It's sort of ironic that his name is ""affordable"". Quoted me $180 to drain my water heater, which is much more expensive then other places. Other quotes were all around $100. He may be good but you'll pay the price.

Baldo took my call at 9PM on Sunday night; was willing to come out, but we decided for him to fix a broken irrigation pipe early Monday AM. He was polite, businesslike, quick and well-equipped. Offered to come back later if there was an issue: there wasn't! 90 day warranty. Stuck to his estimate. Eliminated a headache that could have taken me multiple trips to the hardware store

If you need an all around handyman call Baldo. You won't regret it. Our water heater broke down which caused quite a bit of misery to our family. Having no hot water is a nightmare. We called Baldo thru Yelp. He came and examined what's wrong. We felt his sincerity. He discussed what should be done and how we can prevent this trouble again. He also gave us some household tips on how to keep a house safe to live. His fee is reasonable. We are glad to meet Handyman Baldo. Thank you Baldo.

After my last handyman moved out of town I looked around yelp for a new reliable service, and am glad I contacted Baldo.
He has now been out for two different jobs in our kitchen, and has done a great job both times.

Baldo did an amazing job refinishing my two bath tub. He turned the two old, stained, dingy, tub into something bright, shiny and beautiful like brand new! He also explained to me how to take care of my tub going forward and his job comes with warranty.

When I called him (only once) he picked up the phone and told me that he will call me back and he did call me back and we discussed the details of the job and pricing (which was very reasonable). He made room in his packed schedule, rather than make me wait for the first available appointment in a week or two since the glazing will only take a day. He confirmed my appointment after a day and he arrived on time on my scheduled appointment which was very professional. He clearly takes pride in his work and customer satisfaction is his priority. He's a nice and polite guy too!

I'd hire him again definitely on my next project! I am glad I have found a Handy Man like Baldo that I can rely on!
