Christian and his wife were recommended to me by some friends of mine. They were great. Called last night, and they came out this morning. Fixed my kitchen sink, which had been backing up horribly, and showed me what to do to help maintain it so it (fingers crossed) doesn't happen again. I felt their price was fair, and the work was completed pretty quickly.

Also, because this is important in the times of COVID -- they put on fresh masks and gloves before they got out of their truck, kept them on the whole time they were in the house, were easy about maintaining social distance, and even used some cleaner I had out to wipe down any surfaces they had touched.

I am so happy I found Christian. He fixed a leak in my kitchen faucet and replaced a sensor valve on my hot water recirculating pump. He's a super nice guy, does excellent and fast work, and very fair hourly price. I initially called a larger company but they quoted me a much higher fixed price. Christian has been doing this for around 30 years. He's super knowledgable, and he took 20 minutes of his time on an initial phone call to diagnose the problem and make sure that he had the necessary parts when he showed up at my house. He'll be my go-to guy for all future plumbing issues!

Christian is knowledgeable and honest. We needed emergency service due to a blockage in our septic line and he came out within a few hours. He also texted multiple times to update on his ETA and I was able to see his location on Waze when en route, which was very convenient! He took the time to explain everything, and the price was fair. I am so pleased with the work Christian did at our house. I discovered water coming out from under a wall, but had no idea where it was coming from. We shut off the water and called Adept Plumbing. Christian arrived within an hour. He was able to figure out what the problem was (a leak from the pipe connection in the wall going to the ice-maker in the frig) and right where it was. He quickly completed the repair and showed us what had happened to cause it. He also fixed the connection to the ice-maker hose so it was not crimped. He was very concerned to do the job right. I will certainly call him on any future plumbing issues. We really appreciate his competence and professional approach.

Christian is a very dependable plumber. I have called him in three seperate occasions. Two of our three occasions, our showers would not stop and the last time was the water heater needed replacing. There is a lot to like about this one-man operation. Answers his phone. Shows up on time. But before that he asks good questions on the phone to make sure you don't arrange for services you don't need. Does another test upon arrival to ensure you need the big repair. Knows his stuff. Improves on previous plumber's work. Builds in measures so if it needs a repair in future- parts are more accessible.
You get a sense of Christian's honesty throughout. Note: his quote was not the lowest, and it wasn't the highest either. But you could deduce from his questions and thorough explanations that you were getting a much better service than many might provide. He says he stays one man now in order to be totally accountable. I called Christian and asked if he could come over and take a look at somethings in the house. Nothing wrong just want to make sure all is ok. Wow, what an honest guy. He told me how to do the checks so he wouldn't have to charge me because it was so simple. Major thumbs up for him! You don't find many people who would do that. 10 Stars PLUS!
