If I could shut this place down I would in a heart beat. They are of no use nor help! When you call to tell them how awful the service was and how nothing was resolved they talk over you, are rude and combative. They don't care what you have to say and will charge you ridiculous amounts of money to legitimately tell you there is nothing they can find or do. They were hired through an equally awful warranty company yet I had to pay them $325 plus a 6% fee for a leak detection that was never completed.

They had 3 techs, 1 being in my bathroom for over 30 minutes and clogging my toilet up, in and out of any and every door in my home like they were children playing a game of tag. When the first tech arrived he showed 40 minutes before the other 2 and walked into my home and told us he has no idea why he was even there or what he was supposed to be doing. Laughable.

So we call yesterday about our money being refunded after WE found the leak in an area they NEVER LOOKED!! We were told Buddy would call us to resolve this matter. NOONE CALLED! So we called again this morning, they acted as if they didn't have any knowledge of the call the day before.We were transferred to an absolutely awful woman whom refused to disclose her name, obviously to hide after being so ugly. She refused to listen as we were PROVING her and her techs were and are WRONG and we firmly stand behind wanting our money back as they did nothing but waste our time, a/c, cause more issues and left us high and dry.

Absolutely terrible company and we will be furthering our frustration when we take them to small claims court for the time and money wasted on their unmet and incomplete services.

All yall had to do was do right by the customers whom use your company. Instead you rip them off and continue to make things worse by placing unprofessional, combative and frankly disgusting women on the phone to do your dirty work. So sad.

I will make sure everyone knows how yall run your company and how you treat PAYING CUSTOMERS.

They were sent by the home warranty company. I paid over $1000 to upgrade the hot water tank and get it up to the NEW Oklahoma Code. Now the dang water line that they installed connecting to the hot water heater is leaking. They were rude when I called and refused to go out and fix the problem. They want me to got back through the home warranty company for them to go fix something they never fixed properly to begin with. I will never use them AGAIN. If my home warranty suggest them I WILL DECLINE. I should have read the reviews and not listened to the home warranty.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. To start off the technician who came out to assess the issue about beat down my door when he showed up, scaring the hell out of me and my dogs and then when I opened the door he swung his foot at my dog like he was going to kick him. That's just how this started. I put the dogs outside and he came in. He was one of the rudest people I have dealt with since being in Oklahoma. I showed him what the problem was and he said well you need to pay me for the service charge then I will go file this with the Home Warranty. I paid, he filed and said he was waiting on approval and would be back later in the day. Next day comes and no word so I call and it was like pulling teeth to finally get the lady to tell me the warranty company denied it but they would be more than happy to come fix the broken P-trap for the AC condensation line in the attic for an additional $500. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and terrible troubleshooting from the technician. I am now having another company do the repair on my own for $150 instead of the $600. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have removed their FB page because of a 1.5 rating out of 5 and have 5 complaints with the Better Business Bureau in the last 3 years. Horrible company.

I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with this company as they are contracted through my home warranty program.

After scheduling an appointment to fix a water leak and waiting a week, they arrived 2 hours into my appointment window today - without a courtesy call letting me know they were inbound. I work from home and was in a meeting upstairs upon arrival.

When the technician arrived, he knocked at the door, and supposedly called me (which I never received, even though I have my phone on me.) Long story short, I ran downstairs as the technician drove off and immediately called the dispatcher in an effort to have him notify the tech.

The dispatcher told me there was no way to call the driver back (even though he was still on my street and I could see him) and that the company does not leave voice messages or provide a courteous call when their technicians are enroute.

I'm absolutely irate - do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. If their customer service is any indication of their work, you'll end up disappointed.

I had an issue with clogged main line. I go through the home warranty company and was assigned to this one. It's not the first time I have been assigned this company. Almost every time its been frustrating! This time, I had 2 gentleman come. They tried to air snake the issue and couldn't get it going through my toilet line. I let them know of the location of my cleanout in the backyard. They walked my property and came back in. I was told that they would have to go through roof vent because my lines were directional(??) and that it wouldn't be a good idea to try to go from my main cleanout.

