Yesterday we had Christian from Adept Plumbing come to the rescue for a leak in the kitchen. He scheduled us immediately and texted us when he was inbound. He was on time, proficient in his work, explained what needed to be done and his prices are wonderful. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs you may have in the future.

Christian saved my Thanksgiving!!!

My kitchen sink backed up the day before Thanksgiving. Of course, I was cooking for both my family & my boyfriend's family. So I needed a working kitchen sink fast. In a panic, I called 10 plumbing companies that either weren't working that day or couldn't send anyone out to help me before I finally called Adept Plumbing.

Christian worked me into his schedule and came out the same day -- the day before Thanksgiving! He figured out the problem, installed a new disposal & taught me how to use it properly so I wouldn't have problems in the future. I had lots of questions, & he genuinely didn't mind that I was watching & learning over his shoulder. I really appreciate the level of customer service that he provided. I won't be calling 10 other plumbers when I have a plumbing problem in the future -- I'll just be calling Adept Plumbing.

Called Adept to get a bid for a complete re-pipe on my house. He was not willing to give me an estimate for free, wanting to charge me for providing the bid. Having worked with multiple plumbers for job of this size it seems crazy to me that Adept could not provide a bid without charging.

On Monday morning we were scrambling to find a plumber who could help with a gas leak AND a leaking toilet (happy Monday!!) and all the plumbers were of course dealing with very busy schedules. But Christian called me back, moved his schedule around and came to address the gas leak!!!! Bless him!!! He showed up 5 minutes after we talked and solved my problem, thoroughly checking all of the gas lines in our house. By the time he left we were able to go back in and breathe!!

He also fixed our toilet and gave us all sorts of solutions and tips.

Christian is my new favorite plumber and I totally recommend him!

The greatest compliment I can give to Adept Plumbing is to recommend him to friends, family, and acquaintances and I have done this regularly for 10 years.

The owner, Christian, has managed plumbing issues in three of my homes, two of which I use as rentals. He was referred to me 10 years ago after I'd had two other master plumbers at one of my homes and where neither were able to resolve the problem.

As a master plumber, Christian has solved problems in my homes related to water pressure, shower cracks, commode issues, leaky sinks, even an outside faucet. If I have a plumbing problem that is outside of his realm of expertise, he lets me know right away. If it's not something that can be discovered until he's onsite, he figures out who can repair it and makes sure you get connected to the contact.

Either way, you get the solution you need to get the plumbing problem fixed!

Side note: It is best to schedule him during a *time period* versus a specific time. Christian is a one-man operation and he sometimes runs late based on the issues he's solving for the appointment in front of yours. If you can practice patience, he's worth the wait. Plus, he never leaves a customer's house without making sure their problem is fixed. Just know he'll do for you what he's doing for the customer ahead of you and that is to solve your plumbing problem before he leaves!

I've used Adept 4 different times over 10 years and Christian always provides an excellent level of service at a fair price.

My experience with other plumbing firms has been very negative with outrageous estimates and overstated issues. I will never use anyone but Adept.

Christian is a perfectionist, honest and extremely hard working. He even tutored me on how to fix my bathroom faucet so I could save a few bucks.

I've asked Christian to handle a variety of plumbing problems over the years and he's always done an excellent job for me. His manner is direct and professional, and he's a well-traveled, interesting guy to talk to. He is a master of the trade, for sure, and a very smart problem solver. His rate is fair, especially considering what you get. He works efficiently, with a well stocked truck, and I believe he often saves me money by repairing rather than replacing. I really enjoy doing business with him, even when I'm the one who's always paying!

There just aren't enough stars available. We have been using Christian's services for at least 10 years. Thanks to him, our 75 year old house remained habitable; and he fixed the plumbing in the house we just bought to meet his high standards as well.

Once we had an emergency on a Sunday morning and couldn't reach him, so we called one of the 24/7 franchise plumbing companies. Luckily, Christian called us just as the other "plumber" was telling us it would cost $2,000 to fix the problem. Christian made us ask the guy if he had performed a simple test (can't remember what) before making this estimate. The other plumber stormed off in a huff. Christian told my husband to shut off the hot water and wait for him. He came by on Monday, fixed the problem, and saved us a fortune.
