I called on Advantedge to run a gas line to my kitchen so that I could switch out an electric for a gas stove. Jason came and provided a very reasonable estimate. While he was here I started thinking about a bunch of other things that I needed to get done and he kindly did some things right on the spot. I took weeks to call them again for the actual gas line job, but when I did they were responsive and made it happen quickly. I again added some other to-do things when they were here--one of them being to replace a toilet of mine. Jason replaced it but I noticed a few day later that the toilet was defective (I didn't buy the toilet from them -- it was a big box store). I called Jason at Advantedge to see what could be done, and Jason came out, uninstalled my toilet and even drove it to the store for me so I could return it. This was all very last minute, but they saw the job through to the installation of my new toilet. I highly recommend Advantedge for any plumbing needs. They have earned my loyalty as a customer 100%.

For the most part, Carlos did a decent job repairing the broken pipe in my home. Would I use him again? Probably not. Doing the job is one thing, but not returning messages is absolutely unprofessional as any successful business in his trade is largely dependent upon building trust with repeat customers and referrals.

I was looking for replacing an 18-year old water heater. It is not broken yet but thinking replacing it for more efficient model and avoid the panic once it broke. Did some research on Yelp and didn't quite see Adantedge initially. I sent a IM out to another plumber but Yelp has this feature that it will send the same request to a bunch of others plumber. A few reply and Advantedge has the most reasonable price. I then started conversation on IM with Carlos and get good info bad. I was initially hesitated due to the couple bad review. Those are all due to no show and not related to quality of work, so I told myself, worst case is that they don't show up. Carlos confirmed they will come the day before and Jason called me the morning before he came. They honored my request for a specific brand of water heater and installed it well. Jason told me he has been in the business for over 20 years and he did do a professional job on the install. My parents water heater is about time to be replaced too. I think I will give them a call back when I get around to do it. :)
