UPDATE 12/2019: Once again, our poor old pipes have been misbehaving and we needed Adaven. I hate the problems but LOVE knowing I can call Jerry, comforted by the knowledge that those pesky pipes are in great hands. He's wonderful!! In the years we've used Adaven, we've never had a moment of doubt in their honesty and integrity.

Long time homeowners know that finding honest, reliable repair services in Las Vegas is as rare as hitting the lotto. In over 20 years, we have found almost none BUT Jerry at Adaven Plumbing. We have a problem - large or small - and it gets fixed with no worries, no stress and incredibly reasonable rates. I cannot tell you what a blessing it is have someone you can trust like this! I know the work will be done extremely well, that my estimate can be relied upon and I'm treated with courtesy and respect. I recommend Adaven to anyone in need of a great plumber. They are simply the very best!!

Jerry is awesome! He went out of his way to make sure my water heater was replaced correctly and quickly when mine broke. His prices are as far as I'm concerned can't be beat either. I live next to a guy who's a plumber supplier and he recognized Jerry and said hi. Jerry asked him if he would help me with a water heater and he said, ""not with your prices. I won't make any profit."" Lol! Nice neighbor I have huh.

We had to get a New circulating pump. Jerry told us that he would flush the line 1st and see if that worked. If it worked, then it would be no charge. In a few days if we still had no hot water, he would come back to replace it. I don't think many plumbing companies would have done that! Jerry is the best, and very reasonably priced. Jerry was highly recommended to me. His customer service is excellent which is why I give him 2 stars and not 1. I had just bought a house and needed a number of things done.

Jerry recommended that I get a new water heater because he didn't like to just bring an old one up to code. I bought the water heater from him. He recommended that I buy new toilets (which I bought at Lowe's). There were many other things I needed done.

I spent more than double what I was planning on spending. But OK, no worries if the work is good. I'm happy to pay for excellent work.

Jerry had an apprentice with him who was doing a lot of the work. After they left my dishwasher wasn't draining properly. Literally water SPEWING ALL OVER THE SINK OUT OF THE AIR GAP! They came back. OPPPSS - the apprentice forgot to do something - ""sorry!"" I am not upset because I feel that everybody makes mistakes, no worries - he fixed it - no harm done.

Well, maybe harm done. The next day the dishwasher leaks like crazy - soapy water all over kitchen floor. He comes back - Oh your seal is bad. So I get a new dishwasher (more $$$$). I wonder why the seal went out? Could it be the previous plumbing mistake? We'll never know, but I have my suspicions.

Then the caulk he used on the sink pulled off after 3 days. The brand new faucet they installed was crooked and sealed with caulk (which I learned should NOT be necessary with a BRAND NEW FAUCET). And, that caulk pulled off.

When I called again Jerry was willing to come back again for the third time, but now I have NO FAITH in their work, so I told him not to bother.

I hired another plumber to fix all the mistakes, who did so quickly, correctly and at a much lower cost. I haven't had a problem since.

They take real pride in their work and followed up with us at no additional charge. We had to have our hot water heater replaced which was a very big project because our home is heated using the same water heater as the one that heats the water for our home. It is very important to us that the repair people we hire know what they are doing AND that we can trust who does the work needed to keep our home running. We highly recommend Adaven Plumbing!!!

If I could give these guys 10 stars, believe me.. I WOULD DO IT! Was shopping around for a small-type problem regarding my shower faucet and got on the phone with Jerry. He was pleasant, quick and smart. Asked me a few questions and pretty much knew the problem and gave me an estimate right over the phone. All that was great, but not why they deserve 10 stars. The 10 stars is for their honesty. He told me how much the parts would cost, how long it would take and when he would be available. The icing??? After I told him the whole story of my problem, he suggested I call the manufacturer and tell them the problem... And that they might send me the parts for free! HE gave me the number, I called and BOOM! PARTS FOR FREE.. 3 other plumbers came before this call and all of them said parts are expensive and that they would have to charge extra for their time BLAH BLAH BLAH... These guys cut to the chase, hooked me up and made it look easy. Friends, do not use any other plumber in Vegas until you have called Adaven Plumbing. Honest and good service that is out to help, not take your hard earned money!

Less than 24 hours after I called them (& I called during closed hours expecting to have to leave a message AND I think the only reason it took even as long as it did is because I had to work- they made a point of making themselves available to rescue me), my kitchen sink is unclogged and running free- YAY!!!
I'd always heard bad things about plumbers- uncivilized manners, crack, etc. This was my first experience with professionals- I come from a do-it-yourself type of family. I was very pleasantly surprised to discover that what I'd heard and come to nervously expect was completely false stereotype in this instance.
Jerry and Dan were friendly, polite, and completely professional. They got the job that I'd been dreading done quickly and cleanly. They were helpful and very pleasant, even showed an interest in my pets, and very kind with their pricing. Definitely putting them on my Go-To list. Thanks guys!

Best plumbing service in Las Vegas today!
My water heater busted and these guys came out within an hour of calling them for help. Jerry & his apprentice Dany were very professional and they were honest with parts that needed to be replaced in my home! So not only did they come for the water heater but saved me time and fixed other things that needed to be redone. They also had VERY reasonable pricing compared to other plumbing services. These guys made me feel very comfortable because they were strictly about work and did not waist any time procrastinating. Definitely going to call them again if I ever need a plumbing service ! They were fast, had good pricing & most of all honest !Thanks Jerry & Dany!
