Posted my issue again to Yelp after he'd fixed my other issue 18 months ago. Nick texted me back about 2 hours later with a time and date (the following day, afternoon) which worked perfectly for me.

Gabriel came right on time, was professional, helpful, and hand agar'd the hell out of my drain and fixed my blocked kitchen sink after I'd tried literally everything else. Professional, quick, and fair. Can't ask for more.

Update: Advanced Plumbing is now our HOA first choice as Nick has done a great job with our building issues.

I e-mailed Advanced Plumbing and Drain Friday evening for a quote to snake the washer drain pipe and to also fix a leaky sink pipe. Nick responded quickly and said that he would be able to take a look at it the next day per my request.

Nick came out and fixed the leaky pipe under the garage sink and then proceeded to snake the garage drain. What should have probably been a simple job, turned into a much more intensive job. Nick never gave up, figured out what was wrong, and showed us what was causing our drain to back up. Somehow there was a buildup that turned into a cement consistency so that the water could not drain and instead just backed up. After breaking through the blockage in the pipe, we have a free flowing drain again!

If you are looking for an honest plumber, please give Nick a try. He is extremely personable, hard working, and in our opinion, very honest! We are very happy that we found him on Yelp. He has our future business now! Thanks so much for all of your hard work, Nick!

Good thing I checked with Yelp when a tenant reported sewage blocking up. Nick immediately responded and offered sending Gabriel over in a couple of hours. He showed up in half the time and proceeded to handle the problem. When he sized up the situation that'd call for heavier equipment, he returned a couple of hours later with it. And started to work. And work. And work. It was as tough as it gets, and my stomach was tied in knots wondering if we'd ever see light at the end of the tunnel. He was eventually joined by Chris, and the duo worked together. My anxiety rose so much after a couple of hours I had to call Nick, who was patient and reassuring, unlike some contractors who'd be annoyed with a client's anxiety and second guessing. Finally, just when I'd thought success would never come, they did it! And the culprit was identified as a used tampon. *&^%$# Moreover, after insuring there'd be no sewage returning with copious flushing, they hosed down the basement floor that'd been earlier contaminated with sewage to leave me with no further cleanup to do. That was a welcome ending after a frightful day. I definitely do recommend Nick, Gabriel, and Chris should you require an open drain. I'm grateful earlier clients had given them the 5 stars they so well deserve.
