Advanced Plumbing has been great to us from the beginning. Initially called them for a leak under the kitchen sink. Asked the office if the plumber could also take a look at an issue we were having with old solar water tanks on the roof. Though the office wasn't sure what I was talking about and if they could help, they added it to the work order to check out. Jason came over and found there was no repair needed for the sink, just a simple twist of a couple parts. No charge. He inspected the roof and saw the problem right away. I called a few other plumbing companies, general contractors, and handy men prior to this and no one knew what I was talking about. My family took awhile to move forward with the repairs as we needed roofers involved too, but one thing was certain - there was no other plumbing company we wanted to work with. They also provide military and senior discounts. The repair time ended up shorter than expected so in the end some labor was even reduced! The office staff was always professional and courteous. Thank you Lindsey and Amanda, and all who I spoke with. I appreciated that every type of communication was recorded or logged. Advanced Plumbing provided excellent customer service and communication throughout this process. I would recommend them to anyone. The cherry on top was the honesty and integrity of Jason. Thank you Jason for your expertise and exceptional customer care!

Their estimate was four times the next highest ridiculous. Not worth the time.I would advise going with someone else

Thank you for your note and your reply. Though your team came out and did the estimate was impressive with their iPad. The end results we got the work performed for 12% of what your invoice was. We were almost 10 times the estimate price that we paid. I can understand overhead , but that's a little ridiculous. Thank you for coming out.

OMG they are a life saver... My son stuck a whole old school juice jug down the toilet . They was able to pull it out in less than 10 min cause it was very deep in there . They came on time and was fast and efficient. I will call again in future if a problem arise ... There prices are very affordable and worth it

This was not your average clog, Ceasar and Larson both came out to take care of it. Both were professional and polite which I really appreciated. Come to find out it was an old clean out that looked like it was made of extra course sand paper. Got it fixed at a reasonable price in a timely manner.
