Kerry came recommended on Next Door, and I will be keeping his card. After a different plumber stopped responding, we contacted Kerry to fix an issue with our fridge's water connection. He was helpful, and very thorough in trying to find the problem. Since he diagnosed the problem isn't with with water line but the appliance itself, Kerry gave me a few ideas on how to fix it. He was polite, a clean worker, and made sure I understood what was going on. I will use him again.

Kerry came out quickly when my water heater stopped doing it's job. He was able to replace a component rather than replacing the whole water heater and saved me a lot of money and hassle. he waited utility he water heated up and the burner turned off to make sure all was functioning property. Second time I've used Kerry in emergency situation, second he came through for me! Thanks Kerry!

Never again. We used KERRY reliably for five years. Paid him thousands to fix our gas line. He fixed it .....but cut our brand new sprinkler line to save time, hides it, and then never returned any of our calls. Guess that's how he repays loyal customers.

Kerry is a true professional. He answered my call promptly & scheduled me for the same day! He let me know that he had 2 appointments & would be free around 3 p.m.. He asked that I text him my contact information & he'd text me about 30 - 45 minutes when he's done with his previous job so I had a better idea of when he'd arrive.

He texted when he would be about 30 minutes from completing his current job - GREAT!
He arrived early - FANTASTIC!
He looked at the issue and diagnosed it immediately - TERRIFIC!!!
He didn't charge his hourly rate for coming out to handle my issue - wait what?? It was a simple loose garbage disposal screw that caused my 'drip' under the sink. - AWESOME & AMAZING!

Kerry came out for a diagnostic for a leak in an upstairs unit. He charged me $1300 for fixing the leak. 3 weeks later, the downstairs unit reported same leak coming thru the ceiling. I called him in. He said: this is not my unit. this is not my leak. You did not ask me to check the downstairs unit. This is a different leak. I would have charged you more than $1300 for also fixing this leak last time. The problem is he did not even find this leak. All the sheet rocks were patched up and I had expected him to have fix the leak. He only did half of a job and fixed the obvious. But he charged me for diagnostic fee. Now, I have to pay a new plumber new diagnostic fee and money to fix the leak he did not do last time, as well as pay to get the wall patched up again. He is so lousy at what he does. Worst part is he does not owe up to his responsibility and workmanship. I will never use this company again.

Outstanding! On time, friendly and efficient. My kitchen sink was backed up and I was not having any luck in unclogging it. My wife asked friends if they had any suggestions for a plumber and they gave us Kerry's info. We called and he said he would be at our house @ 9 am the next day. He took a look and let me know what was needed. I had to replace my disposal last year and when I did I was not able to connect it to the drain pipe correctly because it was all cut to specifications and the one I installed was a different size. He cut the piping and replaced it and connected the disposal correctly and then ran a snake through the drain line. Everything works great now. It took him about an hour and it was worth it. He is affordable just like the name says. I would recommend him to anyone and will not hesitate calling him again if necessary.
