I found Advanced after I had a bad experience with another company. Advanced showed up right away to help with our immediate issues. Chris and his team went above and beyond to help us. They were super kind, extremely hard-working, and honest. Chris even FaceTimed me from underneath my house to show me and explain an issue. The pricing was competitively fair and we haven't had issues since.

I have used Advanced Plumbing Heating & Air for two plumbing projects now and had great experience both times. We were very pleased with our bathroom remodel Jeff and Chris helped us with last year so when our hot water heater went out recently they were my first call. Both times we called, someone was at our house within 24 hours. Chris got our hot water working in a couple of hours and was a pleasure to work with. He even cheerfully listened to my son ramble on about video games and imaginary super heroes. Advanced Plumbing will always be the first call I make (after I realize I'm in over my head on a repair).

This company is awesome! From the time that we met Enrique to close the contract with us to the installation (Joseph/ Chase/ Mike) it was such a smooth process. With emphasis on excellent customer service. The cost of brand new air conditioning isn't a joke, but with it comes tip top quality and reliability which all clients look for.
Bravo to this family owned company, no wonder their reviews are excellent!

I really couldn't have had a better experience. Our family has a 1-week old baby and our water heater sprung a leak suddenly. Chris G and his partner arrived at our house within minutes and got right to work. They were extremely friendly and professional and clearly knew what they were doing. They provided a quote and had everything completed within a couple hours and the final price wasn't a penny more than what they quoted. I think we got a little lucky with their availability but we just really couldn't have asked for more. Thanks guys!!!

They earned their 5 star rating. I had a leak in our 1st floor ceiling and needed to get it fixed ASAP to prevent further water savage. I called on Saturday morning and they were able to get me in the same day. Taqee came out that afternoon and was polite and professional. He went straight to work diagnosing the problem which ended up being the toilet upstairs leaked and it was causing water damage to the first floor. While they don't carry toilets on their work trucks he went to Home Depot with me to get a new toilet, brought it back to my house and installed it quickly and disposed of the old leaking toilet. You don't find customer service like that very often,if at all. Price was fair too. Would highly recommend this company and will be calling them from now on for my plumbing needs.

Advanced Plumbing Heating & Air stepped in after another plumbing company did poorly with our hallway bathroom plumbing issues.

My husband and I feel like they truly care about their work and their customer's satisfaction.

- The ladies in the office are very sweet and responsive to questions and scheduling requests.
- All of the servicemen who come to our home have spent time explaining things to us, so we feel comfortable with the work before moving forward and knowing all our options.
- Even when they give a range for arrival, they always show up within the first hour, if not on the dot of the first hour. No waiting around or wondering if they'll be able to finish the work within the time frame provided.
- Transparent and detailed line itemized invoices, so you know exactly what you're paying for.

In short: APH&A is an empathic, friendly, and service-driven company that does fairly priced and excellent work. We will be referring all of our friends and family to APH&A.

Advanced Plumbing Rep indicated that I needed a new water heater plus expansion tank. Total quote was around $2,700. I checked with other plumbers and several indicated that an expansion tank in my area was not required. I found a plumber who fixed my plumbing issue for around $150. Advanced Plumbing made a mistake or has questionable ethics. So, BUYER BEWARE.

Michael M was our Assigned Tech that checked our HVAC system earlier today and after our experience with him, he's definitely someone that we'd recommend and request for any future service!
Due to a miscommunication on the address Michael M. ended up across the street where he tried for over an hour trying to get in contact so that he could conduct his review and identify the problem with our unit. Luckily for us he never gave up and was able to get the correct address and help get our A/C back up and running. Despite that initial hiccup, his service, energy and effort never wavered. He's an outstanding tech who's passionate about what he does and is excellent at what he does. He went into detail explaining the issues our unit was experiencing, what it would take to repair it and how much it would cost to repair it.
Michael M. is incredibly adept at his job and it shows in the quality of work and care he showed us during his time inspecting our system. Again, we cannot recommend him enough for anyone looking to get their A/C checked out.

A/C went out overnight. Our home appliance repair/insurance service was worthless. They couldn't tell us when they could send someone. Decided to call Advanced Plumbing Heating & Air. They arrived the same day. Michael & Ken were fantastic. Mike was super knowledgeable about A/C and electrical issues. They were able to track one of the problems to our emergency generator switch. Contacted the generator installer to make sure their work didn't void the generator warranty. Awesome work. They took to heart that someone with a heart condition was dependent on the A/C be in working condition.
