The water heater on my rental property broke down. My Property manager hired this company, Advanced Quality Plumbing & Rooter, to replace it. Their price was extremely expensive and they did a lousy job on installation. My tenants smelled gas and had to call PG&E to check and fix the issue. According to PG&E technician, water heater was not installed properly and had a gas leak. This company (Advanced Quality Plumbing & Rooter) put my tenants' lives and my property in danger.

They clear backed up kitchen line on dec 01 and after 3rd day again backed up .Called the owner and he was rude non professional and asked we have cleared the line at that day so will not fix again and will asked for 500$ bucks more to fix it again.i asked why why not to fix it at that to correct job done at first place and answer was you have other issues that we do not .I do not know which people are giving 5 start for such pathetic ,non professional service.Total waste of time and money.

These guys are just IT! They show up on time, they do really nice quality work and they are CAREFUL about the house, floors and installation.
And on top of that, the price is GREAT!!

They were great. Randy was on top of things, they snaked the drain gave me some really great tips and a way we went. He was upfront on the pricing and here on time and gone in about 45 minutes. Pricing was totally reasonable.
They were masked, made sure to keep distance, and really respectful.

I used these guys to fix a main sewer line blockage. They had to go through the concrete to get to the backflow valve. They were quick and the job looked good clean-up wise. They only thing was that they left a big piece of rebar sticking out. I ended up cutting it myself. Otherwise, a good and reasonable priced job.

Great service! Had a backed up kitchen sink after dinner and he came out bright and early the next morning. Out of 9 people we called locally, he was the only one who answered and the person who could get here the quickest. Price was reasonable and Kory was super personable and I think my dad enjoyed that, too! He had a mask on and did the job pretty quickly. We also received a discount that we later found on our invoice. So that was a cool surprised! We will be using his service again. Thanks again Kory!

I am glad to change my review from upset to good. The lady at the call center said I would need my boyfriend to call to set up and appt since he is the owner. I was upset she did not ask for my information to see that I am the one who does all the plumbing fixture at the house. I recived a call later apologizing about the lady and I was able to set an appt. They did such an amazing job on my kitchen sink last time on April. I am glad I do not have to find a new plumbing service. So much easier sticking with one. Thank you

Advanced plumbing came out last week when our water heater was leaking. It was only 3 years old so they took the time to do the warranty check on it and we didn't have to pay for the unit!!
They had us up and running in 2 hours!!

The owner replied to my service call. His name is Kory Rushing (company is Advanced Quality Plumbing & Rooter). Exceptionally competent, and took the time to explain the intricacies of the situation that created the problem (poor grading on a sewer line made it susceptible to clogging - no help from gravity). He was quite professional and had a very agreeable personality. I've had a disproportionate amount of bad luck with plumbers in the past. As such, I intend to use him exclusively for any plumbing problems I have in the future. Also, this service call occurred during COVID (April 2020) and he was appropriately careful to maintain social distancing and take proper precautions. Highly recommend.
