Just had Christian save the day here! Such a pleasure.

At 5:00 PM at my business, we discovered that our toilet was clogged. We only have one bathroom and patients and staff need to clearly have access to a working restroom. In a panic, I began trying to phone businesses from YELP to try to get a plumber out to fix the issue prior to my first patient today. I must have called 15 places and left messages. Thankfully, Christian called me back and was able to fit me in first thing this morning before his other jobs.

He was wonderful. Very professional, friendly, fixed the issue. He was also very informative, explaining everything (he had to access the drain line also). Totally recommend him and will be using him in the future in the event that I ever have any plumbing issues!

Christian was my hero yesterday!! He came by to help me with a clogged sink, a dripping sink, replaced my kitchen faucet AND replaced the garbage disposal. All of this within an hour!!! Even though he was hustling to get all of this done for me, he took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me tips for how I can do some preventive maintenance on my own. I highly recommend!

My hot water heater started leaking badly and after going 'round and 'round with my home warranty company's "plumbers" I gave Christian a call. The other guys either wouldn't call me back, didn't want to come way out to Dripping, or saw where the water heater was located and decided it was too much work.

I left a message for Christian and he called me back within a few hours. We probably discussed the issue for 15-20 minutes. He wanted to make sure I had properly shutdown the heater to avoid any water damage. He gave me a ballpark price, then later that evening e-mailed me a quote. The quote was a little more after he sourced the replacement, but he made sure to fully explain why. I was cool with it.

He promised to be able to fit me the next afternoon. Awesome. He contacted me when he was on his way. He arrived with the new heater and the two of us were able to strong-arm the old one out and the new one in. I'm glad he was cool letting me assist instead of paying for a 2nd guy -- this was definitely a two-man job.

The price was exactly what I had agreed too. This guy works hard and values his customers. If I need a pro plumber again, I'm calling Christian.

Truly a no fuss transaction. The day I called, he was able to swing by between jobs, assess the situation, tell me what parts to order and to get them under warranty through Kohler and Delta's customer warranty programs (NO COST!!). He didn't charge me for the assessment! When the parts came in, Christian was out within 1 day and did the repairs. I find his prices very reasonable and his ability to ensure the parts are to me from the dealer saved me about $200. Loved that he wanted to get job done quickly and well.

Had all the parts that were needed in the truck, and the prices for those parts were at or below Home Depot. Explained everything that was needed in clear terms and fixed everything well. Can't ask for more.

Couldn't be happier! We had a hard to trace septic smell that we were enduring for months. We tried other tradespeople to help with the problem with absolutely no luck. Christian did a smoke test, pinpointed the leak and repaired it all within a few hours. It's rare to find someone who is not only up to the challenge but able to solve it. Thanks Christian!

Christian called me back with 15 minutes of me leaving a message about my clogged toilet and was over at my house an hour and a half after that. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and really wanted to show me how everything worked. He gave me options and didn't push the upsell. His visit lasted about a half hour total.

I had a hard time understanding some of what he said, but overall he was very charming. I wish I had known that he doesn't take credit or debit cards before I called him though, as I don't have checks or keep that much cash on hand. I would call him again or recommend him to a friend.
