My Story.....I've lived in this area since 1975, I've have had several different plumbing challenges, and used various companies. I am retired on a very fixed income. I knew the work I needed done was extensive, lots of leaks, toilet faucets etc., a RO system had to be installed, a line needed to be run under the house for refrigerator water, and the water heater had an over flow issue,(This was discovered when it flooded into the garage). Come to find out the overflow from the water heater should have been routed outside, and wasn't even to code.

I phoned a few plumbing companies about my issues and obtained several quotes. The job was also time sensitive. Time and pricing were big issues. I know nothing about plumbing, so I have to trust who ever to know their job and to be fair.
Advanced Plumbing & Rooting Services only employ good honest people with exceptional work values, and expertise. When I phone Advanced, Dan (the owner) answered the phone himself, and right then and there made me feel confident that his company could handle everything. I had used them before and always very happy.

The response time was unbelievably fast. Chris came out for the initial quote. I knew immediately that I wanted him to do the job! Advanced Plumbing also had the lowest quote, fastest response, and gave me a discount on top of that. Chris started the job ASAP. Chris even called his boss to see if his schedule could be adjusted so he could continue working the next day to finish my job. Not only did Chris do an excellent job on the issues I phoned about; he also discovered two other items needing attention. He was so honest, one issue was a leak at the washing machine connection (biggie, next week the floor was to be replaced), and Chris fixed this one replacing faucet and pipe. The other item was a small dripping leak under the house he noticed, when he went under the house for the refrigerator line, this leak was coming from the shower area. This was from a pipe connection that is no longer allowed in plumbing. Instead of making me feel like I had to take care of this immediately, he stated that at some point I might want to consider fixing it, because the pipe could burst causing bigger issues. Meantime he said I might want to avoid the shower, and use the bath in the other room. I loved his practical common sense approach. He went on to say that his company offers free entire home pipping checks, including gas lines. I didn't realize they gave free whole house checks. Look up their website; they are quite diversified in their abilities. They are certainly worth the call.

From the moment I called and scheduled the appointment, I had a strong sense that this company was professional and could resolve my bizarre plumbing problem in my kitchen. Jeff was prompt, knowledgeable, and quick. He snaked out the kitchen line to resolve the current issue at a very reasonable price (lower than others!), told me exactly how to prevent that issue in the future, and came up with a reasonable fix to the wall pipe to resolve the leakage problem we get every 2 years. Cal was great!! We had a main line clog this morning and I called to see if they could send someone out to help and within 1 1/2 hours he was here! Problem was fixed within minutes. Cal explained what he found and was very helpful!! Fast and professional service!

This company takes pride in their work. Very knowledgeable and professional plumber technician. I would give a 5 star for customer service. However, this company is also pricey and will charge you at a high end estimates due to work insurances, licenses etc...I recommend to do your homework and get several quotes and run a plumber work cost @ homewyse web site before agreeing to getting any work done.

Called Advanced Plumbing for a 2nd bid. First bid came in from Bonney at $5900 with a opening to do work in 1 week. Did my research on Bonney and saw that they had some issues with overcharging per contractors board back in 2015. Checked out yelp and saw good writeups on Advanced Plumbing so called and their bid came it at $2800 and they were able to do work the following day. Plumber Jesse did beautiful work and was very professsional. I highly recommend Advanced Plumbing. I would definetly call Advanced Plumbing for any future work.

I am NEW to the City of Vacaville, CA (from the Bay Area here) & needed a Plumber NOW!

Please don't waste your time calling a list of plumbers on Yelp & call Advanced Plumbing NOW.

Here is WHY:

- I received my new Fridge and the installer from Airport Appliance did not want to install the tube from water valve on the wall to ice / water dispenser to the fridge as water valve to the wall was new to them (aka house is a new development)

- With my fridge delivered & no connection to ice/water dispenser what is a guy to do.... I called a list of (3) plumbers on Yelp (from me leaving a message to appts. only available next week)

- I finally called Advanced Plumbing (I blinked my eye) & Cal, Tech came in the same day (w/ his supplies and shoe booties on), installed piping needed to produce water and ice for my fridge, move my fridge back in place, wiped his fingerprints on the fridge, I paid (good cost), he gave feedback about Vacaville CA (good things where to go), shook his hand, & Cal left.

In closing GREAT choice to do business with, fast but detailed, communicate with the customer & I will whore this business out to my Yelpers and neighbors.......

These guys are awesome. On time, friendly, polite and highly skilled. I highly recommend. They installed a new hot water heater, and then I asked them if I ran to Lowes to get a new toilet if they could install it at the same time and they did an outstanding job. To top it off, they moved a gas line for me that needed to be moved so I can install some drywall. ALL in the same service call. All work done was top notch. These guys are the only ones I'll be calling for all my future plumbing needs!
