The kitchen sink at my parents had a leak and I called Advanced Plumbing and Daniel came same day and let us know the garbage disposal needed to be replaced. He was very, quick, clean and honest.
I mentioned the guest toilet was always running. Because my parents are in their 80's, he suggested a higher toilet. (I had been trying to get them to do this).
Daniel came back the next day and installed a beautiful Kohler toilet .

I contacted Advanced Plumbing Service a month or two ago as my fairly new water heater kept shutting off. A technician came right out and was able to let me know the issue (same issue that two different plumbing companies told me). He advised of my options and also gave me an estimate on a new water heater if I chose to go that route. Last week my water heater shut off again and I decided to contact Advanced Plumbing Service to have them replace the water heater. They scheduled the appointment immediately (was able to come out the same day but I was unavailable) and stuck to their previously quoted price which I thought was fair. What I like about this company and why I recommend them is that they are reliable, professional, and work with your schedule. I also feel that they are honest and will not tell you something untrue just to make a sale. I now feel confident that my new water heater will not keep shutting off and on like the previous one. I will be using Advanced Plumbing Service in the future.

Our Water heater was just not doing the job well. I contacted the well known big box store, that shall remain nameless, and got a rediculously high quote for installation, so I called advanced. It was a great experience, I made an appointment two guys showed up, we discussed the issue and concluded it needed to be replaced ( which I was already pretty sure was needed), and they got to work.
They were very professional, worked fast and cleaned up well, with a price way below what the other place quoted me.
From now on I'll just call Advanced.

I have used Advanced Plumbing twice in the past year. Both times for my elderly parents that don't speak English. The Tech Chris went out of his way to call me to translate and got the job done on time, efficiently and at a great price. Couldn't be happier. The kitchen sink in our law office was suddenly plugged up. We had used Advanced before, phoned, and they bent over backward to get us a plumber to come out. Daniel showed up, immediately diagnosed the problem, showed us rusted out pipes under the sink, replaced them, cleared the blockage, and the amount charged was very reasonable.

They are a good company and I recommend them.

Advanced Plumbing was one of the closest highly rated plumbers in my area on Yelp. I was about 99% sure I had a slow leak and that it was getting to the point it needed to be fixed before damage was done. I called the business right at closing time. They utilize an answering service so they have someone answer always in case of emergency call outs. Sometimes answering services are a little rough to deal with, I figured since mine wasn't an emergency it would be a ""call back tomorrow"" deal, but they happily offered to book me an appointment for the next day.

The appointments are in a 2 hour window which is nice that you aren't waiting around all day. The next day, we had our plumber arrive just a few minutes after the window. I showed him the spot I figured there was a leak and he was in agreement. He gave me a range of what costs may be like depending on what he found when he got up in the attic and we agreed. I figured it would be another appointment to get it fixed, but he was like nope I'm ready to go! He climbed up and it didn't take too long to fix because it ended up being a small leak. He showed it to us on the phone but also, we got to see the leaky pipe evidence when he cut it out and brought it down to ground level after everything was fixed.

We were super pleased with service from start to finish on everything. I would easily recommend this company again to anyone needing a plumber in Bakersfield.

I was having the tankless water heater Advanced put in years ago drained for the first time, and I also needed an outside dripping faucet replaced. Chris was at my house on time on a Monday morning and went right to work. I mentioned one of my bathroom sinks was draining slowly and maybe he needed to snake it. He said the cause is usually a drain plug covered in hair and gunk, and I could save money and clean it myself. Well, right then and there I went to the sink, followed all his directions, and what do you know...my plug was a gross mess. I cleaned it up, reconnected it, and it drained like it was brand new. I appreciate Advanced having such an honest professional like Chris on their team. All of his work was done efficiently and perfectly. Advanced will be the only plumber I use.
