Worst experience ever! They came with an incomplete and incorrect work order. Messed up my bathroom sink then said they needed to come back with parts. They did, weeks later. Then put in a new kitchen faucet that won't work with my old water then REFUSED TO PUT THE OLD ONE BACK now I have no way of getting clean water out of the kitchen. Horrible.

I hired them to install a new gas line from the street to my firepit. Their price was reasonable and the work was completed in a timely and adequate manner. However, they also did a smaller job for me at the same time, which was to move my washer and dryer to a new spot in the garage. After the work, the dryer started shutting off in the middle of the dry cycle, or sometimes wouldn't turn back on after a cycle was over. I would have to unplug the machine and plug it back in to get it to work. Being very busy, I kind of just shrugged it off for a while, until one day it just wouldn't turn on at all, and I noticed that there was condensation inside the lit up buttons. I called an appliance repair company, who came out and quickly found the problem. The vent of the dryer had broken off and was lying on the floor of the machine - the hot wet air had been filling the inside of the machine for a few months. And in case I thought that maybe the plumbers were unaware of having broken the vent pipe while moving the machine... the vent hadn't even been connected to the wall! It was just sitting there not connected, and no one said a word! So the computer was being drenched all that time (about three months). The appliance guy dried it out and put it back in, and so far the dryer is working fine (this was about a week ago).
Meanwhile, ADD never sent me an invoice for the work, and honestly, I pay invoices when I receive them, but until the company sends me one, I don't really think about it. Coincidentally, the office staff called me on the same day that my dryer broke down to tell me I had an outstanding amount due. I called and talked to the owner. He was not apologetic and didn't seem concerned with what had happened at all; really only adamant that I pay up. He agreed to let me subtract the $200 I paid for the appliance repair and begrudgingly said he'd fix the dryer himself should it break down in the near future.
I received the invoice in the mail two days later, via certified mail, with a Notice of Intent To File a Lien included in the envelope. I wrote a check and literally put it in the hand of the mailman that had just handed me the certified mail. I called the office about the notice, left a message with a receptionist, and never received a call back.

This is an overdue acknowledgement. I am the president for 27 units condo building and I have been using Add Plumbing for the last 14 years for remodeling bathrooms and kitchen. Add Plumbing has always done a great job. Thank you all, Erika, Clive and all the staff......

If I could leave zero review I would. The most incompetent plumbing company I have ever dealt with. The milked my landlord for almost 3k for poorly installed faucet swap and a faulty exhaust install that has had a gas leak for weeks that they cant be bothered with eventhough the gas company came thru and confirmed they did a poor install that needs to be sorted ASAP. ZERO INTEGRITY IN THEIR WORK!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED IN THEIR LACK OF CARE. ONLY INTERESTED IN A CREDIT CARD. I SUGGEST AVOID AT ALL COST.

I don't understand the high ratings for this company at all. I guess it's because they're relatively cheap? You get what you pay for. Our building has used them 2-3 times, and, each time, there have been significant issues. They bill for work they didn't do in one case and billed twice for the same work in another case. For one large job that affected half the building, we called them the day before to remind them... and they had apparently forgotten! They were also late (after we had reminded them).
We've contacted them multiple times over the last several months for billing issues. We were told they would pull the invoice and... that's the only response they've given us.
So, if you want sloppy service and billing practice, feel free to use this company. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Everyone at the company was polite. We scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday morning. The plumber was supposed to come between 9 and 10 so I stayed home from work to meet the plumber. No one showed up. At 11:30, I called ADD who told me that the plumber had decided to go to a job in North Hollywood in the morning, but was planning on coming to our apartment in the afternoon. I had to go to work, so I rescheduled for the next day. The next day, I came home from work early to wait for the plumber. This time the plumber showed up. They said the leak was because one of the air-conditioning pipes wasn't slanted enough and the water wasn't running out. So they reset the pipe. This resulted in a piece of pipe sticking out from a hole in the ceiling. They also didn't attach the pipe correctly under the bathroom sink for the water to drain, so they created a new leak. And they didn't even fix the original leak. So we now had two leaks instead of one and a piece of pipe sticking out from a hole in our ceiling. I called ADD back to ask them to come and fix their work. The dispatcher told me that there would be a plumber available after 4 pm. This time, my wife came home early to wait. The plumber didn't come. When my wife called, the dispatcher told her that I had insisted that the plumber come after 4 o'clock and that the company did not have anyone available. Not true. I had agreed to 4 o'clock because ADD said that's when the plumber could come. A few days later another plumber came. That plumber fixed the leak under the bathroom sink. His solution to the original leak was to put a towel underneath the leaking pipe. ADD was supposed to call us to schedule a time to send another plumber, but, we are still waiting for that call. So, after all that hassle, we are actually in a worse position than before ADD ever get involved.

Great Job!!! Came in over the weekend!!! Saved our party!!! If you need pro'd at the last min. Give ADD a call!!!!!

Great customer service. Very quick to schedule and address the issue. Great prices. Have used for multiple needs and will continue to do so.

This company did so great by us! Came out on a Saturday, really fast, fixed the problem and when I ran in to get my checkbook the technician left telling my husband the company will send me a bill. Can you even imagine that? Then I waited nervously to see if the amount was going to be really high (maybe that is why payment was not collected at the time of work). So surprised when the bill came - we paid less than other work I have had done on a non-emergency basis. Do yourself a favor and keep this company information handy and be sure to call them!

My apartment manager arranged for these plumbers to repair 2 leaks under sinks. They arrived within 15 minutes of the start of the 3 hour window, repaired the leaks with much better parts than were originally installed, and then not only did they wipe the floors, they insisted on neatly replacing all my under-the-sink stuff. they couldn't have been more professional. I took their company info for the future.
