This is an excellent company. I found Carlos a few weeks ago to help my property management client swap out a water heater and they did a great job. I called Carlos again for a job at my own house and he sent his brother Jason over and nephew. They came and did a superior job on a drain cleaning. The customer service from the first inquiry was impeccable. I was notified when he was on his way and he had proper shoe protection as well as a mask as we are in the time of this pandemic. This all started with a clogged kitchen sink. I tried snaking it myself and after two tries and many hours of trying I decided to send out a few yelp requests. With in a few minutes Carlos contacted me with a great $99 / 6mo warranty special they were doing and availability the next day. I was getting requests from other companies for a photo of the sink. This seemed weird to ask for a photo of a clogged kitchen sink. Carlos didn't request a photo. He just gave me what I needed the most.. price, warranty, and availability. During this short period with Carlos he informed me they had an opening same day between 3-5pm. I took it!
Josh arrived a little after 3pm and got right to work. My aged pipes under the house gave him a little trouble but he ultimately won he the battle. Josh couldn't have been more professional, nice, and on-point with his job. He's represents AdvantEdge really well and makes them look like a solid company. Nice job Josh!
After Josh left, I received a call from Jazz (sorry if I spelled it wrong) who was making a following up call. She was great to talk with and I was able to tell her I was one happy customer. Final note for this company and why they'll be my first call when I need another plumber.. this all took less than 3 hours from Yelp request to my discussion with Jazz. Prompt, Professional, and everyone I contacted was unbelievably nice. Solid work!
