I experienced an unexpected plumbing emergency. I spoke to Amy at the office who was absolutely professional and kind. She set up an appointment for a couple hours later. Cal was plumber who was super efficient and professional. He finished in great time.

From the moment I called to have a plumber come out to do the estimate, I knew this company was going to be a joy to work with. Knowing it was female owned, that also gave me confidence and, besides, how cool is that? The staff are super friendly on the phone, personable and you can tell they like their job--so many customer service positions these days are filled with people just doing it for a check and don't care about meeting even the minimum when it comes to pleasantries.

After setting the appointment for the estimate for a leaky/running toilet, the plumber came out a few days later. He was on time, very nice and took his time explaining the repairs, gave cost effective feedback on what we should do and even told us our water pressure was dangerously high, which we had no clue about.

After seeing this would be more than just fixing a leaky toilet, he created an estimate for 3 services that would get us completely upgraded with our toilet, equipment and pressure valves. Bundling the services came with special pricing (saving us $200+!) and also gave a senior discount for my mom.

They made the process stress free and made sure to educate us about our plumbing equipment and pipes so not only were we in good hands in terms of benefiting from their knowledge and professionalism, they were honest and really cared about helping us save money not just now but in the long run with maintenance. I highly recommend the folks at Advanced Plumbing Heating & Air. From the time I called for an appointment, to the minute the guys left after completing the job, the entire team was kind, knowledgeable, professional, respectful of my house, and incredibly hard working.

My house is 100+ years old and it was time to replace a portion of old clay piping in the sewer line. Removal of heavy tree roots was also required. The guys (Chris and Chris) dug up the yard, cut out the roots, replaced the piping, checked to verify the water ran smoothly, and returned the lawn to its pre-work condition all in about two hours. I'm also having issues with my shower drain and they came in to take a look, even making a run to the store to buy a tool they thought they'd need to fix up the drain. Talk about going above and beyond!

I also greatly appreciate them for wearing face coverings during all of our conversations, as well as shoe coverings in my house. And they've implemented a contactless payment system, as well, which is very convenient.

Seriously, I could not be happier with every aspect of the job done by Advanced Plumbing Heating & Air. Ashley will take great care of you when you call, and Chris will do an outstanding job fixing up whatever ails your house. They get the work done and they do it well. But maybe even more importantly, they're trustworthy, which is what makes them my new go-to plumbing company.

Ashley, Cal, APHA team went above beyond our expectations from from beginning to end w/ our water heater issues. I called APHA/Ashley about a week ago, she patiently answered all my water heater questions in a professional manner, and scheduled an appointment.
In my initial interaction w/ Cal (tech) and after explaining him our problem, showing him a vid clip of our unit showing symptoms, his immediate reaction was try to resolve by calling the manufacturer of our water heater to see how it can be repaired at minimal cost to us. Since it would have to cost us more replace a part, he suggested for us to replace the whole unit. He went above and beyond our expectations and provided us w EXCELLENT SERVICE. We'll definitely use APHA again and we highly recommend them for your Water Heater needs.

The same day I discovered a leak in the wall leading to my outside faucet I called Advanced PH&A and a plumbing tech came out and assessed the problem quickly and with a free quote. When I called the next day to see if the problem could be fixed, the office staff sensed my immediate concerns, and were quick to call him about his availability. The tech adjusted his schedule and came and fixed the problem that same day. The most important thing was having the confidence knowing my plumbing problem was being fixed correctly and by a professional. Great customer service!! I highly recommend Advanced PH&A....5 STARS

Recently had Advanced Plumbing from Vacaville come by to provide an estimate for fast leaking water pipe under house. Plumber offered a single option. A most disruptive and expensive option. 7300 was the estimate involving jackhammering and concrete work. I found a plumber who fixed it for under a thousand without the jackhammering and concrete work (I did some digging and rooting). ""Good service at a Fair price"". Is that too much to ask? Price gouging who needs it? Thing is, when a customer has a significant leak, plumbers think they have you. I say, be patient and keep looking for an Honest Abe.

We had an issue with our AC leaking, RIGHT before a weekend that it was set to be 103 degrees all weekend! I live with my husband, teenager and two dogs. I was panicking, and after talking to 5 individuals (from other companies) who were very rude and raised my anxiety and said they couldn't come out for a day or so, I spoke with Raul who was very kind and understanding and calming, and was able to send Noe to our home to take a look at the issue within two hours. Noe was also very kind and answered all of me and my husband's questions and was very clear and showed us what was wrong. We were treated very well and we are very happy with their service! My AC is up and running again, and now we are more clear on servicing it! Thank you Noe for saving the day and your very kind professionalism!

Discovered our water heater was leaking severely from the bottom of the unit early this morning. I left a message and received a return call promptly and a same day appointment! Cesar was the primary technician and he was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to provide a quote. The water heater was replaced within 2 hours! I am very pleased with the work and with the customer service provided by everyone I interacted with today. Thank you so much for the quality work! I had a leak under my house and was having a hard time finding a reputable plumbing company. I spoke to the owners who were VERY friendly and helpful. They sent out Caesar and Marco the following day. These two did a great job,were on time, communicated what was going on ,explained the repair process and were finished in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company and these 2 plumbers. They worked together, I felt very comfortable with them and felt that they were honest in the information regarding the job. Its hard to get that when your dealing with situations that you are not familiar with and can be taken advantage of easily with cost of repairs. Great Company and employees!!!!!
