We had a corroded leaky urinal at the office that was in need of repair. Unfortunately, we had a problem with another company that did not complete the repair and the price kept going up. We called Adaven and it was a relief to have a technician that conveyed trustworthiness and confidence, that it was not a challenge to do this repair...that they could get the job done correctly and it would not cost a fortune.
Anthony was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and did the job right. What more can you ask for! I will definitely use this company again.

Carlos for Adaven removed two old 3 piece faucets that had under-sink mountings unlike anything two other plumbers, as well as he and I, had ever seen before. Took a Sawzall to get them out!!! Top quality work and a fair price. I would use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adaven to anyone.

I have the highest regard and full trust in this business, as the toilet repair and replacement job was done swiftly, professionally, thoroughly and at a fair, pre-announced price. Some plumbers won't give you an estimate, but Adaven did and stuck to it. It compared favorably with 2 other quotes I obtained. Plus, they were neat, cleanly and took away my old unit as well as the packing for my newly purchased unit. This is my first experience with them, but they are my go-to plumbers for the future. Carlos was especially impressive in his knowledge, experience and friendly demeanor. Even the telephone contacts were helpful and timely as were the texts in response to my questions. Quality & Professional Company - I found Adaven plumbing advertised in our church bulletin. I am so glad I did. We had an unusual situation as we were completing an inspection during home buying process we noticed a dripping valve in the laundry room. I called Adaven spoke to Nancy, she was very pleasant and helpful, requested some photos of the valves. She worked with the technician and was able to quote a reasonable price and appointment was set quickly. Steven and Carlos arrived on time very polite and professional. Turns out they were able to examine the issue and fix it without changing out the valves. We also had them change out the rain shower/hand held combo fixture in the master shower. The pricing was was reasonable, the technicians were an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company for quality work and professional service.

I called Adaven to check my water heater (no hot water). we had the same issue a few months ago and used another company for the same issue. Previous company turned up the thermostat and charged us $300 and was only here for approximately 20 minutes or less, which seemed to fix the problem(temporarily).Adaven tech( Danny) was here for an hour as he waited for water to heat back up after addressing the problem which was not related to water heater. I have an old house and the electrical panel outside might be the problem.Danny was very professional and is an excellent representative of the company. I was only charged a service fee of $75. After the first night in our recently purchased home in Sun City Summerlin our main sewer line clogged from years of solidified grease and an incorrectly installed sewer line (originally built without proper slope to the street). We came home from errands to a river of sewage in our house. Jerry was out at the house within hours (on a Saturday). He unclogged the line, rinsed out and cleaned the tub and toilet and diagnosed the problem in the line. Additional mitigation efforts determined that the only way to fix the problem for good was to excavate and install a new line (properly this time). Jerry provided a bid the next day. Jerry and his team had 60+ feet excavated (including under the house to an interior closet where they jack hammered through the floor to find the pipe) in a couple of days. They installed the new sewer line (we also had him replace our main water line while he was already digging up the yard), tested everything, and had it inspected within another day or two. Since we couldn't be living at the house Jerry was kind enough to send me photos and videos of the work in progress. After they covered everything back up and spread the landscaping rocks you couldn't even tell they had been there.

It's hard to find contractors or service providers that are accessible, thorough, hard working, conscientious, and honest but we've found one who will be our plumber for life. This rather complex job was performed faster and cheaper than either my wife or I could have expected. We're thrilled with the results. Jerry, we hope to never need your services again but if we (or anyone we know) needs a plumber you'll the only one we call! Thanks for everything!
