Kory came on a Sunday afternoon to take a look at a water supply line leak. He clearly explained the possibilities for addressing the leak and suggested that he first take a closer look and dig down a bit to investigate. Turns out, a worst-case scenario was averted and he had my family and me back with water in only a couple hours.

Kory was really great - despite it being after 10pm and him almost ready for bed he came over and helped us with a sewage drain repair within 50min - he was fast, courteous and very informative about our drain and sewage setup in our home in addition to clearing a particularly messy drain line.

Kory and his crew were very friendly and professional throughout the entire install process of my new gas line. We are converting from an electric to gas range and needed an increased line size in the garage to the existing appliances out there, then a new line in the crawl space to the kitchen. The piping is super clean and well done, and I love the very thorough documentation via email in both the estimate and invoice. Even though his crew took slightly longer than he expected, he stuck to the initial estimate. Kory's straightforward approach and fair pricing were very welcomed compared to other contractors who came out to bid the project. One day my toilet on the 2nd floor started to to leak through the floor and damaged the ceiling of the downstair bedroom. And the situation got worse very quickly so I made a request over Yelp. Advanced Quality Plumbing was able to respond my request very quickly in the same day. It was identified as improper installation of the toilet flange from my last remodel project 10 years ago. In the 2nd day they sent professionals to my house to remove the toilet, replace the flange and properly made it leveled, and fixed the damaged drywall ceiling, all in 5 hours. The staff responsible for each part of the part came in and out in perfect timing, no only professional for their job, they were very friendly people too. I'm completely satisfied for with 5-star rating.

If you're looking for an honest and skilled 24 hour plumber, I highly suggest Advanced Quality Plumbing. Our water main connector broke and it was a complete disaster. It was a Sunday evening and they came out immediately to assess the repair. Their prices were competitive and they did an excellent job. They were on time and incredibly friendly. They took the time to explain everything they were doing so we understood what we were paying for.  We're actually planning to call them back for another job in our kitchen. I called several plumbers and they all took advantage of the fact that we didn't have running water at the moment and jacked up their prices. Advanced Quality Plumbing gave us a very reasonable price and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

When our kitchen sink was leaking, we reached out to a few plumbers to get a quote. Advanced Quality Plumbing was the quickest to respond and they were home within an hour after the call, to take a look at the sink and give us an estimate.

They recommended replacing the kitchen faucet, and even recommended a particular brand and model, which made it very easy for us to buy it. Within the next 2 days, we made an appointment for them to come over and not only replace the kitchen sink faucet, but also a couple of wash basin sinks in our bathrooms. They were flexible with the timing to come home and replace the faucets, were very professional, prices were reasonable and handled the job in a clean way. Another bonus is that they accept credit cards.

No hot water with a house full of kids is very frightening!! Luckily Advance Quality Plumbing saved the day! I sent out a request for a quote to several plumbers for same day service after our original plumber was unavailable.Trevor responded immediately. He even followed-up and gave me a good rate. Total service took almost 2 hours with great quality of work and attention to detail. There is a 90 day warranty so if anything goes wrong they will come out again. So thankful to have hot water again and not have to wait another day with icy cold water. These guys are legit, I highly recommend them!
