Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Advanced Plumbing. Since my last experience with them in January, I booked them again. Not long after completing the appointment booking process, they cancelled my appointment. They said they were completely booked *and* my home was too far away.
I believe this was, at best, a case of them overbooking and looking to get out of it. My home and their office haven't moved since January, so it isn't too far away. And if they booked the appointment (via automated system - you get texts, etc.) then obviously they have the appointment available in the first place.
I would have preferred it be handled differently -- keep the appointment, but then inform me that it's too far for next time (if that's the case), or by keeping the appointment and taking steps to not overbook in the future.
The business owner does seem like a god guy and a well known plumber, but the running of the business is important, too, to keep customers happy.

The worse overpriced plumber in town, their looking to scam you , stay away, made the job worse than it was. There is too many other plumbers in town. Unethical is a good motto for them. These good reviews musts be family members.

John installed a whole house water filtration system for us and we couldn't be more pleased with his dedication and hard work. He took his time and when there were hiccups he never complained but did his job with a smile. In short, he is meticulous and expects nothing but perfection in his job. We've used John at Advanced Plumbing Services twice now and we'd gladly call him again. He's always honest and takes the time to show you the issue and what needs to be done to fix it correctly. He's here when he says he will be and takes great pride in his work. Water leaks can be such a stressful issue, but John was careful about his approach to finding the problem and fixing it with as little damage to the walls as possible. I highly recommend!!!

I have used Advanced Plumbing Service for years. The reason is simple, John is a good plumber but a better man. He listens to you and is honest. He fixes the problem and charges a fair price. He has done simple repairs and replaced my water heaters. The first question that I have been asked when I call for service is " is this an emergency". Once it was and I was served the same day at no additional charge. Every time it was done expeditiously and correctly. That is all I ask and is why this company should be your choice for your plumbing needs.

He got to the bottom of the problems quickly and fixed them efficiently with the right parts and his many years of experience. What a difference a master plumber makes! Had a hot water heater installed, a water filter installed, and a couple of toilets repaired so that they would flush correctly. Service was prompt and John even cleaned up after he was finished. He also takes pictures along the way. Emailed an invoice and price quote. He also updated me prior to starting work. I've had other plumbing companies tell me it'd be $700 for the water filter alone. John threw the water filter instal for free. He is a master plumber originally from Connecticut, interesting life story.
