My home warranty company assigned this plumbing company to come out and fix our tankless water heater. Our water heater is malfunctioning and stops providing hot water while showering. The alarm goes off and the error code number 10 flashes on the screen. We've learned that we can reset it and it provides hot water for another 3-5 minutes then the process repeats itself. We've been dealing with this since July 16th. The first plumbing company that came out apparently doesn't work on tankless water heaters. Advanced Plumbing was then assigned.
Advanced Plumbing sent out their techs on August 2nd. They called the water heater support line and discussed the error code and how to handle it. After following the support person's instructions it did not resolve the issue. They told me that was the limit of their abilities and they would have to send out a senior tech. That was scheduled for August 16th. On the 16th they called and told me the tech was having truck problems and would not be able to make the appointment. They rescheduled for today, the 18th. I called this morning to confirm they were coming out and I was told they were still having truck problems and would not be able to come out. What? They only have one truck?
I asked if I could speak to a manager or the owner. I was told they were not in. I asked if I could have their number so I could call. She told me she could not give out his number. Understandable. I asked if she could give him our information and number and have him call me. Her response? She hung up on me! I called back and asked, ""did you hang up on me?"" Without a single word, she hung up on me again! My wife called back. My wife explained who she was and she yelled at my wife, ""Oh my God, quit calling me!""
I had an HVAC company experience years ago and thought that was the worse experience I'd ever had. This beats it 10 fold. Customer service is the foundation of any company that provides any kind of service. As a customer, I've never been treated worse than this!
Avoid this company and avoid the frustration and stress! Any other plumbing company has to be more reputable than Advanced Plumbing!
In addition, I am looking into home warranty company options. We've been dealing with this hot water issue for more than a month and my home warranty company, American Home Shield, has been a huge disappointment in helping me deal with this.

Advanced Plumbing was contracted by American Home Shield. The woman you answered the phone and scheduled service was rude and condescending each time I spoke to her. The technician who came out, spent 45 minutes in his truck on the phone after taking photos of our water heater and said it needed flushed when there was actually nothing wrong with the water heater, the softener, however, was visibly broken. He was going to charge AHS to ""fix"" a water heater because that's what they covered. When I tried to call and talk to them, I was met with rude, condescending, and a no show technician on the day of scheduled service to ""fix"" a water heater that wasn't broken. They claimed not to fix softeners. They were paid $75 and told the warranty company they completed service so they would get paid, after I canceled service. They are the worst!

After being in a hotel for 3 weeks due to 3 sewage leak underneath our house finally we were able to move back home due to this one company. Before Spencer came out to our home we were dealing with another plumbing company and they were horrible. We could have been home at our house within one week instead of 3 weeks if we would have had this company came out and Spencer instead. He came out and in no time fixed all 3 leaks and we were able to move in the same day. Will definitely recommend this company to all of friends and family.

We had some issues with our bathtub getting backed up. My husband and I are renters and had the pleasure of meeting Chris who did a wonderful job fixing the issue. Chris went above and beyond to making sure everything was good, he cleaned up after himself and was very well organized. Also a big thank you for replacing the dishwasher line. We hadn't used our dish washer in over a year and Chris cleaned it right up and put a new part so that it could run smoothly. No more washing all of our dishes in the sink. Hopefully we don't have anymore issues with the plumbing but if we do we know We're in great hands with Chris taking caring of it. Thank you so much! :)

We had this company come to service our toilet through our home insurance company. It was difficult to get a prompt appointment, and when we finally had the appointment, they called and canceled after the time the plumber was supposed to be here. I took time off, and was disappointed that I had to wait two more days for him to finally show.
When he did show..an hr late, he was constantly on the phone with his supervisor, sending pictures etc.
The technician called me into the bathroom to claim that when we installed the tile floor, they put in a cracked piece by the toilet. That was absolutely not true. I mopped that floor several times a week, there were no cracks.
**Bottom line, he broke a small piece off when he removed the toilet. Then, I'm told it needs a part, $450.00 called a flange extension and would submit to American Home Shield and be back with the part the following week. To this day, AHS hasn't received anything from this shady company, and when AHS called them for the report, they were told that because of the cracked tile ( about 1-2 inch piece came off with the toilet) they weren't able to fix it. This is not what I was told by the plumber when he left. He said we needed the flange extension the $450.00 part that I looked up at Home Depot and it's less than $50.00) we have been without our downstairs toilet for several weeks now, and have an intermittent sewer smell throughout the downstairs.
Bottom line, the technician broke the tile upon improperly removing the toilet, tried to price gouge for the part, and is flat-out lying to AHS about the problem, blaming it on our floor installation over 2 and a half years ago. The problem was the wax ring, until this company came out and made it a much larger issue in which they will not take responsibility.
DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
THEY ARE SHADY AND DISHONEST.

They went to my house for a warranty contract and indicated that the part was installed incorrectly and would fix it for $180, instead of just fixing the issue that was under the warranty. I would NEVER use this company again. I am going to be asking my warranty company never to use them again. Beware!

UPDATE:
Hired a real plumber and the mess under our sink was very shoddy work done by the greedy non-plumber our home warranty company sent. It will cost us another $400-$500 to have it all re-done correctly. Please be wary of this company. They are rude, unprofessional and truly do not know what they are doing.

Our $600 pipes that were put in in November under the sink have fallen apart and flooded the kitchen. Shoddy work by this terrible company. Would never recommend, The warranty company keeps wanting to send them to us so I don't know if they are relatives or they are getting kickbacks from these jerks. I had NEVER had a service tech sent by a home warranty company charge me until this one.
