My son bought a condo last year which came with a home warranty policy for a year. He had some plumbing issues and plumber after plumber came out and everyone had a different diagnosis. One plumber did change a cartridge but this did not fix a leak and low water pressure.
I went on Yelp and settled on Advanced Quality Plumbing who told us we needed a new valve, which is what we were suspecting all along. I think that the plumbers that work for the warranty companies get paid so little from the warranty jobs that they only want to do the easy jobs and prefer not to take on the challenges.
I spoke to Kory, the owner of Advanced Quality and he assured me that a seasoned plumber would be out to do the valve job.
Kory himself came out on the appointment day and did the job quickly and efficiently and sent us photos of the pipes within the wall. The water pressure has been restored!
Two days later my son called me to say that water was leaking out of a pipe in the communal garage and he was scared it was a pipe leaking in the wall of his condo. Another contractor had also been doing plumbing work in the same building at the time Kory changed the valve.
I was apprehensive about calling Kory as it was midnight, but I did, and he was sleepy but gracious. He drove to my son's condo and verified that the new valve was not the source of the leak.
I think that that's going above and beyond and we say thanks very much to Kory and Advanced Quality Plumbing.

My house had some washing machine & pipeline leak not the secondary floor. They quickly arranged a professional to help to root cause the problem and fix the issue. They also help find contractors to fix the ceiling hole/paint. Really appreciated the professional service and reasonable price!

We're a commercial building and have recently faced some water heater issues. We ended up calling here because of the great reviews and we were not disappointed at all!

We were lucky enough to work with Jesse, and he was awesome. He walked us through the entire process of figuring out what was wrong and what it would take to fix everything. So professional, so honest, and very timely.
We will most definitely be using them going forward for all of our plumbing needs!

AVOID if you don't want to get ripped off.
AVOID if you have an emergency and expect him to return to do the work.

Spoke to Kory the first time and he answered the phone, ""hello"" and it was confusing whether or not this is a business.

He sent a guy out and the manager asked for a better price. Within minutes, he went from $4,000 to $2,800. Figuring this sounds more plausible...They agreed to this price. Very strange. He said he'd make a contract and come back.

I wasn't sure if he was returning so I called again. Within minutes he started raising his voice. I simply wanted to know what happened and what the price was and what time they'd commence work.

Unfortunately his voice got louder and more hostile and then got to the point where he said, ""guys who haggle price don't pay in my experience.""

The person with whom he spoke has been in business since 1981 and he knows that breaking a 36x 36in square of concrete does not cost $4,000, probably while his price went down to $2,800 within minutes.


Obviously there's some interesting pricing going on here. Not to mention insulting, unprofessional behavior.

This guy sounds like a nice guy and has probably done good work but needs a attitude adjustment. Completely insulting to assume a 50+ year business owner with good standing in the community would stuff him on a plumbing bill.

Maybe his market is ripping off people who don't know the cost of things. BE CAREFUL!!!

I got a broken shower faucet late Friday night. Called around no one is available, until I called Advanced Quality Plumbing about midnite. Kory answered and agreed to come in next morning. He showed up on-time, looked at the damage and explained to me what to be done to fix it, rate and time. I said yes and he started working. Kory is a true professional, quality work and very friendly. I hope I won't have to call him again but he will definitely be the first one I call if I have plumbing problem in the future.

Sewer backup. Called Advanced Quality Plumbing At 10:30pm, Kory called righ back he was great and told me that William would arrive at my place in the morning, William got everything working again.

Had a main line sewer backup. Called HomeServe (insurance company) and they got me in contact with Advanced Quality Plumbing. Kory (owner) was great and told me that William would arrive at my place in 30 minutes. William removed a toilet to get access to the main drain, cabled the drain, and reset the toilet with a new wax ring. Nice guy and did a really professional job. Highly recommend these guys.

Hunter was very professional and kept me informed the whole time he was working on my kitchen sink. He knew exactly what he was doing and when he was done with the job, he cleaned my kitchen sink, spotless.

Kory came on a Sunday afternoon to take a look at a water supply line leak. He clearly explained the possibilities for addressing the leak and suggested that he first take a closer look and dig down a bit to investigate. Turns out, a worst-case scenario was averted and he had my family and me back with water in only a couple hours.

Kory was really great - despite it being after 10pm and him almost ready for bed he came over and helped us with a sewage drain repair within 50min - he was fast, courteous and very informative about our drain and sewage setup in our home in addition to clearing a particularly messy drain line.

I cannot say enough about his service - excellent and will recommend on our Nextdoor blog!
