Referred by warranty company. I was referred in the past also and the lady who called the day before said the technician is no longer available to come out. I took time off work to make sure I was available to be around when the technician would arrive.
I was called again and was told the technician was in an accident and can not come out for my appt tomorrow. Here I am again I took another day off work so I could be around while they came out.
This is such an inconvenience for my family and I and I do not recommend this company at all.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL, I TOOK MULTIPLE DAYS OFF WORK TO WAIT FOR THEM.

This is the rudest service to deal with. Their workman are not in contact with their administration office while in the field. So if there is a problem with completing or performing the job due to your home warranty uncertainty they refer you to the office and that is where you get treated as if you are not the customer! The girl will talk over you, tell you that it will take at least 3 more days to get an answer in order to move forward and then hang up in YOUR FACE without allowing you to explain the reason of your call ! When you call back to speak with the Mamager she lies to say he/or she is not available !! There is talking and laughter so loud in the background of the call you must call her attention to it. It is unprofessional ! She will blame any miscommunication on you and when you finally get a word in again she will end the call, hanging up in your face!!! Find yourself another Plumber, after all it is you who will be paying the bill !

Chris and Julian are the BEST guys hands-down!! Super down to earth, and just one of the COOLEST people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! Chris and Julian got the job done fast and efficiently, very friendly, knowledgeable, super patient and answered all our questions thoroughly. We had another service provider recommended by our home warranty flake on us twice. After hearing great things about Advanced Plumbing & Rooter Service, we decide to go with this company and so glad we did. Chris and Julian cleared out the blockage from our kitchen disposal within the hour, did a complete jet, and was able to get it working again. Please give these guys a raise/promotion! They SO deserve it!!! They treated me and my 70-year old mom like family and Chris even gave us his cell for that reason, which he doesn't do often. They wished my mom a very happy birthday and Chris gave her a big hug. They really are like family to us (it sucks we didn't get a group picture). They helped us sooo much, my mom and I are so grateful. Thank you Chris & Julian! This is from Ruby & Leanna (mom). Chris, you really do have LUCKY buddha ears! May we all see each other again! :)

Warranty company scheduled. Plumber came out and showed up on time. Plumber snaked the drain and said we had a busted pipe under the house. He then crawled under the house (after saying he didn't want to but 'He guesses he will'). Plumber then said there is no busted pipe as there is no wetness under the house, and pipes look fine. Plumber snaked the drain again and said it was definitely a busted pipe, but he doesn't want to be the one to fix it. Plumber stated he will pass it off to a colleague and they will call me to schedule the fix. The company then tried to overcharge the warranty company to fix the busted pipe so the warranty company decided to go with a different plumbing company. New plumber comes out... turns out it is not a busted pipe, that there is something stuck in the pipe and a wall will need to be opened to fix. I feel like the plumber from Advanced didn't know what was wrong so he just said something random.

We had a water heater leak and had our water heater replaced by Advanced Plumbing. Julian and Chris arrived on time and had great communication throughout the entire process. The professionalism was amazing and I am so pleased with the installation.

Flakey!! Beware!!! Absolutely horrible and totally unreliable and unprofessional.

My husband had to rearrange his work schedule for an appointment we had booked over a week in advance. They cancelled on us the DAY-OF the appointment and the soonest they could reschedule was another week out.

Our rescheduled appointment comes around and this time I rearranged my work schedule to meet them for the appointment. TWO HOURS before our appointment they called again and cancelled on us and refused to send out another technician.

Read the rest of the warranty-referral reviews here and WOW are they making up all kinds of BS. The lady said they're ""short-staffed"" so no-doubt they jerk around all the warranty customers and put them on the back burner when a private customer rolls around. What a joke.

Warranty company referred. That was a whole other mess. Apparently this is the only company with a camera the warranty company uses in the area.

They scheduled for a week out then called the day of the appointment to cancel and reschedule for a week later. I should have said forget it because warranty company wouldn't authorize me to go to a good company instead since there was an appointment on the books.

Week later, they NO SHOWED AGAIN! After I waited two weeks for service on this emergency appointment. They called and said it would be Monday then NO SHOWED AGAIN!!! Dispatchers have no clue where technician is. Completely unreliable technician.

I agree with Ignacio -- horrible company.

Lucky for him he only wasted 2 days and I am sitting here having wasted over two weeks with them!

Warranty company referred. They missed appt on Thursday. Called late and resqudulled for tusday.

I called them am they confirmed appt 11_1 . Then called said emergency. Re scheduled for later in day. Before 5. Got a voice mail 445 said to call them. No one showed...horrible company. Wasted 2 days still don't kniw when and if they will
show...

What plumber does not have their snakes or camera with them when they come to fix a back up kitchen sink! Had kitchen sink back up with two leaks noted in the pipes under the sink. The service man used the 30ft snake and told me there was a cracked pipe under house, I questioned this, and he changed it to cracked pipes at sewer main. I questioned this again because outside lawn not soaked and no smell of a broken sewer main. I took him to the sewer main outside and turned on water faucet in bathroom and he could see the water flowing. He calls his manager at least 4 times throughout his time at my house, and finally tell me nothing he can do as his manager needs to come out and bring a longer snake and will bring a camera. What plumber does not bring items needed to locate a leak or backed up drain? Could not give me a day or time the manager would come but told me to wait for a call because they are busy. He leaves and did not even fix the two leaks! Have to use these guys due to the home warranty!

This is the 3rd plumbing group that worked with my clogged sink through my home warranty coverage. They were the ones who were patient and made sure there was a solution. The other two just made recommendations to shell out out of pocket costs from me which in my case were unnecessary. Michael was patient and helpful throughout the encounter and was open to discussions and suggestions that made the work successful. I am glad I chose to work with them.
