I had a leaking bathtub faucet and needed it to be repaired and replaced. I hired a random plumber but he was not even able to identify which water valve to shut off in order to begin. But when I met Carlos Matthews, who was my technician referred by my insurance company, my frustration resolved. He was very professional, clean, competent, and kind. Wow!! The only thing I don't like is that our plumber didn't have the right address or info from my home owners insurance call for repair but!!

Probably not anyone's fault. The initial person that was supposed to come today had an issue with their truck and needed to reschedule. I got a prompt call from Proline's office staff, and they were able to get another person out. They arrived at the end of the original time window! Also, every phone call I got was from the same lady, and she was super professional and seemed organized.

Carlos Matthews was our guy! Very friendly, knowledgeable, clean, and fast! We have some weird Ron Burgundy era plumbing hardware in our condo unit that shares all sorts of parts with neighbors. Mike Diamond told us and other neighbors long ago this ""multiple issue repair on hardware that isn't made anymore"" could take up to a week!

Well, Carlos was done in under an hour! No mess, no stress, and he explained each step clearly in terms I and my wife understood, no jargon, and no ""upsell"".

If Carlos and the phone lady are any example of how Proline plumbing does business, I would definitely recommend them without pause.

My wife and I had tankless water heater installed in our home..
We had hesitation about the install simply because we didn't want an other side water heater or run additional pipes which would cost more money...the plumber Joe V who did the job, came in recommend an indoor heater that would be just what we needed and we wouldn't have to put more holes in the walls and add additional pipes...
