I had David and Preston install 2 tankless hot water heaters. They worked at my home for over 10 hours to make sure the job was completed in one day. They left the area as clean as when they started and were always professional and kept us up to date on their progress. Jennifer at the office was very knowledgeable about the process and procedures calling us beforehand that they were on their way. I found this company to be rated higher than a 5 star if possible and would suggest you try them at any time as not to be disappointed.

Current tankless water heater malfunctioned. Called and got a friendly voice (Jennifer) who said she'd get back to me immediately after checking status of her technicians. She called back immediately and said he could be at my home within the hour. I certainly didn't expect that. Technician (Gio) arrived at stated time and checked unit. Discovered it needed a new electronic board. Unit is was 17 years old so I inquired about possibly installing a new unit instead of repairing an older one that had an unknown limited life. He gave me a fair quote so I decided to just replace the unit. Jennifer called from the office immediately after the technician left. She advised me that Gio could install the new unit the following morning. Again, the technician showed up on time and efficiently completed the installation. Fast, friendly, fair and efficient service. I'm impressed. Well done!!!

This would have been the third time I would have done business with Affinity. I called Tuesday and scheduled them to come out Wednesday between 4 and 6. When 6 came, I called and left a message. David called back at 6:23 to say he got busy and forgot to call. What was worse was that he said he could not get to me for the rest of the week! Wait, what?! Good customer service would have been to get me in and reschedule someone else. After all, I was on the schedule for Wednesday.

They SAVED me $ 3,000. If you need help with a Tankless Water Heater - LOOK NO FURTHER! I had issues with my water heater b/c the temperature could not go above 100 degrees. My first plumber told me that i needed a new circuit board or a new water heater. The second plumber wanted to charge me $ 325 for a diagnosis. I found Affinity Plumbing on Angies List. They came over and was able to fix the issue with my temperature in about 30 minutes, saving me at least $ 600 for a new circuit board or $ 3,000 + for a new water heater as the other plumbers advised. They have REAL EXPERTISE in Tankless Water Heaters and are honest and professional. They are my NEW PLUMBERS! They deserve an A+

Called Friday morning to get my electric tankless water fixed and scheduled a 2 to 4pm appt with the plumber. He came around 3pm and I received a call 20mn early to let me know he was coming soon. The plumber and his associate were professional and completed the repair properly. Initial estimated cost was reduced due to the type of electric tankless water heater I have. Which was a pleasant surprise.

Overall fair, prompt and got the job done.

Awesome! These folks are the best. We were replacing our roof from Harvey and Affinity coordinated their install with the roofer! They really cared about us and our home. David is extremely knowledgeable, and Jennifer the person who schedules makes every effort to pinpoint a time when David will show up. We had a tankless water heater installed. We had one before, but our builder refused to put one in when we build our home. It was time to change out the tank so we went tankless again. It is lower on gas bills, and the water does not have the dirty sediment that the tank one has. We went with a Rennai. The install in the attic was clean and neat. It does not make noise. David did an excellent job--and more...he rescued an injured Hawk from our front porch, and Jennifer took it to a Raptor center to save it's life--this was above and beyond plumbing. Such caring folks! I would have given 6 stars if I could.

Completely unreliable. Will make appointments and never show up. There are no calls either before (telling you he won't make the appointment) or afterwards.

I called Dave yesterday to help fix my water heater. He showed up this afternoon, fixed the heater and was both extremely nice and professional. If you live in the Cypress area, and require plumbing services give Dave a call.

Wow!

So in this day and age this is very rare! I called the Water Pros because our hot water tank was making a popping noise periodically after running the hot water. I had called around about getting it flushed out and was quoted 180 - 250.00 for a flush out. I spoke to David at Water Pros and he told me as long as the tank is not old that I really don't need to spend the money. My only option if I wanted to was to install a water Softener. So instead of coming out and charging me money he gave me a free consultation over the phone. I will be using this company in the future because they were honest with me and candid about my issue. Very rare these days!
