We have two showers with obscure-brand Cifial thermostatic cartridges that had worn out and needed to be replaced. After trying another provider with no luck, I spoke with Mike. Mike was able to identify the problem, remove the old cartridge which was extremely stuck, replace and restore the first shower to working order.

The second shower required some tile cutting and we called Mike back a second time. Unfortunately the replacement part, that I had ordered, leaked. Mike did as much as he could, showed me how to fix the rest when a new part arrived, and even coached me through a few questions later.

Both interactions with Mike were excellent and I'll definitely be calling him back the next time.

I have a Hansgrohe shower valve that was leaking. I got the replacement cartridge, and found out that many plumbers either wouldn't work on Hansgrohe or couldn't do it right.

I found Mike here because his profile says he works on Hansgrohe. I texted Mike for his availability. He replied promptly and gave a reasonable quote. On the day of the job, he texted me prior to coming and showed up in the time frame he promised. He wore a mask and put on covering for his shoes before entering the house. He was able to complete the job in about an hour. He ended up having to do some extra drilling due to the way the shower valve was initially installed, but didn't charge extra. Overall, a good experience and I am happy that I contacted him.

Michael was great! He came out to our house and before he even knocked on the door, he had gloves and a mask on and then put on booties to come in the house. He knows his way around everything plumbing. Even though he was working on a brand of kitchen faucet he hasn't worked on before (hard to believe), he was able to find the problem quickly and fix it. He even had enough spare parts in his van to fix a problem we didn't realize we had (legit problem, nothing he created like some other plumbers).
