I have had my HVAC system checked and serviced with many companies and technicians over the years; and have not had the best experiences so far.

That has changed after having had Freddy Aguilar with Service Champions come in to perform testing and maintenance of my system. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. He really took the time to examine, test, and clean every component of my system as well as showing me where the issues were and providing a thorough explanation of everything.

We've been customers since the days of Burbank Plumbing & Heating and have been happy with their work on many jobs.
Unfortunately, they dropped the ball on a recent toilet estimate.
The guy diagnosed the problem right away and gave me the name of a specialty store.
He said he would provide an estimate. I didn't care for the fact that he kept putting the onus on me to order the replacement unit, but I took care of it.
Since then, I've called twice for the estimate, to no avail. I'm done chasing. We'll use a more reliable vendor.
