I had someone come out in Aug and they replaced the pipes under the kitchen sink and took out the disposal, 2 months later, someone noticed water under the sink [the board is warped] and come to find out the pipe is not glued together that is why it is leaking. What plumber does not finish there job? Called the office and explained to them and was told they could not come for over a week and would charge me. All it needs is there pipe glue. That should have been done in the first place . Really? You cant come and put glue on this for over a week?? Really?? I wont use them again and will tell my story to everyone I know. l have to replace the board on this and there better not be mold underneath because of there negligence!!!!!!!!!

If their customer service is anything like their driving etiquette, I wouldn't even bother. I had one of their plumbing vans behind me today on the highway tailing me way too close for comfort. I was already going 72-75 mph and could not get over at the time. I decided to take a photo, which I was super happy I did because now I have photos and videos of the driver repeatedly flicking me off and continue to follow my car as close as he could.

I own a child care center and called them for a stopped up toilet. They came out, took the toilet off and said they needed a machine and would be back that same day after 3:30 (we close at 6:30). A little after 6pm, we called them and told them we would give them the code for the front door if they were coming later. No one came and no phone call. 8am we called the next day. The lady taking the call claimed to be the owner and was extremely rude. She didn't try to rectify the situation. Blamed us for kids being in the room next to the toilet. Didn't take responsibility for zero cominication and for leaving us with a toilet sitting on the floor. Disgusting way to do business. Unprofessional and rude. How do you treat others like this?

I was hard on these guys because I was expecting shady plumbers, but they were good. Re-piped my entire house after a slab leak. They were dependable and did a solid job.

Best experience with a plumber ever. They were on time, efficient, clean and yes affordable. We had allot of work to be done and could not be happier with their service. Tim and his team were top notch without top notch prices. They did a great job.

I called with a flooded bathroom at 8:57 am on Sunday. When I hadn't heard back by noon (3 hours later), I called again... and was told, """"You're fourth in line. No, we can't give you a time estimate, but we'll have them call when they're on their way."""" They still had not arrived 12 hours later, when I begged my neighbor to let me use her bathroom, as mine was still flooded. The next day at 1pm, (27 hour after I called), I simply HAD to use the bathroom, so I went to the library. They showed up while I was gone, without calling, and -- according to the neighbors -- had been about to leave. (NOTE: I was gone from my home less than 20 min, and had been waiting for them for 27 hours.) One man shop-vaced up the standing water in my bathroom, while the other dealt with the pipe. The man with the vac? Took the (used and damp) bath mat hanging on the edge of my tub, wadded it up and shoved it in with my clean towels, before dumping the (dirty) water from the shop-vac down my TUB instead of my toilet. (They also left debris all over my floors, both in the bathroom and in my daughter's bedroom, where they had to go to access the drainpipe.) The man working on the pipes? Went to great lengths to repatedly call my neigbhor an """"animal"""" (and make very sure I understood he was calling her an animal) before he left. What he DIDN'T do? Bother to hook the pipe back up correctly inside the wall. So when I went to scrub my sink (which was filthy from having dirty water come flooding up out of it), the water that should have gone down the drain ended up on the floor... but the pipe under my sink was bone dry. It came through the walls, where he left the pipe unhooked. On Thursday, I finally had to leave my home for several hours, from roughly noon-5. They called once while I was out, I explained that after waiting at home since early on Sunday, I was finally forced to leave my apartment to take care of some things. (That's right: Wasn't even able to go to work during this time!) He said no problem, call them when I got home. When I got home, at 4:40 pm, I called back, and was told it was too late in the day. I was instructed to call the office first thing in the morning. At 8am this (Friday) morning, I called and got a very rude man who couldn't understand why I was a.) bothering him, b.)upset c.) unwilling to accept """"We'll try to get out to you today"""", on Friday morning after having already waited since Tuesday. He clearly expressed that since I was not at home when they called me yesterday (Thursday), they had no further obligation to do anything in terms of rushing or giving me priority. At 10 am, I hadn't heard from them, so called back. I got the same man, who interrupted me while I was giving my info to yell, """"Aren't you the same one who was on the phone with me five minutes ago?"""" He challenged my story, demanding *I* explain to HIM why his plumber didn't re-connect the drain pipe the first time he was out. At this point, I admit, I lost my patience and said that his plumber was incompetent, and too busy explaining that my upstairs neighbor is """"an animal"""" to do his job correctly the first time. I then said, """"Why don't YOU tell ME why he didn't do his job correctly when he was here?"""" He told me to quit calling and hung up on me. The attached is a photo of what they LEFT inside my walls.

