Adeedo sold me as a future customer, by just being honest. I purchased a water heater from another company and was told I need a water pressure regulator. I decided to either try another plumber or fix it myself because their prices was a little expensive, and the work seemed pretty simple. Well, it wasnt as simple as I expected and I called another plumber. Unfortunately, I was quoted an insane amount. I ultimately decided against it. I reached out to Adeedo, and Cesar arrived right on time. The first thing he said was lets check to see if you need one. Not quote me first, but check. Instead of charging me an insane or competitive price, Cesar informed me that a replacement water pressure regulator was needed. That honesty, goes a long way. If I ever have any issues, Adeedo, willd be the first place I call!

Had kitchen drainage issue. Lawrence came out earlier and was very professional and Honest. It was so easy to talk to him. He made us want to do business with him again. Still stunned by the $6,600 estimate they gave me to replace my hot water heater. In their itemized quote, they wanted $2,200 just because my house has seven stairs leading to the basement! Absolute insanity.

I went to four other vendors and highest of those was $2000 for everything - a new heater, labor and, yes, even going up and down those seven stairs. Needless to say, I went with a competitor. I ended up paying $1,899 all-in instead of the $6,600 Adeedo wanted. Avoid these guys.

I previously wrote a bad review about a bad experience I had with this company. Since then the company got in touch with me and paid out of pocket for the person I hired to do the same work. They were apologetic and handled the situation responsibly and I definitely appreciate their attention to this. So I would definitely give this company another chance. They seem to want to provide good service and I commend them for that.

We needed some toilet maintenance and a small section of re-piping (eliminating some galvanized) . Min came to our house and was thorough and skilled - all the work was done very well. He was knowledgeable, and most importantly, he identified a few options for future fixes/upgrades AND things that we should not be concerned about. He was the first plumber that we've worked with that did not seem rushed, and was committed to fixing things the right way.

Please note - Adeedo is not ""the guy your neighbor knows"" plumbing, so they do charge, IMO, a premium rate - however the service we received was top notch and absolutely worth it!

A few weeks ago we were in need of service for our tankless water heater (flush and filter change). Min came out for the service call -- he was thorough and knowledgeable. While he was here, i pointed out a water flow issue with our kitchen faucet. He immediately diagnosed the problem and made recommendations, including that our faucet itself was probably the issue (thankfully it was still under warranty). He came back today to remedy the problem, and the issue is solved! He does an amazing job -- above and beyond. Thank you!

We had a clogged shower line in our guest bathroom while a guest was visiting and found Adeedo. So so glad we did!

Donny arrived quickly and was extremely pleasant to work with. He even told us that we have a 30 day warranty for the work performed so if the line by chance clogs again, they will come back out to clean the line again for FREE! Seriously amazing service!!!

I'm keeping their number on speed dial in case we have any other plumbing issues in our house! It's always a surprise with these old pipes.
