I am a repeat customer of Adeedo plumbing and always request Min Ukani to come out for repairs, improvement projects and maintenance. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and really goes above and beyond what is expected.

We had him out to the house to repair a water pipe that was punctured by a contractor, he added several hose outlets on our property and fixed a clogged drain. He also comes out periodically for maintenance of our water heater. He is always on time and very professional.

DO NOT CALL IF YOU ARE NOT THE HOMEOWNER! I am a family assistant and I called on behave of the homeowners I work for as this is my job. I know the house just as well as the homeowner does and deal with contractors and service people coming in and out of the house every day it would be no different then them dealing with the homeowner. Adeedo wanted to charge us $70 because they were dealing with an assistant and not the homeowner. That is just stealing money from people that are fortunate enough to have help at home. So they have not only lost their $70 but also any other business from us or referrals.

I also want to add that Ashley who I spoke with on the phone was not helpful at all and did not try to help when I explained this to her. She just said it would be $70 because ""they aren't working directly with the homeowner""

I have made the LA Nanny and family assistant network aware of this and have let them know to not waste their time in calling or dealing with Adeedo Plumbing.

He provided us with a lot of valuable information about our options and helped us figure out the best route to go. I felt very confident in his work and he worked very efficiently and respectfully. We were in the middle of a major home project when we noticed a strange smell coming from the bathrooms and even stranger noises coming from the toilets. We soon realized that our entire sewer system was backed up and pouring gas back up into our house. In less than an hour we had Adeedo's plumbers at our place diagnosing the issue with a sewer line camera and explaining exactly what was wrong.

Efren, John, Rafa, and Joseph worked very quickly to show us the exact source of the backup and the seriousness of the crack in our main sewer pipe. They explained everything clearly and without any kind of upselling gave us a competitive. It was a no-brainer to go with them and have them replace our entire sewer line.

One of the guys (Joseph, I think) had to dig for hours under our house in a tiny, dark crawlspace just to trench our old sewer line. Amazing work!
They got us up and running by the same night and finished the replacement the next day in a couple of hours. We barely even had to wait to use the water and bathrooms again and the quality of their work was incredible. They added a new cleanout and upgraded our pipes to latest modern ABS materials and were a pleasure to work with to boot.

Will definitely stick with these guys for any future plumbing problems.

I couldn't have wished for a better team of plumbing professionals to switch out my 50 plus year old problematic piping. The team included supervisor Alfonso, Jose, Tony, Victor and Rueben. They were very hard working, punctual and respectful of my home. Alfonso even recommended an electrician to install 2 light fixtures.

Tuesday morning at 7:00AM I looked outside my house and saw a lake of water in front of my house. I live in the hills and water was running down the hillside behind my house and surrounding my house and the water was ending up in the street..In a panic I called Addedo Plumbing .
I was told someone would be at my house in an hour . Efram and John did show up about an hour later. They found the source of the water and took care of the situation . I had used Addeedo before and was happy with their service and will them again !

I had to call Adeedo back out I was able to do this because of the excellent customer service Erica provided.

They guarantee their work(if it's a return visit and was their second time) and the plumber Mathew did not disappoint. He took his time snaked my toilet and when he left it was running really well. The company was fair with me and that went a long way. Property Owner was also impressed with Adeedo Services.

When you call other companies they act mysterious...like it's a sham. Erica was upfront and did her best to help us resolve this problem. Thanks Adeedo!

Christopher was an outstanding technician who went above and beyond. When he arrived, we realized the ladder he had on hand wouldn't reach the roof, where the A/C unit was located. I figured we'd have to reschedule, which is a bit of a bummer but understandable - but Christopher went around the neighborhood until he found a ladder to borrow to reach!

From there, he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and scheduled a follow up to present various options for replacement and repair. He even managed to get the unit working as is, despite its age and worn down nature. He also took a video that clearly showed the state the unit was in, and explained things in a clear way that listed out my options.

Through it all, Chris was positive, chipper, kind, and honest. His easygoing nature built a rapport and trust, and I look forward to meeting his manager on Friday to go over options and make an informed decision on how to repair or replace the current unit.

Adeedo, you are fortunate to have such an incredible asset on your team, and a such great brand ambassador!