Failed the inspection over and over. Still no building permit. Co owner has a terrible mouth over the phone. They don't answer any form of communication (email, phone messages). Do not hire!!!!

They sent a plumber to my house to unclog a shower drain and ended up breaking the bottom hinge of the door. The plumber left the shower door half open and dangling at an angle and left the house without saying anything about it. I called the office to complain and the woman asked me if it was possible that the door broke by itself. When I said no, she then asked me if it's possible that the door could have broken by itself in a few days because it was old. She was very callous and condescending. I called back and spoke with the owner who agreed to replace the door. He later changed his mind because the door cost too much. He said a replacement door would cost $500, and a minute later he said it would cost $1,000. When I pointed out that he said $500 just before, his comment was """"who is going to install it?."""" I bought one at Home Depot for $126. This was an awful experience. They distort the facts to fit their own reality while treating you like trash. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!!!

I called Affordable Plumbing Company of Jax requesting someone to come out and snake my drain. It was about 11a. They said ok but they couldn't tell me a time. I understand not being able to tell me an exact time but they would not even commit to afternoon or evening. I stayed home all day waiting. About 4p I called to see if they had any better idea of when I could expect someone. They said I had two calls ahead of me. Ok, I thought it will be later than I thought but they'll probably be here by 6-7p. At 8p I called again to see if they were even still working. The operator told me she would call the repairman and have him call me. When I went to bed at 1a, I still had not heard from anyone. I thought they would surely call me the next morning, apologizing for not calling or coming. As of 2:30p, I had not heard anything. I'm still having a problem but I surely will not call this company again. Be courteous is the first rule of business. I'm sure they could have at least told me it would be late in the day based on the workload they had and calling or texting with updates is not an unreasonable expectation. BUT telling a customer that you will have someone call you back and then doing no follow-up, is inexcusable. If you need work done, don't call this company!!

My experience and interaction with Affordable Plumbing and it's owners was horrible, but I want to share my honest experience to prevent someone from having the same. Below is my experience. Accidents happen and are navigable. Lacking integrity, respect, and care for your customers is not. -January 2022 a pipe failed in our home, causing immense flooding -A friend recommended us to Affordable Plumbing Co (APC) -APC on call plumber was very helpful, capped the line, and provided a plan to address the issue -APC owner came to complete the work, which in his professional opinion did not match his on call colleague -After completing the repiping, he called me. I shared the concern that I was expecting what plumber 1 had described and we agreed upon, to which the owner assured me this would be a sound solution -I paid $1,500 for the work -Weeks later, we recognized a slow leak in the bathroom causing ceiling damage -APC fixed the pipe, and because repairs from previous flooding had not occurred yet, I agreed to not require any aesthetic repairs to the damaged ceiling -April 2022 the pipe that initially failed and was repaired by APC failed again causing additional flooding -Originally back on call plumber returned to correct the failed pipe, where he confirmed it was their work previously completed but was unsure of why -I called the owner to share the situation and see how he planned to remedy the situation, which I remained 100% professional -He yelled at me, hung up on me, and proceeded to call me shady--implying that I may have been dishonest in my involvement or handling -After connecting again, I made it clear that I would be having my home repiped with another company, and I would like to be reimbursed for the $1,500 paid previously, or at least what was fair -APC offered a discount for repiping that I made clear was already completed -I have called and emailed nearly a dozen times to try to resolve this and have received no response
