Yesterday, Adeedo arrived in the morning to install a hot water heater. Lawrence was the main guy with helper, Ralph. The job was a bit complicated and it was a very hot day. The install went perfectly and we had hot water again by that evening. I am writing to commend Lawrence's professionalism and work ethic. This man never left the job site; never bothered to have lunch or dinner. He arrived at 8:30 AM and after the install was completed, he left around 3:30PM. He was personable and funny and professional the entire time he was here. He explained everything to me as he was installing the unit. If all of Adeedo's employees are as good as Lawrence is, I will use them for all my plumbing needs and I highly recommend you do the same.

I called Adeedo Plumbing to fix my water heater that kept turning off. The indicator showed that it was a faulty gas valve. The repairmen, Min and Nico confirmed that the unit was under warranty. They recommended that I should contact the manufacturer to get replacement parts (if they did it, it would cost me a lot more money). They even wrote up work order to help solidify my case when calling Rheem. Min and Nico were very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was not charged for the visit, since no work was completed. They did, however, write up a quote for the repair once I get the parts in from Rheem. I look forward to having them back to do the repair. based on my experience, I highly recommend Adeedo for your plumbing needs.

Called Service Champions for estimate on water heater repair. Viktor from Adeedo showed up. The heater had leaky, corroded supply line connections and a leaky drain valve. His solution was to replace the water heater to the tune of $5000. The real solution (from a more reputable plumber) was to replace the connections and replace the hot and cold lines into the water heater (the existing copper lines weren't very efficient.) This repair cost $40 in parts and $100 in labor...did not come anywhere near $5000! Rheem will replace the drain valve free of charge as the heater was still under warranty. If the new valve doesn't fix the leak, Rheem will authorize a replacement water heater...still nowhere near $5000! Maybe Viktor/Adeedo thought that I wouldn't question the blatant 'upsell' technique. I did and I would never recommend Service Champions or Adeedo for plumbing repairs.

My go to plumber since I bought my house 25 years ago had always been Fisher Plumbing. I had a kitchen problem and called them. I found out that Adeedo had purchased them during the pandemic and now Adeedo is owned by an international company. They quoted me $12,641 to replace the copper line from under the sink to the refrigerator (just because the handle on the valve for that line had broken off), replace the disposal, and open the wall behind the cabinets and dishwasher to replace the sink drain pipe.
1) they attempted to replace the copper line with a plastic one, and I told them the rodents will chew right through that.
2) the cut the existing copper line ant both ends where they were visible and replaced just the visible pieces, which I got angry about.
3) they finally replaced the whole copper line, but didn't put in a valve, do now I had to turn off the water in the house to install a new refrigerator.
4) they did not put the dishwasher back in its place after pulling it out to get to the wall.
5) I've called their office, the original salesman, and the guy who called me to verify if I'm happy with the work, to complain and ask them to come back and finish, many times. And they refuse to return my calls.
6) I have called the Better Business Bureau, and am now looking for a lawyer. Note that this review will hopefully get their butts in gear and finish the job that cost three times what anyone else would charge.
7) I will take down this review once the project is completed.

excellent experience! the lady at the office was very polite and quick to send Min to fix my water heater issue. Min was phenomenal. He did the maintenance on the water heater and while waiting for the process to finish, he helped me checking other plumbing issues. Awesome service.
