Had our water heater go out. They responded late at night and I had a service team on site in less than 24 hours.

Quick assessment and quote, they had a replacement unit installed and everything up to code in a couple hours. We were without hot water for less than 16 hours.

Great technicians. Positive attitude, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They answered all my questions about the quote and then walked me through proper operation of the new water heating unit.

Had a small emergency with water leaking from an upstairs bathroom through the ceiling downstairs. So thankful for the team at Advanced Plumbing, they were so kind and compassionate and were able to get someone out to my house within an hour! Jason was great and really helped us manage this issue in a timely (and affordable) way. I have on two occasions needed the help of a plumbing service. The first was a couple years ago to replace an old hot water heater. The most recent was to repair some leaking water lines under the house. I prefer to use local services which lead me to Advanced Plumbing, Heating and Air. Both times their service people came out, gave a fare priced estimate for the work and scheduled a date for the service. Todays under the house repairs were completed by tech Noe and one of his co-workers. They showed up on time, laid down plastic over my wood floors, got right to work and completed all repairs in a timely manner. After work was completed, they did a great job cleaning up. Prior to paying for the service Noe explained all repairs that were completed, that no other issues had been found and all repairs made as requested. Advance plumbing just repiped our whole house. The job they did was fantastic. So professional yet super compassionate towards us and the situation. I used them for fixing bathtub clog. Communication is good. Arrive on time. Results is good. Process is clear . The only problem is too expensive, cost more than $900 for bathtub clog fix.

I don't typically write reviews, but I'm definitely going to give credit where it's due. I had a different company come out to fix my dryer vent and they opened a whole can of worms for me on a Friday afternoon. I called around to every plumber in Solano county and Advanced was the only one to answer my calls and even had AFTER HOURS service. I couldn't believe it!

However, they weren't able to assist with the dryer vent, but the review doesn't stop here... I noticed after the previous company had moved my washer, the shut off valves were leaking. Time to call Advanced again. Saturday evening at 4:00, Shea answered the phone and let me know they could squeeze me in. Taqee and his apprentice came on down and had my leak repaired in less than five minutes. He was kind enough to give me the different options and we decided to repair the existing valves since the other parts would need to be ordered and I had the water shut off to my house.

Not less than twenty minutes after he leaves, my water heater starts leaking! Completely unrelated to the first service and he came back right away. Taqee fixed my leaking water heater on a Saturday evening at 6:00. You cannot beat this service.

You cannot put a price to this companies expertise, integrity, customer service, and generosity. If you're considering other choices based on price or availability, think twice. I wouldn't recommend any other company in the area and I'm thankful they're here in my hometown.

My furnace went out and I called Advanced on MLK holiday. Lindsey answered the phone and I was so grateful that someone was open on a holiday. She scheduled an appointment for the next day. She sent Arlen to fix my furnace and I'm so glad she did. He was so professional, going over everything with me in a kind, calm manner. He repaired my furnace and I consider him my hero as he went out of his way more than once to fix it. I appreciate him so much and highly recommend him to help you. Also, he was honest and only fixed what needed to be fixed, not more or less. It's great to be able to trust a company to do right by you. Thank you again Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air!

I called Advance Plumbing Heating and Air because I had an issue with my main line clogging up and my sink in my garage clogging. Carissa and Amanda were super pleasant to speak with when I called! They sent out Taqee in a reasonable time and on a Sunday (with no extra weekend charge) and got the job done!! He was nice and easy to work with! They were quick and efficient and it seems they fixed the issue. This is the 2nd time I have used them and will probably be the only ones I call if I have plumbing issues in the future, but hopefully not! I would totally recommend this company to family and friends!

After I requested online, Advanced plumbing contacted me immediately and was very friendly to confirm my appointment. Taqee and his assistant were on time and friendly and fixed the problem very quickly. He was patient and was able answer my questions including on other plumbing issues that I had.
