We called first thing in the morning and they scheduled us the same day and even had a cancellation so they came almost immediately.
Daniel was very courteous and neat, came in assessed what needed to be done and completed all work then did a complete walk-thru of all indoor and outdoor plumbing.

I had a water spot developing in the ceiling of the bottom floor of my home. I new our master bathroom was above the spot, but didn't know how water was leaking from there. I feared the worst, that my bottom floor ceiling was going to have to be all ripped out to find the leak. I looked online, saw they were highly rated and had good reviews so I called around 9 am. When I called it sounded like it might be the next day until they could get to me. I explained because the leak was coming from our master bathroom I didn't fell comfortable running any water from that area so we weren't able to use it. To make a long story short, they came out that afternoon, found the problem, and was able to fix it right then. To make sure there wasn't any other leaks, they did have to cut out a small area in the ceiling, so I will have to get that fixed. But there wasn't any other choice for him. To end I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Hello!

The week leading up to Christmas, our hot water heater went out due to a leak and had to be replaced.

We called Advanced Plumbing and Daniel arrived to check and replace the hot water heater.

Regarding service performed by Daniel on 12-20, I was extremely satisfied.

Daniel took the time to give us exact cost up front and all work he would be performing to bring everything up to code.

While Daniel was here replacing our hot water heater, my husband asked me to ask Daniel if he could fix our shower and sink faucets as well.

I did as such, Daniel checked, said he had the parts on his truck to fix the shower and sink and he did so.

Daniel also explained the yearly maintenance membership service including the coverage details, the cost, offered it to us, we accepted and received paperwork in the mail.

I also received a follow-up text ensuring we were satisfied with the service and offered the maintenance plan.

This platinum service, courtesy, knowledge and professionalism provided by Daniel and Advanced Plumbing is beyond anything I have ever experienced from any company.

I must say, it is very rare in any business nowadays to find good customer service from employees of any age, but the impeccable platinum service and professionalism provided by Daniel far outweighs this young man's years.

I would without hesitation recommend Daniel and Advanced Plumbing to any and everyone seeking above and beyond service from an honest, reputable company.

The other company that I called earlier this week was disappointing, failed to fix the problem and the quote that they gave was outrageous. As I have stated on previous e-mails the problem I had was a leaky shower faucet and the removal of the shower handle knob. I was not home when they arrived and when they left. My wife gave me this information. There were two tech/plumbers that came to my house. They did not have shoe covers, so my wife had to provide them with each shoe covers. The only item they brought was a screwdriver held in one of the technician's pocket. They attempted to remove the handle knob with only a screwdriver. (Really!) I could go on explaining their futile attempt removing it. After which they concluded that the only way to service our problem is to knock out the drywall behind the shower of which was the actual bedroom wall. They were asking for over $475 for that service. And they will leave the wall with a hole. My wife told them to leave. That's when she called your company.
Today, your technician came to our house on G-----ly Street. I wasn't home when he arrived. My wife allowed him inside our home. He was actually earlier than the time period between the hours of 12:00 p.m. -2:00 p.m. of which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. I arrived in time to see what he was doing. He had all his tools in a carrying case and he was wearing his own shoe covers! My wife was happy to see that. He explained in detail what he was doing and the parts that he will be replacing. He did have a difficult time removing the shower knob due to hard water deposit. But in the end, he was able to fix the problem. And to top it off, since this was our first service call from your company, we were given a percentage off!

Today was our first time using Advanced Plumbing, and I must say, we couldn't be happier with the service!
We had a pretty substantial leak in our hot water pipe just above the hot water heater and called and were able to get an appointment same day.
Now my husband and I are pretty leery of plumbers, mostly because you hear all of the horror stories about people being charged ridiculous amounts of money for things that never got fixed or didn't need to be fixed.
Ryan was the plumber that came out and we were pleasantly surprised. He was quick, got right to the point and was very personable!
Ryan and Advanced Plumbing are definitely on our recommendation list!
