I tried replacing my washer supply valve and it came off. My water regulator is shot and I couldn't get the water main off so I had water coming out of the wall. I was on bucket brigade duty. Jason came in, very polite, and quickly took care of the issue and confirmed my suspicions about my water regulator. He set me up with an appointment on the spot to take care of the issue as well. He's quick and efficient.

After posting my review here, Advanced Plumbing did reach out and after a quick explination of what took place, they quickly offered to make it right, and they did. Sent me a refund check. Did not expect them to do that when I posted my review here and that says a lot about their integrity...apparantly they also had to let the technician go (before I posted my review). I do update my review to 4 stars.

I had a great experience with Taqee. He and his partner showed up early and was able to explain the work, parts, etc needed to complete the job. He answered all my questions and completed the work as promised, and on time. Since I had another great experience with advanced Plumbing in the summer, I felt confident hiring them again to fix a leak with the spicket in my patio area. Strongly suggest hiring this locally owner business for your HVAC and plumbing needs. Job well done.

I've used Advanced before for their plumbing services, but this time I had my heat abruptly stop blowing warm air. Carissa helped me get a visit scheduled for the following morning and Ken was my tech. On time, thorough, and offered a perfect explanation of the services he provided. My heat works now and I've subscribed to Advanced's maintenance plan just so I can be more proactive about these kinds of things and they've provided great service both times I've needed them so far.

Our garbage disposal went out late on a Monday night combined with a clog in our kitchen sink. I called on Tuesday morning assuming no one would be able to come out for a few days. Advanced Plumbing said they had an available appt an hour after I called. The techs that came out were friendly and respectful. They even wiped up the floor where they had been coming in and out of the house!

I had a high pressure water leak coming from my main line to the city. I first had a contractor come take a look to provide an estimate. Not only did they make the leak worse when inspecting it, they quoted me $1,200 to fix it, which was outrageous. I passed on them and called Advanced Plumbing and Heating. Jason was able to come out within 30 minutes of me calling. He and Ivan were respectful and straightforward. He gave me a fair quote which was half the amount the first contractor provided. He got the work done quick and thankfully I don't have to go without running water. Highly recommend. 5 Stars.
