I called to have my hot water heater repaired. I was scheduled an appointment for 9:00 - 12:00 I waited, and waited, called back and talk to this very caring young lady name miya, she check and saw that the tect went to the wrong house and called my house, when I told them to call my cell they text me but call my house number. So miya reset an appointment for me fir 4:00 - 6:00 and updated my home address and phone number. She really went the extra mile in helping me. I give her 5 stars for what she did.

My experience with Adeedo! Plumbing has been positive and satisfactory. Miya Young, who was very personable and quite helpful, assisted me in scheduling my service and detailing my bathroom plumbing problem. Technician Maffyrn Martinez and his team of two additional technicians, over the course of the three day job, were prompt, professional, and very good at explaining things that were being done. Upon completion of the job, the bathroom was cleaned and put back in order.

This company used to be a good thing, but just three days ago I called them to fix some gas lines and I said I needed it done soon as possible so I can put my drywall up. The guy came here looked and never gave me a quote never came back to fix it This company is a waste of your time!!!! Call someone else because these guys are no good

We had Adeedo install a new HVAC system for us two years ago and have, for the last year, been ""members"" (which means they stay on top of us for bi-annual maintenance). Everyone has always been incredibly professional and done a great job, but wanted to write a review today to shout out Fredy A, who spent four hours troubleshooting an issue for us even after his supervisor told him they'd have to come back out another time. Really appreciate his diligence -- I honestly think he wanted to fix our issue more than we did. (Also, he was great with our dogs!) Very glad we found Adeedo to handle our HVAC and plumbing needs, we haven't been disappointed yet.

I want to send out a huge thank you for Miya. I had a toilet overflowing and Miya went beyond usual efforts to find a plumber to come as soon as possible. I was also so upset and she was supportive and calmed me down. Thank you so much Miya.
A couple of hours later, Victor came over and he was an excellent plumber who took the time to explain exactly what was causing the problem. The issue was resolved and he was on his way. A big thank you to you Victor.
Miya and Victor are big assets to this company. The company is fortunate to have them there.
One negative comment, which has nothing to do with Miya or Victor...
Adedoo is extremely expensive. Compared to other companies their fees are off the charts. A simple phone call to other companies will allow you to see this for yourself.

I had an issue with my tenants toilet today so I called Adeedo. the response was quick and the plumber Victor Torres was extremely professional and nice as can be. He immediately started trouble shooting and LITERALLY showed me a clean out outlet that I had no idea existed! He went out of his way to show us and give us detail of what needed to be done and what he was gonna do. I truly appreciate and respect the honesty that Victor showed here at my home! Min returned hot water to our tankless. Quick diagnosis and came back with the parts and just replace them left the site clean and a consummate gentleman.

They quoted $7,800 to replace a kitchen sink. Another vendor quoted 1000so we went with them and it works great.

I have used Addeedo for all my plumbing needs for several years--and recently noticed a concerning pattern that they always seem to find a larger, more expensive project than the one I called them in for. They recently tried to sell me on a $12K project by claiming they observed an underground leak with an infrared camera. However, two other plumbers assured me that there was no underground leak and that the infrared photo was misleading. The problem I called them for was repaired by another company for $500 in less than an hour. I suggest always getting a 2nd opinion on an Adeedo recommendation!