Well, home warranty doesn't cover the almost $300 they would be charging me to do this service. I'm not a plumber so I chose to not argue and see what they could do about working with the home warranty on resolution. I shouldn't have to tell the plumber what to do. They told me Thursday that they would contact home warranty to see what we could do. When they didn't by Tuesday, I reached out to the home warranty company for follow up. The home warranty person called and the person who they talked to told HWA that they tried the cleanout and they couldn't get it to go through the means they tried, that they could only go through the roof. Home warranty tried to close my case! I had to fight with the home warranty company that the information that they were given was highly inaccurate and explain my side. Issue was resolved today by another local company. Guess what they used?? My NONDIRECTIONAL clean out pipe to clear out the large root tail in my line! Every time I have used this company, I have had to try to MAKE them do the job that they were sent to do! At least 2 times they have threatened to go through my roof vent. I understand my problem isn't a ""big job"" and may not be on their top priority but its a ""big deal"" to me to have my main bathroom accessible!

ALD was assigned my case from warranty company for a water leak. Once they came out they said 100% not a water leak and was a sewer leak under the foundation and would have to submit for approval from warranty company to scope with camera and inspect. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing I called my warranty company and they followed up with ALD. ALD told them we had no leak and that we demanded a camera be ran and that there is nothing wrong with our home. Basically they were here for 3 mins took my money and ran. Now I am having a second plumber come out to reevaluate why have have water coming out from where my brick meets the foundation!

Scheduled through American Home Warrantee. Talked to the plumber to call when he arrived at the house as my wife was teaching online school and I would have my brother let him in across the street. They came and stayed for 1 1/2 minutes and then left according to my cameras. I talked to two people on the phone they were rude. Refused to send plumber back out even though it had been less then 10 minutes since they left. Demanded that I show them proof that the plumber did not stay longer. Waste of my time. If their plumbing work is like their customer service. DON'T use this plumber.

If you want to waste your time and be insulted by the office personnel, this company is for you. I waited all day when I was told they would be at the residence between 8am-1pm They showed up at 4:10pm and claimed they could not get in the gate. I called the tech back 3 times @4:15pm he would not answer the call. I think people forget that you have a choice when you spend your money and that they are providing a service and not doing you a favor! This is strike two. You won't get a third time. Read the other reviews. Don't waste your time with this company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Absolute worst company I have ever come in contact with! Their technicians don't know whether they are coming or going! I seriously think they are trying to scam us and our home warranty company!!! I would recommend staying far far away from this company, beyond rude and there are soooo many other options in Oklahoma City and Edmond, simply call the next company on google, avoid this company at all costs!

My home warranty company picked them and by looking at the reviews it is evidently clear they are running a scam!!!

When they first called me they said they were going to come out the next day (01/16/2020) so I call them and the man on the phone was so rude and said nope they will be out the following day (01/17/2020) and I said why is that, when you spoke with me on the phone you said you would be out today (01/16/2020). And the man said that was never ever agreed on and I said are you kidding me? I literally remember talking on the phone and you told me that y'all would be out today (01/16/2020)!!! Then he tried to say that we talked on the phone earlier today (01/16/2020) and we agreed on tomorrow (01/17/2020) and I said we have NOT spoke on the phone once today!!! I have been waiting on a phone call all day, I even called you today (01/16/2020) at 2:05pm and no one answered my call!! He then ""remembered"" that we spoke on the phone yesterday (01/15/2020) and that's when he told me tomorrow (01/16/2020). Then he went on to say that we missed our appointment and that they called us several times and knocked on our door! I believe that they came to the door because they ""tagged it"" and he saw our cameras but I do not believe he knocked on our door or called us because we were home all day!! And I have ZERO missed calls from anyone from that company and I even tried to call them!!!!! I believe he showed up and ""tagged"" our door so he could collect his $75 service fee and then left without trying to call or enter the home!

I believe this company is trying to scam you and the home warranty company!! And after reading all of these reviews I wouldn't be surprised If the warranty company is in on the scam!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Avoid this company!!! Office staff is beyond rude, takes days to get on their schedule- they came out twice before actually doing the work. Took several days every appointment- not fun if you can't use one of your bathrooms. They will give you a time to show up and then show up holate. They say it'll take one day (well it would've if they showed up on time instead of doing two half days). I had to re arrange and cancel things I had to do because they can't show up and get it done in a timely manner and then when you call and ask ""hey, your guys were supposed to be here @9am and it's now 11.. are they coming or what's going on because I took a day off of work for this?"" You get attitude and they act like you're bothering them by calling. We will never ever use this company ever again even if that means not using our home warranty. We will take our money else where.
