to high in price , they don't let you know how much before they start , and they dont haul off the hot water heater when there done taking it out of your house , they leave it right where they took it out , and don't call you to tell you there done or that they didn't haul the old hot water heater and they charge you a large fee , that took them less than 45min. all they dif is unhook unit and put cut off covers over hot and cold flex pipe and took unit out of laundry room and left it there ... WoW

On time- polite- excellent craftsmanship- did not price gouge me- they were able to find the plumbing access to my shower by measuring the center of the house and found it with one small cut in the sheet rock on the first try. They took the time to make sure everything was installed properly in my fiberglass shower/tub combo and saved me about $9,000 from having to rip out the whole shower and pay for a full shower remodel. They additionally cleaned up everything when finished. My shower finally works again after four months of being out of service and having multiple replacement bids. I think I found my plumber. We just bought a house last year in flower mound and tried a couple of plumbers for different issues including a stopped up sewer.

John came highly recommended and we originally had him scheduled to come out to install bathtub fixtures. Then our drain stopped up and he came out immediately the next morning to fix the issue identifying what others had not that there was a hole in our pipe with a root growing through it.

24 hours later John had his out here digging up the pipe. They found some creative plumbing to say the least and identified 3 holes, making sure to fix everything the right way before closing everything up good as new. All of this for a VERY reasonable price.

I highly recommend John and his team.

Kitchen faucet leaking. He told me that I needed to change the sink faucet, so I asked if he could remove the faucet for me and I will install it once the parts arrived. (Note I am a petite and young woman of color) He replied, "You think you could do that? You'll probably break the entire structure." Granted, his skills might have been great, but the poor service will NOT be worth it.
