We contacted Advanced Plumbing to repair the refrigerator water line. We were able to get an appointment for the very next day. Ryan showed up right on time. Ryan looked at the plumbing problem behind my refrigerator told me exactly what the job would cost to repair. Ryan fixed the line to my refrigerator wWeater system the same day and it has been working perfectly. The bill was exactly as quoted. Advanced Plumbing has excellent customer service from Tina in the office to Ryan in the field. I would highly recommend Advanced Plumbing honest, reliable, great pricing, friendly staff.

I scheduled an appointment and it was getting closer to the end of the time frame so i decided to call. Keep in mind i am waiting for 2 hours because i had to make sure to be there. So I called and They told me there was still 5 min left for my time frame(11-1)and to call after they have been well past their time frame. I called them 45 min after the scheduled time frame and they told me it was a scheduling error.Ridiculous. They could not have anyone come over today or the next so I would have to wait an extra 2 more days. I decided to just call elsewhere.

$500 to do 1 hour of labor with about $25 of material. These guys are the definition of PRICE GOUGING. I was stuck with a leak that was flooding the place so I didn't have time to get someone else. They basically tell me that they fix it now and it's $500 or it can do more damage to foundation. I rarely ever do reviews but this should be called out for what it is.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE!

I have two toilets that need the flapper part replaced. It's a minor repair. Ryan came out and instead of making repairs he talked about redoing the whole toilet. I got two ridiculously overpriced options and was told there's a charge of $49. Not only was I not told that when I booked the appointment, but he did nothing but up sell. AND...He was not wearing a mask. I had to give him a mask. Irresponsible. Unscrupulous.

Water was shooting out of my kitchen sink, pipes, and dishwasher, but Chris from Advanced Plumbing came to the rescue! He was professional and thorough. Additionally, the receptionist who set up the appointment - I'm sorry that I didn't get her name - was friendly and helpful. I will call Advanced Plumbing whenever we need plumbing service in the future, and recommend it to others.

They charge $49 to come out to my house. The guy said the thermal couple on my water heater had to be replaced. He said it would cost $285 for parts and labor plus the $49; that's over $300! I told him to wait and called another plumber for a quote. This guy said he would do it for $135. That's less than half. I confronted the Advanced Plumbing guy about the price and he just shrugged his shoulders and said that's what they charge. I told him the other guy told me that the part only cost $25. The A. Plumbing guy confessed that it actually cost less than $25. HUGE RIPOFF during these difficult financial times for everyone. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

We had Advanced Plumbing come out to my mom's house after another plumbing company didn't fix her original problem (flushed wipes by a caregiver). The toilet never flushed after the other plumber said it was cleared and wouldn't come out again to fix it without charging my mom more money. After we got to my mom's we called Advanced due to their good Yelp reviews. They sent Daniel out. He listened to our explanations, asked questions and got to work. He tried a variety of things. He was so thoughtful and thorough in his diagnosis and what to try next. He eventually did come up with a big wad of wipes. We also had him install a new toilet as my mom's was ancient. My sister and I highly recommend them - especially Daniel.

I needed a new sink installed and a leak fixed in a bathtub. They came out right on time and did a great job. Daniel explained everything he was doing and was very efficient at his job. Will definitely use them again if I have anymore plumbing issues
