Shoutout to Manuel who recently came over to the house to check a toilet seal and fix a leaking bathroom faucet. His service and attitude was next level and while you never want to have to call a plumber, we were grateful to have him. Thanks again!

Was dealing with them through my home warranty for a gas leak. I had to check with them daily and they kept insisting that they were waiting on the home warranty to approve the work they were going to do. After 2 weeks Proline ended up transferring my work order to another plumbing company as they couldn't complete the job. No notification or anything, I went 2 full weeks with out any gas in my home as they had me going back and forth with the home warranty company.

I called the company needing a plumber to check for a gas leak under my house. An appointment was set, Carlos arrived on time. He checked and found the leak. He explained patiently everything to me and answered any questions. He is definitely knowledgeable, professional and reliable.
He located and repaired the leak and left the area in clean order.
His service is exemplary, the work top notch. i highly recommend him.

Carlos Matthews and Proline Plumbing were fantastic. They were assigned to a home warranty service request I submitted for a malfunctioning shower valve. Carlos came out on a Monday (the day after I submitted the request!) to assess the problem and determine what parts he would need to order. By Friday he was back with the necessary parts and everything pre-authorized with my home warranty company to complete the work. Within 30 minutes the job was done and everything works great now! Communication was great through the entire process. I highly recommend Carlos and Proline for any plumbing needs.

Carlos Matthews and Proline were terrific. We hired them through our home warranty company. Instead of being available 3 days from putting in our request, they were available the next day. Carlos arrived in the window given to us and was professional, friendly, and highly efficient!! He seemed to magic away three chronic problems in our bathrooms in an instant (in reality it took all of 35-40 minutes), and sailed away with a smile. We will definitely hope to work with this company and Carlos again in the future.

I received quote of $100. I advised that he might go on the roof. The quote went to $200. I asked for eta. I was told 1 1/2 hours. The plumber arrived 30 minutes late. Him & his helper did not wear a mask at all. The whole process took about 20 minutes. When it came time pay, I asked how much, the plumber told me $250. I said I was quoted $200. He said, oh we had use an extra 50 feet of the snake to get street. As I pulled my credit card, he said, can't you pay me cash? I said no. He then proceeded to write down all of my credit card information on his invoice. I objected and he said this is our procedure. I let him know that nobody ever writes down a credit number with all the information. He continued to argue with me and say that is our policy. Next time, i will go with another plumber.

This company is amazing! The staff are professional and knowledgeable as well. On different occasions, Manny and Fredy fixed my plumbing issues. They were on time and respectable. The dispatcher who works after hours helped me tremendously and was very patient regarding our situation. Please support this business!

This review is specifically for Ivan who came out to help us with our plumbing issue. It was so frustrating dealing with our homeguard warranty , and sometimes that mood carried over when we talked to Ivan who didn't deserve any of that. On top of that he went beyond the call of duty. The dude even came out on his day off.
He took it all like a boss though. A real gem of patience and tolerance. Proline would be crazy if they don't run after him should he ever walk. He deserves a raise for the way he handled the situation.
Proline take notes. This guy, Ivan. That's how your customer service program should be modeled after.

My daughter had the unfortunate experience of calling Proline Plumbing out to service a plugged drain in the kitchen while I was away on vacation. In the past, we have had this exact situation and was charged $69 to clear the P-trap from another company (since closed). On this fine Saturday, a very disheveled man showed up and was very rude to her. He showed her no respect when she questioned the $120 bill after the 10 min job he performed. He got irate and offered her a $95 dollar rate at which time she called me. When I spoke to him, he put the phone down on the counter (not on speaker phone) then hung up on me at which time he abruptly left my daughter telling her to call ""this number"" and ""pay whatever"". When I got back from my trip, Proline called me to collect. I told the woman on the other end of the phone that when I hear that this type of predatory extortion is attempted, I get furious! Women should not have to put up with this type of abuse! She stated that the normal fee is $75 for a drain stoppage and $20 to run the rooter (nowhere near the $120 he tried to extort). I told her he was at the house for 10 min (I have him coming and going on Ring video) and did not run any kind of rooter! (Yes I know what that is and so does my daughter). She then called the owner (Scott) and told me that the $20 would be taken off my bill. I told her that what my daughter had to go through, I should make her sue me for it! I did end up paying the $75 bill (didn't even get the %10 discount for first time abuse), but I am furious with this company. I was also told that the plumber that was sent out has been suspended (for a week). Very weak response for the type of predator he is.
I can not tell you if this is normal practice for this company, but this experience has tarnished their reputation for me and I would never advise anyone to use this company. I will be contacting the BBB!

Professional, effective and fast. What more can you ask for in a plumber? My home warranty sent me Carlos Matthews. He figured out in 5mins why my toilet was mysteriously gurgling at random. He also fixed a clogged tub quickly and effectively. My toilet is silent and tub is draining beautifully.
