Jacob and Reno, the staff of Action pumping came as scheduled. Very professional and explained what was going on. The service was quick, considering that they had to dig before pumping. I called a few company for quotes and availability, action pumping was able to accommodate the date that I provided. Even from the front desk, the people were nice. Thank you again. Very satisfied with everything.

As a Realtor I requested a septic tank inspection from Action Pumping in September as part of the sale of a home. They sent out two employees that opened up one of two septic tank lids. They stated the lid needed replacement. They replaced the lid and stated that the tank was broke and failed the tank although did state there was no problem with its outflow. They used inapproapriate language in front of the 70+ year old seller, a lady, also stated facts about septic tanks that were not true. One being that every house needs an inspection before it can sell and that a tank certification was good until that property sells again. Not true. I requested two other companies to do a septic inspection and both found the tank to be in a good working condition. When I discussed the inspection and out come of the Action Pumping with their office manager she stated in an email that the inspection procedure was
""not their best service and a huge mess"" and she would be happy to refund the charges, over $300. When I later asked for the refund, having not receiving any, on the phone and gave my mailing address she agreed to put it in the mail. After not receiving the refund for sometime I requested it again and received a response from the owner of the company that there would not be a refund and if I wanted any more information to contact his attorney.
If we would had gone with the initial insepction report thousands of dollars would have been spent to replace a tank that did not need it at that time, as supported up by two independant licensed companies.

If you think paying $675 for one garbage disposal and replacement of 3 wax toilet rings is reasonable, then you should definitely use this company.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. My septic tank issues started two days before a planned road trip. Action responded immediately. The first challenge was locating the septic tank. I live in Morongo and let's just say that the idiots (a not-to-be named chain) who mapped where my septic is located were not accurate. Action sent a camera guy and a plumber to come and locate the septic, and they did! Since I was leaving town, the plumber were patched up a troublesome pipe for a temporary fix, and when I returned from my travels, Action promptly sent out a crew to finish the job. Okay - every single man that came to my property was courteous, hard-working, diligent and interactive in the sense they kept me in the loop as to what they were doing. These guys all had to deal with the insane heavy rocks that were located on and near the septic. Everyone whom I dealt with at Action was super professional and courteous. I hope they never change. They are definitely my go-to company. I wish all of the businesses in the High Dez were as awesome as Action. Thanks again to all of you!!

I had the misfortune of having to replace a septic tank buried under a concrete sidewalk, joys of buying at auction. Action Pumping found the decrepit tank, and gave me a quote on par with others but with a tank material better suited to my terrain. They had a friendly and professional team, from the pumping to the excavation. They managed to leave my property as they found it, no small feat as they had to back fill under a poorly supported (and newly painted) wall. The online estimates and payments were an added bonus. Overall they made it as painless as possible and I felt like I was dealing with well qualified people. Definitely recommend them.

The plumbing was backed up in my cabin. Yikes. I called Action Plumbing. They showed up early! They kept me informed as to arrivals via text. The guys were all nice and polite. The second guy was early and finished the job. The price was fair and less than I expected. Spike, my little shelter dog loved them all.

Had a pipe leaking into a wall at a rental on Saturday afternoon. Action Pumping was the only company that answered my call since it was outside of regular business hours. They had a plumber out within a few hours that fixed the issue quickly. Am very grateful that they're working at all hours and able to respond to plumbing emergencies as well. They've pumped and inspected several septic systems for me and I've always been satisfied with their service, professionalism and promptness.

I'm happy to report that the reviews are true - Action Plumbing is the best. I've been lucky to work with them on a septic tank install and plumbing a new construction and couldn't be happier. Their plumbers and staff honestly make me feel like I have experts on my team helping to solve thorny problems - from where to run that pipe to how to make it fit my budget - they just get it done. I do realize how cheesy that sounds but it's true. Rok and his crew are not just expert tradesmen but sincerely good people working to make the community better. They've found and fixed problems from previous local plumbers I've worked with while finding expert solutions to some real head-scratchers.
