Thnx to Google in listing AP&D suggested one of top 10 plumbers for 2020 in the SF BayArea. @first i started looking and getting quotes from local plumbers near me. Until Mr Nick B. proprietor of AP&D quoted me a reasonable & competitive price to which I decided w/out hesitation hired AP&D to repair old underground water line pipe. The workmanship performed was superb just absolutely superb. Thank you very much Nick, Ed, Dan and Gabriel, job well done.

On Valentine's Day, after hours, my main drain clogged and water was overflowing onto my floors. My man, Gabriel put on his cape and went to work on the problem. Within the hour, he unclogged the pipes and even pulled out some roots. He went above and beyond to reseal my toilet with an extra wax ring and even caulked the outside. He saved the day. Talk about customer satisfaction. Thumbs up Gabriel, I'd give you ten stars if I could.

I had a plumbing emergency 10 AM on a Sunday. Upstairs sewage line blocked and sewage water coming through the ceiling of the lower bathroom. I was somewhat freaking out...understandably so :)

Called a larger 24 hour plumbing company. They told me they could possibly come to my house between 9-10 PM. No way!

Found Advanced on Yelp. They came out within 2 hours and provided great service. The plumber was super nice. They had to pull my entire toilet off to get into the main line after unsuccessfully trying to unclog it. They charged around $360, which seemed fair.

The plumber took great care to work clean. I just had new light-color carpet installed in my house and he took great care. Put shoe covers on without even having to ask.

I really appreciated the extra mile. Unfortunately it's not easy these days to find crafts people not only do a good job but are also willing to be nice. Advanced did both! Thank you

I placed a call to Advance Plumbing on Wednesday night and they scheduled me an appointment for the next evening between 5-6 pm. My toilet and shower were backed up and I tried a few things myself to no avail. Damian arrived on time and accessed my situation. He realized my issue was a major one for only my landlord to deal with (if only I could get the landlord to answer my calls) and that I'd be able to get by until the landlord responded. I so appreciated his honesty and not fixing something that wasn't broken and charging me a ton of money. Damian was a real professional and took a lot of time with me, explaining in great detail what was going on with my pipes. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again and, most importantly, I'll recommend Advance plumbing to my landlord if I ever hear from him.

I had a terrific experience. Couldn't be more satisfied. Had a kitchen sink emergency: The clogged sink full of dirty water suddenly emptied into the cabinet under the sink through loose joints in the pipes. They were able to send someone out within just a few hours. He arrived early (hooray!), was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, explained each step of what needed to be done, rooted out the clog, replaced the joints between the pipes, and completely brightened my day while solving my problem. Nice work!!!!

Nick and Jill were super helpful with our plumbing issue. We had a burst pipe and light flooding, and one company was quoting us an extremely high amount and kept trying to add a bunch of additional services on top of the repair. Nick knows his stuff and let us know that he was 90% sure that we didn't need to do half of the stuff on the other company's estimate. Nick was not only correct in his assessment, but super professional and responsive. Everything works great again, and I saved time, money, and headache by going with Advanced Plumbing. They are the real deal.

Advanced Plumbing is a star studded service with competent, reliable and professional staff. Three days before Thanksgiving, we were In another state, when our neighbor called us to report that our trap drain was sending water down the street. Our neighbor turned the water off and I called Advanced Plumbing. The Office Manager sent someone out who advised me that it was the City's responsibility to clear this drain. He made a report and the next day the city did their job. We came home to a dry house and a working drain. I will definitely call Advanced Plumbing when this old house needs repair.

I am amazed by the work of Advance Plumbing and Drain Gabriel, Nick are like the super heroes of the plumbing world. Gabriel came out worked on our shower fixed a leak good as brand new.
