I had called two other plumbing companies in town, they came out for an inspection, scheduled the work then did not show up. Advanced Plumbing was on time, on task and fixed my problems quickly.

Called Advanced Plumbing Service today about a bathroom sink leak. Very professional receptionist, Tina. As the house is a rental, we did not know the cause, just that it is leaking (drip drip) into the cabinet. They charge a $49 call out, which is fine.

When we got the call back from the plumber, Tony, we were told that the issue was a grout issue and not a plumbing issue, that needed some silicone repair and removing the faucet to re-silicone it, as it was too close to the back of the sink area. We were also given an option of replacing the whole counter, sink, and faucet, which we did not explore.

We asked for photos, which we promptly received. Six or seven of them!

On the photos of the sink, we could see that the faucet was up against the back of the sink, as there were calcium/lime lines along the front of the faucet, with a gap to where the faucet now sits.

The plumber told us he would have to go to Home Depot because he doesn't carry silicone. WHAT???!!! $$$$$ We we're told the job would be $315 or, at our question, a ""little less"" if he just siliconed around the faucet and where the grout might be causing the leak, but he did not recommend doing that.

We declined his services and paid the call out bill of $49. Make your own conclusions. We did.

We will add that the plumber was on site within 6 hours and was able to get the job done, if so instructed, today.

Awesome customer service! Ryan was able to diagnose and fix a problem that another local plumbing company came out 3 times for and never got it right. Very easy to work with and explained our complex plumbing issue in a way that we could understand. We will always use Advanced Plumbing and refer them to our friends and family. Thanks again Ryan! again and again this company never ceases to impress. Sunday our water heater pilot was acting up again. My husband was able to re-light it but Monday it went out again. He called our plumbing heroes and as usual they came out same day. Ryan, who does our Annual Check and has extra-ordinary talent, within 5 minutes gave an assessment and options. We decided to go new. He called the office, they dropped it off, and within the hour it was installed. I didn't even hear any noise. 6yr warranty :-):-):-):-). Never has any other company treated us with such professional kindness. They are Advanced in every way!

Although they were much more expensive than some of our other local plumbing businesses, we're were so pleased with the service we received! The gentleman who came out was extremely knowledgeable and the right mix of friendly and professional, and at end of the service we had every one of our questions answered so we no longer have to worry and wonder. We had a gas leak with our drier and hot water heater in an older home we moved in SoCal gas came and shut off our gas. We were stressed no heat or hot water. Called advanced plumbing they didn't have anything immediately available but Lana fit us in for that day later on. She kept me posted on squeezing us in all day and was able to fit us in around 4 pm. The guy that came out was professional and fixed the problem very quickly. Now everything works well. At my previous home they also fixed some leaky faucets they were fast and efficient. I contacted Advanced Plumbing for a repair. Received a phone call the next morning and set an appointment for another day. On the day of the appointment I received a call trying to find my address. When I set the appointment my address was verified. After setting the appointment I requested the day off and then the morning of the call I have to find someone else to repair the plumbing at my house. Office staff and answering service are incompetent.
