Purchased a 1950s home recently and found that the irrigation had been shut off for some time and much of it was old and not functioning properly. We had a ""neighborhood guy"" get things going again, but had some leaking valves and other issues that I wanted to have a professional handle, so I called Saul.

He came out for an estimate and we discussed the valve replacement work we wanted done now, as well as future irrigation and lighting work. There was a little back and forth with the appointment scheduling, but once we finally connected, I felt that Saul did an excellent job. He completed the work quickly for the estimated fee and took the time to walk the entire property with me to review the work. He's professional, polite, and reasonably priced.

Saul was great. He came on super short notice and programmed my controller and inspected my sprinkler heads and valves. I had him out because I just overseeded and watering with the hose was out of the question! He also guided me on general lawn maintenance and fertilizer for my lawn as well. Great guy and prices  are very fair for the quality of work and knowledge. Will be using him again for future work.

Purchased an old house circa 1948 in November. Been busy so let the grass, hedges and vegetation simply grow out of control. Furthermore realized I had some sprinkler heads that needed adjustments and/or replacement. Read Saul's reviews on Yelp, knew he was the only guy to call.

Saul responds to Yelp messages quickly. He will meet with you, provide a more than fair price. He is beyond easy to communicate with.

We agreed to start at 2 PM today; however, his guy was here much earlier. Early is always a plus. They got to work and did a 5 star job cleaning up my messy landscaping and/or yard. My house looks so much better. I'm so pleased with the results.

Have numerous landscaping and irrigation projects I need attended to. I will only use Affordable Irrigation Tech moving forward. Clear why they have a solid 5 star rating on Yelp. Good hardworking guys that deliver customer satisfaction - simple enough.
