A neighbor was having a mystery leak. Called David who happened to be in the area and was there in 30 min. Mystery leak found, turned out to be a water heater. Issue fixed. Professional, courteous, knowledgable. YAY!

i always think that reviews may or may not be legitimate . I assure you this one is .in fact i never write reviews but this guy just gave me such great service i felt i needed to help other people who are looking for someone good. In the past 2 weeks I had dealt with three other local plumbers , ALL OF WHO left me hanging in one way or the other . i called Water pros after looking on Yelp . i left a voicemail and Dave and he called back quickly . he came to our house within 2 hrs. , diagnosed , gave me a great quote and fixed the leak on the spot ,within the hr... now thats getting the job Done and fast . thanks Dave !!!!

Let me start off by saying NEVER insert a plastic bag at the end of a pipe to stop dripping when you unhook a water softener. It can cause big problems! After three different plumbers were sent by our home warranty company to try to fix the low water pressure issue we had throughout our home and none were able to figure it out or help, we called on David. I wish he was the first call we made. David came out the next morning (even though it was a Saturday) and went right to work to find out what the issue was. He tried everything he could (even blowing nitrous through the pipes) before making the determination that holes would have to be cut in the celing to find the blockage. Even that was done with precision as he was very conscientious and methodical with where he cut. Eventually the cause was found, an HEB bag that had been sucked through the pipes when the water was turned back on and made it all the way to our kitchen before getting stuck! Who would have thought that the painter trying to stop a drip while epoxying our garage floors could have wreaked such havoc on our plumbing. Lesson learned, next time just leave systems in place and paint around! David was working at our home until at least 9pm getting everything squared away. He knows what he is doing and will be who we call for any future plumbing needs. I have already referred him and will be recommending him to anyone in need of a good plumber!

I talked to David on a Wednesday and he came out the same night to give me a very reasonable estimate to replace my two 40-gallon tanks (one was leaking) with a tankless water heater. I called him back on Thursday and he was able to schedule me for a Saturday installation. Everything is working great and I no longer have 80 gallons of water stored in my attic. Thank you Water Pros!

David was very helpful and came out the same day that we called. He gave us a very reasonable estimate for replacing our water heaters (much lower than the other company that we looked at). We also had a shower/tub faucet that was broken. Another company that we had contacted told us that they would have to shut down the water to the entire house in order to just look at it and that we might need additional parts. David offered to look it over while he was at the house and fixed it in 5 minutes. He also didn't charge for this since we decided to get our water heater install with him. I have had many bad experiences with other plumbing companies and am very happy to report on a good experience.

The Water Pros team did an outstanding job. Contacted on a Tuesday and they were able to install on Thursday. Worked all day Thursday to make sure we had hot water that evening. Very professional! I would not hesitate to recommend for all your plumbing needs.

I spoke to David a few weeks ago and he was very helpful with answering my questions. A couple of weeks later, I call him to schedule service. He said he'd be out the next day, unless I got a call from him because of a job somewhere in Downtown Houston that would cause him to have to reschedule.

I didn't get a call, so I expected him the next morning around 9AM. I waited; no show. No call either. I tried calling him the next day (maybe I got my days mixed up). No answer. Left voicemail. No call back.

I guess some folks are just too busy, but a phone call would of been nice.

This is not a review of the work- I wouldn't know because they haven't been able to get that far. I called for a quote, and we set up a time for them to come take a look. No show- I had to call them to see where they were, and they ended up sending someone else at the last minute. One week later- no quote, so I called back and left a few messages. I finally got a return call (apparently the guy was out of town and didn't bother changing his voicemail), and he said that he just got the info and would look it over. Then he said he needed to come out himself and take a look. (Hm, didn't we already try that?) So apparently he came out last week to look, but I still haven't heard anything back. I don't expect that I will, and I wouldn't give them the job based on how unorganized things have been just trying to get a quote.

I recently needed a hot water tank repair and I knew what repair was necessary based on a home inspection report. I called several big name companies and not one of them would give me a quote over the phone. I just want to know if its going to cost $100 or $1,000,000. I understand why they don't like to give quotes but I just wanted a ball park idea, still they wouldn't even think about giving me a quote. But The Water Pros did. Dave actually gave me a quote over the phone, thank you! They were able to schedule the same day if needed, they showed up on time, the tech was very professional and courteous. And the bill was exactly was Dave quoted.
