable Plumbing services on yelp and contacted them ( I had very low pressure with hot water in both bathroom showers). Mike responded very quickly and suggested a few things I could try to fix the problem via text. He was very patient with my questions. I sent him a few pics and he annotated the pics back to me to help me check the tankless water heater. He was under no obligation to help me without an appointment, but he still did. I was able to fix the problem within an hour, continuously consulting with him. Highly recommend.

Five star all around for Michael at APS! We needed a kitchen clean out and he was the first to respond with a reasonable price. We played phone tag but was able to get everything set up by text and he arrived within the time frame promised. Very friendly and professional! It's a rarity these days to find honest and reliable service providers. I contacted Michael and several other plumbers this morning because my main sewer line was backed up. Michael responded immediately and after a few minutes of conversation he asked me if I had contacted the city to see if the clog was from their end. I didn't even know this was something I could do and would not have known if he didn't inform me.

The city came out and was able to fix the issue from their side. However I am so impressed with this company's honesty. Out of the 10 plumbers I contacted he was the only one that suggested this and it saved me a bunch of money. I will definitely be contacting AND referring them to friends and family for any future plumbing needs.

Mike responded immediately when I texted him about a leak and showed up at my door in less than 2 hours. He diagnosed 3 separate issues (instant hot water tank needs replacing, primary bath toilet wax seal, and hall bath sink stopper stuck) within 1/2 hour. He showed me which hot water tank to order, fixed the stuck sink stopper, and made recommendations for toilet which did not cost me anything (even though he could have done the work I thought I needed and charged me for it, instead he gave me advice that saved money.) I trust Mike.

Michael did a great job fixing our toilet this afternoon. He was on time, wore booties when he came in our house, he was super friendly, and best of all he fixed the issue quickly and explained what he was doing every step of the way. When he moved the toilet he even brought me in to take pictures of what he found so we could keep it for our records. Very professional and thoughtful! He finished the job quickly and cleaned up after himself leaving no trace that any work had been done. I'm glad we found our go-to plumber. Honest and knowledgeable what more could I ask for?
