We had a previous service contract for our HVAC system with Reliance, which has now been taken over by Adeedo, so we thought we would try them for our annual check-up. The service person - Art - (after checking in with us for okay) arrived before our designated time - a big plus! Art was well equipped and diligent - he took pictures and walked us through what he had done. He even cleaned up the mess left by our roofers in the crawl space where the HVAC unit is located. He did point out an issue with our AC unit for which he suggested a ""fix"" that was more expensive than we would expect, so we plan to get a second opinion before we do anything about that.

Our shower was having trouble draining so Alfonso from Adeedo came to solve our plumbing problem. He was polite and efficient. In no time he was able to pull 2 obstructions from the drain. The price was so reasonable. We are very happy and can highly recommend Adeedo Plumbing! We will certainly call Adeedo again for any plumbing problem! Thank you Adeedo!

Fraud alert: I received a call from a man who identified himself as ""Santa Monica Heating and Air"" and asked if I would like my A/C serviced. I don't have an A/C but we continued talking until we agreed to have a plumber come and clean my drains. I asked him when SM Heating and Air had added plumbing services and he said they now had plumbing services. I then asked him who owned SM Heating and Air and he said that it was Adeedo that would be coming to the house, that Adeedo had purchased some businesses and that it would be an Adeedo truck that would be in front of my house. We set a time for Sat. 10am-12noon.
The technician never showed up and I made two calls to the phone number I had that went to the voicemail of Benjamin Pederson of Adeedo. I then called SM Heating and Air and they did not have a service call on the books. I then called Adeedo and they confirmed there was a service call and a technician would be to the house but they could not confirm a time. I found this incredible that not only had I been lied to and led to believe that Adeedo had purchased SM Heating and Air, I had also been lied to about a service time. Santa Monica Heating and Air is a thriving, long standing business and needs to be made aware that their name is being used to mislead people to book appointments under their name.

I have written one Yelp review in my life. This is #2. I scheduled this company last week. They confirmed my appointment via email for a few days later within a 2-hour window (10-12). I get a voicemail at 11:40 the day of the appointment informing me they could not come. I called them back, at which point, I was told they could not come because they don't have a technician with the expertise to service my tankless water heater. When I suggested rescheduling a couple days later ONLY IF they could guarantee me that this person would be on time and have the requisite expertise, she was unable to do this. Not only did she tell me that she was trying to explain ""but I cut her off"", but she also lectured me on how ""things happen and they can't guarantee this window."" Obviously they screwed up on the aspect of delivering the service as they promised. But they compounded the situation with very poor customer service. I am not able to give 0 stars, which is the only reason I am even granting them 1 star. This company did not behave in a way that made me feel they cared about my business at all.

Alfonso was professional and worked quickly to snake two of our drains. He then fixed a toilet. He patiently explained how some of the items worked. I would definitely call on them again.

We have several toilets and sinks in our 12 year old condo.

Several of them needed new parts and servicing.

Their plumber Ken showed up in the chosen time frame. He checked each one and gave us a written estimate in advance of what needed to be done. Thorough but with no pressure. He went and got the needed parts, returned promptly and fixed everything quickly.

No mess. Courteous. Reasonable.

I will use adeedo again if needed and would recommend them to others.

We had a wonderful experience. The service people (especially Enron and John) were efficient and nice. Everything was explained and all the service people worked from beginning to end. They were on time each day (4 1/2 days). We requested before and after photos and they were taken and sent to us.

I needed to have my water filter changed in the courtyard outside my house. I had done it before, but this time I could not unscrew the glass bell that held the filter no matter how hard I tried. So I called Adeedo because their marketing ads on tv promised quick and expert help. They gave me a date two days from when I called, but at the time period they were supposed to come, they called and said they were so busy they'd have to delay until the next day. I agreed and waited for their arrival between 10 and 12. At sometime after 11, I got a call saying they were in my neighborhood, but were not finished with another customer so would be at my house in Ladera Heights just east of Culver City, CA between 12 and 1. At 12:20 I received a call from my daughter who lives in the Hollywood Hills, and she told me there was a plumber at her house from Adeedo saying he was there to change her water filter. I have no idea how they got her address as my address in Ladera Heights was the only address I gave them. I called them immediately but only got a voicemail. I told them I had no idea what they were doing and I did not want them to come to my house at all now. I said I would give them a bad review on Yelp. Amazingly, they never called me back! I will never use them again.
