We had a drain issue the other day and a dripping faucet that needed to be replaced. Decided to try Paster Plumbing and it was a great decision. They were able to send a technician out the same day and Troy was great. He diagnosed the problems and came up with a few solution to choose from. He quoted us with very reasonable price and completed the job in a very efficient manner. He was also able to give us suggestions and information on installing a tankless water heater for our home. We are definitely calling Paster Plumber and Troy for our plumbing needs!

I was not happy with how they tried to upsell me. They show up with a promise of charging $69 to fix the problem, and by the time they were done they tried to charge me almost $4,000.

Despite what we had read on yelp, we have used this company for several years. They are prompt and they seemed efficient. Most of the time, we have negotiated a lower price than their original quotes for work, which are frankly high. They have replaced our water heater, our recirculating pump, and have repaired several leaky pipes. However, when I called them today to fix a small leak in a pipe they had previously repaired, they said that they don't have history anymore for that repair, and were going to charge me $400. The price was not negotiable, and the labor would be under an hour. I am very disappointed and will not use them again. Be warned.

I had Paster Plumbing visit for a second opinion for my plumbing problem. Hot water was coming out of the cold side on all my faucets and every company was telling me I needed to re-pipe. My technician, Min U., came and said otherwise. I was so impressed with how thorough he diagnosed my problem, even going under my house to map out the water pipes - FOR FREE. I asked him if I needed to re-pipe and he said, ""it's always good but not necessary,"" and he gave me several options, all that would fix my problem, and asked me to pick whatever fits the budget. This guy seemed like he really cares and went through so much to keep my house clean. Calling Paster had been the relief that I needed.

I don't like to leave bad comments...but.....Was at my mothers house and she had a leaking kitchen faucet. I think i figured out most of the issue myself, but as I've used this company in the past I called to arrange to have a service person come out. The service person that came out said that the faucet was too old to be fixed, then changed his story and brought in new parts, he left two O rings out and I asked if he was going to put them in as well, he said they were extras and I told him where in the faucet they went, he said that he never takes the faucet apart like that, i had show him how to take the faucet apart and show him where the O rings went. The faucet continued to leak and then he said he couldn't fix it any further, and said I needed a new one. I agreed and he said that since it was Saturday the parts place wasn't open...Lowes? Home Depot? Monday he called and then sent me a text of a faucet, never gave me a price on it or replied to any of my text messages back. I ended up doing some research myself and went to Home Depot and bought a new faucet. He returned to install the faucet. He appeared to be in a hurry and very distracted and proceeded to drench my kitchen in water, as he couldn't figure out how to install the faucet correctly. After he finally got it installed, he told me that i wasn't going to last, because of the prince I paid for it. He charged me $248.00 to install a faucet, but he said he'd do me a favor and only charge me $200, since I had the faucet on my own. Then proceeded to tell me he was going out on his own and if i needed anything to just call him and he would give me a much better deal....seriously??!?? Oh and guess what...It's leaking again!!

I agree with the reviewer who said that crooks purchased the company a few years back, so beware. I had used the company many times over the years. The owner sometimes came with his crew to quote a price. In the case of a corroded water line in the back yard, he took time to explain the problem and gave me a variety of options from very cheap and temporary to more expensive, long term solutions. In another case they actually refused to do what I thought would be a major job, explaining that they could fix the problem for a few hundred dollars.
Some time later I called for the repair of a leaky toilet. The guy told me the water shut off handle was frozen so he couldn't turn off the water leading to the toilet. It would cost me $400 to replace the water line and handle. I told him I would have to think about doing that repair. He then went to another bathroom to clear a stopped up toilet. I turned the water off in the 1st bathroom with no problem. Had I not tested out what he told me, I would have been out of $400.
The worker also asked too many personal questions and made me feel uncomfortable. I am a middle aged woman and he was asking where my sons were (he saw pictures) because it looked like I was usually home alone.
