I'm so happy I called Christian at Adept. He responded quickly and was very helpful in getting things set up for a quick repair. I will refer to him as "old school" because he knew what he was doing and provided excellent service. He helped me by fixing things instead of replacing things saving me a lot of money. He also informed me that my Pfister faucets had lifetime warranties and by calling company I could get free replacement parts saving me more money. To top it off he prepped the area where new part would go and took a video so that I could easily replace it. This meant I wouldn't have to call him back and would save more money. He is a Master Plumber which means he truly knows his business. I feel so blessed to have had him come out and help me.

I don't ever leave reviews but I feel like we should since we received excellent service. Christian and his wife came out to fix our shower handle and to replace our pressure regulator valve. Typically my husband fixes everything but I didn't know the brand of our shower fixtures. And upon my sending him a picture, he knew the brand right away and he ordered a cartridge. He was at our house within a couple of days. We were not having an emergency. This was not an easy job and they knocked it out in an hour. They cleaned up and left everything very tidy. Everything works as it should.

If you have a plumbing issue call Adept! They helped us right before Christmas - and Christmas company - to fix bathroom issues. He's been out again to help us with our outdoor spicots and other issues. He's been a great help finding the cause of problems and getting them fixed. Excellent and highly recommended!

Christian is amazing! I had a gas line in need of repair in my fireplace and I'm so thankful I found him. He was prompt, courteous, fair and he didn't mind my dogs wanted to give him kisses while he was working. Such a nice man and excellent plumber. In June 2021, a PVC nipple connecting our water meter to our main water line separated and we lost about 15,000 gallons of water. Because of our prior experiences with Adept Plumbing, I contacted Christian to schedule a visit to repair the line. As usual, Christian came out to our home quickly and assessed the problem. He concluded that the overall connection to our water meter needed to be replaced. He carefully considered how to perform the job and completed it successfully at a reasonable price. It is clear that the new piping configuration is much better than the original installation and we won't have to worry about this problem recurring.

We have used Adept Plumbing for several other jobs over the years and Christian always does a great job at reasonable cost. If we need plumbing assistance in the future, we will certainly contact Christian once again.
