Susie M.One star is too high. They deserve a negative rating. They were sent by Sears Home Warranty and provided no service. Literally, the second the technician walked through my door he said, ""You know you have to pay $100."" Ok... Then he looked at my appliance, told me a part needed to be ordered, and asked if I was going to pay the service charge with a check or card. I paid him and he left. He was here for 5 minutes. It's been 2 weeks and I never got a call about when the part was going to be delivered so I called AF Services and they say the work order is closed. They took my money, never ordered a part, and they did no work for me. Now I'm told by Sears I have to start over and open a new service order. FIND ANY OTHER COMPANY. DO NOT CALL THEM.
Tammy G.do not use them! will come out to your hineand qill do the repair. will not call you back or return phone calls. sears use them as a warranty and they do not do anything ither but take your money! i purchased a dishwash with a warranty and the bottom rack cones off. sears was surpise to mail a new obe but never did. sears sent af services out and the texh came without the rack and did nothing! i have been calling, no return call and put on hold for iver an hours! waring, do not use them!!!!

Geo K.IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. This is a SCAM!! I have an home warranty plan, they came out to fix my my oven and gave me a 4 hour window with a promise to call when the tech was 30 min away. They didn't show and didn't call! I had to book a second time with them and AGAIN, no show no call!! I spoke to a supervisor at Sears who then spoke to someone who claimed to be an owner of the company. The promised me 1st appointment.. Guess what? NO SHOW no call again!! They also go by AF Services.. They have NO consideration for your time and the should NOT be in business. Really sleezy operation.
Simon L.WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!! The customer service is horrible, they diagnosed my air conditioner and were not able to fix instead brought up an excuse of someone tampering with the unit without releasing any proof or explanation. They reported the false information to the warranty company. I could never reach the supervisor or the manager of the company nore they hold them responsible for anything. Not only they didn't fix my unit but worse than that they will lie about the issue to take the responsibility to other companies. Stay away...
Erin J.My fridge stopped working and as a single mom I got scared! The company is local and was able to come out the next day. Robert was amazing and helped me know what was wrong with my fridge and how it would fixed. Took a couple days for the parts to come in which is standard, and he came back and fixed the fridge to its old glory!! Thank you so much!! 5 stars!

found technician, owner and supervisors--to be unethical and dishonest. technician diagnosed my refrigerator; and wrote a report entirely different-stating-""the water filter needed to be changed"".
what a lie! called over 2 weeks to get a return call from owner ( who comes in every day after 2), but no call back?
because of the tech.'s report; my claim was closed--and i have to start from scratch---at my expense.
they should not be in business---certainly not with an extended warranty company.
this company- is dishonest, unethical and has very poor customer service! the best thiing they have going for them, is this very kind and apologetic woman that answers the phone.

Jarrett C.Literally the worst company I think I've ever dealt with. Called Sears Home Warranty to file a claim on a non-working Microwave. Sears assigned this company to come out to the property to see what the damage is.
Tech comes out, speaks extremely limited English. (I'm not one of those ""Speak English in 'Murrica"" kind of jerks but I need to at least be able to converse with you fully about the problem.) He looks around thinks he's pin-pointed the issue. He processes the claim and orders the parts. Two and a half weeks go by, he returns by himself to do a two-person job. I have to help him remove the Microwave from the wall, something I'm not capable of doing nor do I want the liability of.
He spends an hour trying to open the back of the Microwave, without any success. I can't understand why he can't do it, because he doesn't have sufficient English skills to explain to me exactly why he can't open it. He tells me he has to tell his manager he needs two people and someone who knows how to open a Jenn-Air Microwave.
The next day, I call the business looking to speak with the manager for a follow-up. I am promised a return call before EOD. A day and a half go by, nothing, then the weekend, then Monday I call again. I speak with a girl and calmly fully explain the situation...two-people, couldn't fix it, let me speak with a manager, reschedule, etc.
She flat out refused to let me speak to a manager on the phone, and promised that 'Elvira' would call me back before EOD (again). No call. She also told me that the company refuses to send out two people to do a job. Tells me the homeowner has to help the technician. I've never in my life heard of a company that requires that. Mind you, I've already paid the $100 deductible and Sears has paid them for the labor and parts and they're refusing to come out and perform the work. There was no other resolution or any kind of attempt to satisfy a very reasonable and patient customer. There was no offer to refund my $100, but thankfully American Express will take care of that.
RUN from these people. NEVER let your home warranty company choose this company as a service provider. These people are incompetent and scam artists.
OMG-I Just read the other reviews since I am motivated to write my first Yelp review ever-this awful company referred to me by Sears Home Warranty for my washer.Tech was here 3 minutes-collected his $75 and left. Took me days & mult phone calls to find out he wrote ""constant overload"" so insurance will NOT cover replacement part. How DOES HE KNOW THAT? It is not true-A single person uses the machine. That note on his service tag has left me completely on my own after years of paying for Sears extended. This office was so rude-some people sounded comatose-Marlon, Ted and Jessica absolutely no help and extremely poor communicators. Manager Elvira (if there is such a person) never available...""no manager here yesterday or today""! Yikes I just wanted a straight answer. SAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Leslie F.This company was sent to my home by Sears Home Warranty to check on my Sub Zero Wine Refrigerator. The technician came out and said ""it's running"" and I said yes but if you set it on 48 it goes back up to 72, so something isn't right. After being there an hour, he gave me a work order, said it needed parts and it would be 7-10 days. Two weeks later, I called to inquire on status and after being on hold over 10 minutes was told the work order was closed. When I asked why, I was told to contact Sears. In contacting Sears, I was told this idiot that came to the house, wrote up that the problem was due to lack of maintenance, so the claim was denied. The only maintenance on these is to vacuum the coils every 6 months, which we've done, It needs service because it's 15 years old and for no other reason. I called asking to speak to the tech or have him call me to understand how he came to that conclusion and neither happened. VERY bad place to do business with. Inexperienced and unresponsive. Sears agreed and is having another company come out to provide service for me, even waiving the deductible. Thanks for nothing!
