I had a break in my water line. I received bids from multiple companies. Advanced PHA had the best price, plan, and materials. Ivan and crew showed up ahead of schedule and fixed the leak in two hours. Other companies proposed digging new lines in the yard. Ivan and team didn't believe it would be necessary and was right. Water Heater leak - spoke to John explained the situation that our water heater was leaking he informed me that all his technicians were on a job at the moment but he would call me back to see if they were able to squeeze us in to the schedule. Within 30min from our call he was able to get us scheduled for a time slot between 1-3pm letting me know it's not a guarantee they will be there around that time since we we're basically an emergency appointment. John was very helpful and kind. Taqee & Chris showed up before 2pm and immediately turned off the valves and checked everything. Taqee explained the reason for the leak and where. They gave me the quote and had all replacements needed. We unfortunately needed a new water tank, but they were able to remove and replace everything and made sure there was no water damage to the house. Very happy with our overall experience with the company and technicians and would suggest their service to everyone!

Water went out this morning after a loud sound over the weekend. Reached out to advance plumbing for their free consultation. My time frame was 12-3, John arrived at 12. He relit the pilot and talked to me about the possible issues based off what I explained. As he was wrapping up the water heater finally made the sound I was not so eloquently trying to explain to him. It was just as he expected and advised me of my options. Due to the severity of the issue he quoted me a price and went to grab the items he needed to replace the water heater. Overall this entire process took slightly over an hour. He even applied a small military discount. (Every little bit counts) I'm super happy about the convenience and ease of service. My technician was John C.

Advance Plumbing is Great!
I had a leak (post tension slab leak) in my kitchen and was told by 4 or 5 plumber's it could $30,000 - $40,000 to repair because of rerouting pipes. We are all disabled senior citizens. We went without water for almost a month. I was in tears! I called Advance Plumbing spoke to Amy then Cal.
Cal sent Taqee to assess my leak. I explained my situation. Taquee was very supportive and caring. He and the staff at Advance Plumbing were very helpful. Taquee went back to their office in Vacaville CA and he discussed the problem. His supervisor Mr. Jeff called me and said they had a plan that could possibly fix the leak. He was also very kind and supportive. This was on a Friday labor day weekend after 5pm. Taquee came back to our house and their plan was successful.
I had water and tears of joy. They're an amazing team. I will never use another plumber again. They Really Care !

I have been using Advanced for years and will continue to use them. I've had plumbing work, furnace and air replacement and they have not let us down. Last month we had some plumbing upgrades and repairs completed by Ivan, he was on time, friendly and professional. Cost of repairs was very reasonable! I'm not even waiting until my job (complete new heat a/c, duct work, etc. is complete... ), this is the best company we have ever had the privilege of hiring.
Smart, professional, caring, - honestly they go above and beyond.
As a homeowner, I'm happy to pay them just because I know I'm getting the best job possible. Our home is an older ranch with a few needs out of the ordinary. It took thoughtful planning to solve the practical and aesthetic problems needed to move the 35 year old A/C from garage, where it was suspended by rafters, to attic. In the meantime we had a mystery odor from a grey water breach way under the house stemming from an old kitchen sink clean out that had long ago been covered up by a concrete porch.
I'm so utterly glad to have hired Advance Heating and Air beginning with my experience w/ the office staff straight thru to the workers, project boss., salesman, chief plumber and operations manager. I'll go a step further and say thank you to the owners for hiring such competent caring people.
