Happy to have found this plumbing company - responsive, professional, straight-forward, quick, and reasonably priced.

Jason White Horse has 20 years plumbing experience and helped us get our water filter working, and helped diagnose the leak from our dishwasher. He also saved us money and time by suggesting we buy a new faucet rather than pay for diagnosing and trying to find new parts.

He explained that our previous plumber had not tightened and installed everything correctly, so we were getting lots of little leaks in our kitchen sink.

They have a team of 6, so I can count on them to be available when I need them! The office managers were nice, and they send you little text updates to confirm scheduling and when the plumber is on their way - which I really appreciate!

We reached out to AdvantEdge via Yelp, and they responded very quickly. Encouraged, we made an appointment for 9am-10am the next day. But the next day, they never showed up. They didn't call to say that they would be late or needed to reschedule. We never heard from them. No follow up. Nothing. I guess they just didn't want a new client.

Instead, we found a better local company with a real website who showed up on time and fixed the issue as promised. Now we have a dependable plumber who we will use again.

Customer service matters. We'll never try AdvantEdge again.

Amazing experience with Advantage when I had a cracked pipe that I discovered at 8pm on Sunday night. I received an immediate response to my yelp inquiry even though it was Sunday night and a scheduled 9:00am appointment the next day. Roberto was at my door 10 minutes early, quoted me a fair price, and got to it. A few hours later, everything looked excellent and worked well. I'd recommend and would definitely use again.

Carlos and his brother arrived an hour after our initial phone call and didn't leave till they fixed the problem. Thhhheeeeeeee BEST thus far!!!!! Kitchen sink stop draining , used everything under the sun and still the sink didn't drain !!!. Called AdvantEdge Plumbing on Friday made for today 1/11/2020 . I needed a water line bright to the side of the house in preparation for install of landscape irrigation, as well as install of above ground exterior plumbing fixtures required for irrigation.

Roberto provided a bid promptly after visiting. Then four months went by while I was busy with another project. When I was ready to start, Carlos scheduled the job and Roberto and his team did the work in one day as planned.

The team was friendly, courteous, took great care to do a good job, and cleaned up well. I'm very happy with the result.
