I didn't hire this company but I wouldn't recommend them based on my actual experience. They just aren't professional. They sent a young guy learning on the job who instantly cranked up music while working in my home with no consideration. The other guy couldn't explain anything took 5 hours to incorrectly install the HWT. I have been uncomfortable at the least and alarmed at most. I'm just being an honest resident. They have spent more than 12 hours on three separate trips just to replace a simple pre-existing hot water tank and still haven't done it correctly or safely. They have replaced sheetrock with cardboard and then crushed the drain pan installing the new tank and then the guy standing in my house telling me it's not code to have one. Yikes. This time around everything looks good except for the missing exhaust piece. Hopefully, the 4th trip out will be quick. Construction trades need better regulation, training. Feels like a shakedown to get simple stuff done. My time is valuable too and too many safety issues to look the other way, so here it is...

I don't recommend working with ADD plumbing. Please check out other reviews as well. They came with an incomplete and incorrect work order. Messed up my bathroom shower then said it's not related to their work. Well, no one else did worked there. Now we are taking showers with the thinnest string of water. When we tried contacting them they often didn't return our calls either.

I don't recommend doing business with ADD Plumbing. The came to fix condo pipelines and after their ""repair"" I have no shower pressure anymore. I repeatedly reached out their offices for an answer and I was ready to pay for a fix. Only response I got is they will ask someone and no one ever got back to me. The day after their repair my shower has no pressure anymore which is the pipeline they worked on. Finding a good plumber is so hard and unfortunately ADD plumbing is not one of the good ones.

After a long road of picking out the right washer unit, our installers told us our valves and exterior pipes had corroded. Installation could not be completed until this fix was done. We called one plumber and were given a quote of $820. Our HOA had us call another plumber and quoted us $690. We made appointment with both of them and they blew us off. 10 days of having no washer. We then called ADD Plumbing at 2:30pm on a Saturday and they had two plumbers working on our project at 3:00pm. Get this, they got it done in less than an hour and only charged us $500. Washer is in and everything is working great. Thank you!

Our Grohe shower mixer has stopped working (all hot or all cold).
Unfortunately called ADD. They came out and said we would need a new
diverter and a new wax/thermo controller, but they didnt have the parts.
So we called Grohe and ordered entire new set of controls. We scheduled them to come back out one day with a 12 noon - 4 pm window .
At 4:30, after staying home all afternoon, we called them. They told us that they couldnt make it that day.
We rescheduled. This time they arrived, but were missing some screws.
they would have to come back some other time. They would get the screws.
After almost a month, we called and they scheduled us for today 9am-10am.
At 11 am we called them and found out that not only did not have the screws, but no one was coming to the house today. This was after they called at 8 am to confirm that someone would be there as scheduled.
So watch out. Either they are totally incompetent or they were just stringing us along. We wasted over 12 hours in all. Fortunately didnt pay them any money.

Worst experience ever! They came with an incomplete and incorrect work order. Messed up my bathroom sink then said they needed to come back with parts. They did, weeks later. Then put in a new kitchen faucet that won't work with my old water then REFUSED TO PUT THE OLD ONE BACK now I have no way of getting clean water out of the kitchen. Horrible.

I hired them to install a new gas line from the street to my firepit. Their price was reasonable and the work was completed in a timely and adequate manner. However, they also did a smaller job for me at the same time, which was to move my washer and dryer to a new spot in the garage. After the work, the dryer started shutting off in the middle of the dry cycle, or sometimes wouldn't turn back on after a cycle was over. I would have to unplug the machine and plug it back in to get it to work. Being very busy, I kind of just shrugged it off for a while, until one day it just wouldn't turn on at all, and I noticed that there was condensation inside the lit up buttons. I called an appliance repair company, who came out and quickly found the problem. The vent of the dryer had broken off and was lying on the floor of the machine - the hot wet air had been filling the inside of the machine for a few months. And in case I thought that maybe the plumbers were unaware of having broken the vent pipe while moving the machine... the vent hadn't even been connected to the wall! It was just sitting there not connected, and no one said a word! So the computer was being drenched all that time (about three months). The appliance guy dried it out and put it back in, and so far the dryer is working fine (this was about a week ago).
Meanwhile, ADD never sent me an invoice for the work, and honestly, I pay invoices when I receive them, but until the company sends me one, I don't really think about it. Coincidentally, the office staff called me on the same day that my dryer broke down to tell me I had an outstanding amount due. I called and talked to the owner. He was not apologetic and didn't seem concerned with what had happened at all; really only adamant that I pay up. He agreed to let me subtract the $200 I paid for the appliance repair and begrudgingly said he'd fix the dryer himself should it break down in the near future.
I received the invoice in the mail two days later, via certified mail, with a Notice of Intent To File a Lien included in the envelope. I wrote a check and literally put it in the hand of the mailman that had just handed me the certified mail. I called the office about the notice, left a message with a receptionist, and never received a call back.

This is an overdue acknowledgement. I am the president for 27 units condo building and I have been using Add Plumbing for the last 14 years for remodeling bathrooms and kitchen. Add Plumbing has always done a great job. Thank you all, Erika, Clive and all the staff......

If I could leave zero review I would. The most incompetent plumbing company I have ever dealt with. The milked my landlord for almost 3k for poorly installed faucet swap and a faulty exhaust install that has had a gas leak for weeks that they cant be bothered with eventhough the gas company came thru and confirmed they did a poor install that needs to be sorted ASAP. ZERO INTEGRITY IN THEIR WORK!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED IN THEIR LACK OF CARE. ONLY INTERESTED IN A CREDIT CARD. I SUGGEST AVOID AT ALL COST.

I don't understand the high ratings for this company at all. I guess it's because they're relatively cheap? You get what you pay for. Our building has used them 2-3 times, and, each time, there have been significant issues. They bill for work they didn't do in one case and billed twice for the same work in another case. For one large job that affected half the building, we called them the day before to remind them... and they had apparently forgotten! They were also late (after we had reminded them).
We've contacted them multiple times over the last several months for billing issues. We were told they would pull the invoice and... that's the only response they've given us.
So, if you want sloppy service and billing practice, feel free to use this company. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
