I've used Adept 4 different times over 10 years and Christian always provides an excellent level of service at a fair price.

My experience with other plumbing firms has been very negative with outrageous estimates and overstated issues. I will never use anyone but Adept.

Christian is a perfectionist, honest and extremely hard working. He even tutored me on how to fix my bathroom faucet so I could save a few bucks.

I've asked Christian to handle a variety of plumbing problems over the years and he's always done an excellent job for me. His manner is direct and professional, and he's a well-traveled, interesting guy to talk to. He is a master of the trade, for sure, and a very smart problem solver. His rate is fair, especially considering what you get. He works efficiently, with a well stocked truck, and I believe he often saves me money by repairing rather than replacing. I really enjoy doing business with him, even when I'm the one who's always paying!

There just aren't enough stars available. We have been using Christian's services for at least 10 years. Thanks to him, our 75 year old house remained habitable; and he fixed the plumbing in the house we just bought to meet his high standards as well.

Once we had an emergency on a Sunday morning and couldn't reach him, so we called one of the 24/7 franchise plumbing companies. Luckily, Christian called us just as the other "plumber" was telling us it would cost $2,000 to fix the problem. Christian made us ask the guy if he had performed a simple test (can't remember what) before making this estimate. The other plumber stormed off in a huff. Christian told my husband to shut off the hot water and wait for him. He came by on Monday, fixed the problem, and saved us a fortune.

I have had a couple of not so great experiences with plumbers so I was very excited about Christian's work. He suggested solutions, installed new fixtures in tub and sink, fixed a running toilet, turned it into a dual flush system, calked--it all turned out beautifully. I am so excited to have everything like new and at a reasonable price.

I had Christian out yet again last week. This time for a septic line full of roots. I had actually had a few other plumbers give their opinion on what needed to be done and after telling Christian their view he set me straight. Rather than dig down and patch the broken piece of pipe we needed to dig up and expose the entire pipe to determine where the stress which originally cracked the pipe was, replace/repair the pipe and then make adjustments in the pipe to elevate the stress that caused the break in the first place.

Christian and his crew showed up early. His helpers spent all day digging up my yard and Christian spend many hours working his magic speaking a combination of English, French and Spanish. He's quiet the interesting man.

All said and done they were there all day, roots were removed, pipes were repaired, sand was put in to surround the pipe and salt was packed around it as well as plastic to keep future roots away. And for piece of mind we ran the camera through the pipe one more time so that I could see everything was good.

The best part: Christian's initial quote was cheap. As much as some of the other plumbers ballpark estimates for patching. When the bill arrived it came out to 30% less than the quote. Not bad for having work done 8 hours.

Hopefully I won't need to call on Christian again anytime soon but any plumbing need I or any of my friends may need will get his number.

Thank goodness a friend of mine gave me Christian's contact information after another plumbing company gave us a $13,000 estimate to fix a broken pipe under our house! Christian not only fixed this massive problem in record time while keeping all the dust and residue contained to one small area.....he also did it for a fraction of what the other company quoted us. He was so pleasant to work with and I would recommend him highly to anyone with a plumbing issue.

Christian is as good as it gets! What started out as a mid-level plumbing problem, turned out to be a MAJOR plumbing issue. Christian responded quickly, was very professional and worked until the problem was fixed. His price was very fair. While I hope I don't need a plumber for a long time, Christian is the GO TO man when I do.
