UPDATE: Over the Christmas holiday, water POURED into my ceiling and walls due to the holes this company's ""technicians"" left in my roof (without informing me of the damage and need for repairs after their ""work""/work over last February). The water damaged the electrical wiring in my bathroom wall, resulting in a popping and sizzling sound. The fire department had to be called and part of my power turned off until the rain stopped, and my roof, ceiling, walls, and electrical wiring could be addressed, all at an out- of- pocket cost to me (I'm still and will seemingly forever be paying monthly installments on my over $20,000 brand new unit to a third party lender/creditor; you better believe that Adeedo! has already been paid in full though). I called my city building department and learned that NO (CONSTRUCTION) PERMITS WERE EVER PULLED (although that was part of the contracted service agreement) AND NO CITY BUILDING INSPECTOR WAS EVER CALLED AFTER-THE-FACT TO INSPECT AND GIVE THE STAMP OF APPROVAL FOR THE WORK DONE (wonder why). I now have to arrange to have a different, actually reputable HVAC/Air/Heating company come out and inspect the work done by this company. Meanwhile, for the second time in a little over a year since I was obviously tricked into having this brand new (?), expensive unit installed, it is non-operational. In the midst of last summer's heatwave, although I set my thermostat at 78 degrees, the unit actually BLEW ONLY THE HOTTEST OF HOT AIR! DURING A BLISTERING HEATWAVE! Adeedo! came out and supposedly fixed whatever the problem was at no charge. NOW, at the beginning of an early March cold snap, the heater will not turn on AT ALL. I have to try to find a different reputable company who can come out on a weekend (because I WORK during the week) and fix whatever mess is STILL happening with the supposedly brand new unit on my roof. I hate it here. Action against this terrible company that has just about ruined my piece of mind and happiness is forthcoming/pending, and so is another review/progress report.

Adeedo is a fraud. My elderly friend called Adeedo to her house in Beverly Hills because her bathroom sink was draining slow. The tech told her she needed her drain pipes replaced from below the sink to the main. $5,200.00 included patching wall. If no wall patch then price would be $3,200.00. Two men for 5 hours replaced drain line. They left and she turned the water on in the sink, still clogged. Tech comes back out and cleans the pop up of a lot of hair. Sink drains fine. $3,200.00 to clean hair out of the sink!

Cesar helped us with our garbage disposal which was running but not grinding. He identified the issue quickly and we did not need to replace the unit. His pricing was reasonable and he was very professional and respectful. We have used Adeedo in the past and have had a good experience each time.

Due to a freon leak in the old A/C unit we were forced to replace the whole system and remove the old asbestos ducting. Justin worked with us to get the best deal for our budget. He went out of his way to meet all our complicated needs as the house has 3 zones which work separately or all together. We ended up replacing the entire Hvac system, moved everything to the attic and put in a heat pump taking advantage of state incentives(at Justin's suggestion). The removal/installation took several days. The work crew started promptly each morning at 8:00 am and at the end of each day, Felipe, the head of the crew explained/showed me what they had done. We are very satisfied with the work and are convinced that we have a top of the line system at a very competitive price. We cannot recommend Adeedo / JW Heating and Air / Service Champions enough!

Buyer beware with this company. My 96 year old dad called them to fix his leaking faucet and toilet. He needed a new faucet and a new toilet flush valve with flapper and toilet supply line. Fortunately my dad asked them to call me to review the estimate which totaled over $1,000 but they applied a senior discount of $108. They were charging him $713.00 for the faucet. When I asked for the details of the brand and how much was labor he wouldn't give it to me saying their not a ""mom and pop shop"" that gives a breakdown. The toilet was $374. You can buy the kits at Home Depot for $30 or so. When I challenged him on the transparency he reiterated they don't provide those details in their estimates. My dad ended up calling another plumbing service Michaelangelo (which I highly recommend) who charged him $267 and fixed everything in less than 40 minutes. I'm appalled they would not only have no transparency in their pricing, but would take advantage of an elderly person. Definitely would not recommend this company!!!

When the customer is upset...not satisfied with the work and communication I will say there are certain individuals who will make it right at Adeedo. Upon hearing my complaints about our situation Erica reached out and then put me in contact with the right people to assist with solving the issue. We worked directly with Alphonso who was patient, efficient, and an excellent communicator. He understood our dilemma and made things right by sending us Jaime to complete the job (that should have been completed last year). Thank you Jaime for your communication and for treating our home with such care. Patch job was also done with clear communication and care thanks to Kenny! Continue with the clear communication, directness, and understanding of the customer Adeedo. I'm hoping any one who uses them gets the same treatment that Alphonso, Jaime and Kenny provided. This customer is now happy.

Made an appointment for a technician to come out to unclog a drain. I was given a 2 hour window but they never showed. I called for a status update and they told me they were unable to come out.

Called for a clogging service and was scheduled the next day. Technician Yony came on time and was very professional with the work he provided. I'm very pleased with the service and would definitely use again for future services.

The gas company had to do a shut off due to a leak. Since it was after hours, I called the 24/7 AdeeDo phone number to get a repairman to fix. The answering service said they would have someone contact me but after 2hrs of waiting no one returned call and I had to call them back again. Their answering service said they would resend another message to their field person and someone would call me back. No one from AdeeDo ever returned my calls so I got someone else to do the repairs the next day. They were my go to plumbers in the past but ever since they became part of Service Champions, their service and quality has really gone down.

So my daughter apparently tried to flush an entire roll of toilet paper down the toilet. Completely clogged it - . Yony arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, resolved it quickly and professionally. Thanks for a job well done!
