Ever flush something down the toilet that you didn't intend to? I called these folks feeling pretty stupid, but got a same day appointment from the nice lady on the phone (""Don't flush it again,"" she advised) and a visit later that afternoon from Alex. He took my mishap in stride, made me feel better about the problem and not only recovered the... uh, treasure, but re-set and re-caulked the toilet for better future use. Super service from a real nice guy who knew what he was doing and did it fast. Advanced Plumbing and Drain will be my go-to plumber from now on.

Jeremy did an awesome job replacing our old disposal. He explained the issue (it was old and had rusted through) and provided us with a few different options for replacements. He luckily had all of the parts with him and was able to complete the job in about an hour, and showed us that everything was working well. My drain in kitchen sink started leaking into the unit below me the week before Thanksgiving. Jeremy from Advanced Plumbing and Drain assessed the situation and scheduled me for a timely repair since it was my kitchen sink, he said they don't want customers be unable to use essentials. They were fast and reliable. There were complications with old pipes but he kept me informed every step of the way and tried to find the most efficient way to fix the problem. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with the service from Advanced Plumbing. They came when they said they would come, did an excellent job, cleaned up afterwards, and gave me a 90 day guarantee. If my kitchen drain backs up again within the next 90 days they will come back at no charge.

After our water heater gave out, we were desperate for a quick fix so we could open our building back up to clients. We called more than ten companies and no one wanted to help until we reached Jill and Ryan at Advanced Plumbing and Drain. As far as I'm concerned, Ryan should be wearing a superhero cape. He trekked up multiple sets of stairs with the water heater like a champ and spent nearly six hours making sure everything was perfect. He even fixed a pipe for me that wasn't in our original plan! Nick, this is the name I know I can call at any time for a plumbing issue of any complexity and at any time. And I know I can trust his work. I should have written my review for the other service he did... well this is my most recent experience: I got my kitchen sink pipe cracked, and sent the photo to Nick and asked for an appt. He came with the part he purchased for me, identified/reconfirmed the issue, provided the estimate and replaced the broken part. All in less than 40 mins! Quick and easy! He also gave me the heads-ups on the issues I might need to fix in the near future and provided the estimates for them. This may sound like an easy story with a happy ending, but, believe me, I have another ""plumbing"" story that sounded even easier then this one but turned into a saga...and this one was not with Nick. You now wonder about how much I paid, and how it compares with the other plumbers. My experience tells me that the guys who are willing to work on your issue know the market prices much better than you and are competitive in the estimates. These who don't want to.. they give your the prices beyond reasonable.
I can also highly praise the effective communication and scheduling that is used by this business.
I would definitely recommend it!!! Five stars!
