If I could give them a zero I would!! I have NEVER dealt with such rudeness with a technician. He repeatingly was snappy, obnoxious and kept answering me back when I didn't know how to clean the filter of my dishwasher or how frequently to do.
I would NEVER recommend this company..

This is my first review on Yelp and I was compelled to write this more as a Public Service Announcement to warn customers about this fraudulent company. After having ordered wrong fridge parts and having me wait for 3 months the technician Mike arrived. To begin with he takes out the right part but incorrect color. Goes on to tell me that this part isn't really needed once he saw it was the wrong color. Does a terrible job ""fixing the fridge"" that is still unfixed as of now. The entire time he was extremely aggressive, rude, obnoxious and uncouth. He presented like a Thug posing as a ""Fridge repair technician"". When Mike did not have an answer to my questions regarding the fridge, he would reply with rude and absolutely irrelevant responses. He took it personally and thought he was being challenged when you ask him any sort of detail behind his ""expert diagnosis"". He essentially is a man (being generous here by calling him that) who lacks essential product knowledge, and his skill set is extremely limited to his limited knowledge. His demeanor and attitude make him unqualified to speak to customers. He essentially is antagonistic, comes to your house baiting you to start an argument and lacks basic decency at a human level. My German Shepard dog has way better manners than this thug. Do yourself a favor and avoid AF Services like the plague that they are. They are essentially running a scam where they collect from Sears/Lowe's etc. to provide Extended Warranty Services to the customer, while providing ZERO service to the customer. If you are Lowe's/Sears reading this...this company is costing you loyal customers that you will never get back. AF Services and their thug technician don't care about losing customers as these are NOT their customers, but corporations like Lowe's and Sears need to care. If they plan to stay in business. AF Services is a lawsuit waiting to happen and a liability to any entity or person who makes the mistake of doing business with them. And Mike if you are reading this...PLEASE take a shower before you make house calls.

Sears dispatched AF Services for a washer repair / service.
Mike arrived. He addressed the issue as well as how to
maintain machine in a healthy and safe condition.
He was informative, insightful, polite and I would request him
or company again.

One star is too much!! I have had no dishwasher for a month & a half! On the day scheduled for repair, they waited until the end of the time to call & say they couldn't come until the next day. When the repair man showed up he determined it was the computer--it's a top of the line Bosch. He said it would take about a week to get. I've called them several times--long wait; phone not answered; rude woman--acted like she couldn't care less. She finally said they were waiting for Lowe's service for the go-ahead to order it! Numerous contacts with Lowe's; they call AF but get no answer & have sent numerous emails--all unanswered.
About 6 years ago Sears sent them out on a GE dishwasher. There were plastic pieces in the washer arm. AF repairman told me I had done something to get it in there & had to dig it out! Sears/GE finally replaced the dishwasher.
If your warranty provider uses AF, immediately request another repair service, since ""service"" does NOT belong in their name!

This is hands down the very worst service company I have ever dealt with. Save yourself a nightmare and DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them!

AF Services Repair services literally has THE worst customer service.
Through the Sears Home Warranty plan we were asked to schedule an appointment with AF Services Repair. Even to schedule the initial appointment I had to call them 3 times to no avail. Then, I e-mailed them and finally an appointment was scheduled. An impatient technician named Mike who was extremely rude said he will place an order for the parts and AF Services Repair will contact us to schedule a followup within 7-10 business days.

It has now been 19 days and I finally got a hold of AF Services Repair and someone named Elaina said that the service ordered were closed and that I need to contact 'upper management' to figure out what was said in the report. They did not even bother calling us to let us know that the service orders were closed.

If you can, please find another business to work with, AF Services Repair has one of the worst customer services I have had to deal with. The lack of professionalism was apparent from scheduling an appointment over the phone and the bad attitude from the technician named Mike.

This company is exactly why home warranties are a waste of money. Some dude came out from their company to look at our microwave. The guy was the most disgusting person ever. He smelled like a fresh turd. They never fixed the problem and refuse to correct it. Stay away from this company!!

If I could give them no stars, I would. Absolute WORST customer service EVER. They play games about when they can come fix your appliance and when you call to lock down an appointment, they put you on hold forever. It's been well oven a month now and my appliance is still not fixed. Save yourself some aggravation and go somewhere else. If your warranty company assigned them to you, ask for another. Avoid them at all costs!!

Run far away. I am so disappointed in this company. You can never get them on the phone. I am constantly put on hold for thirty minutes at a time with no contact, it just goes to the music playing. Their communication is so poor and I have waited weeks at a time for repairs. Sears constantly refers them through our policy, but I am about to cancel it.

If you own a kenmore product do not use this company. Ask Sears for somebody else.
This Company is a disgrace to any legitimate appliance repair shop.They gave us two appointment times on Monday and never made it to any all any. No phone call. Nothing. They electronically rescheduled for Wed. I have electronic verification of the appointment window. Again No show No call. I am still working and I wasted two days waiting for nothing.
