I go by Tim. I started my journey in plumbing and sewer work at a young age. At 13, during the summer after grade school. My father brought me along on my first job. At 19, I was equipped with my own truck and tools.
That’s where my journey began. I’m now 35 years old and I bring 21 years of experience.

Tim and his son Sebastian were great, very professional and courteous. Easy to set up appointment, no problems when I needed to change the time, showed up right at promised time and fixed my faucet and water pressure in less than one hour, even though he had to climb under the building to do it. I'll definitely give Tim a call next time I have a problem---he emphasized that he does 24 hour emergency service, which I hope I never have to use, but it's good to know I'm covered if I do.

Tim came with his son Sebastian very late on a Thursday night to fix an emergency flooding problem. Got the job done, made a trip to Home Depot for parts, and was super friendly throughout the process.
Sticking with Tim for all plumbing needs! Great guy, great service :)
Thanks Tim!

We have used ""Tim the Plumber"" 3 times. The first was back in April 2010. I was pleased with his service and stated I would write a good review, but got busy and lazy. On this particular visit, he fixed 3 running toilets and an annoyingly dripping sink. He came on time...on a Friday night nonetheless, drove to Home Depot for additional parts, and worked efficiently. The charge for all 4 issues was $420 for all parts and labor.
More recently, one of the previously mentioned toilets began running intermittently again. I remembered that Tim guaranteed his work for 1 year. So, I called him and he came out later that week. The problem seemed to have been part related and Tim actually replaced it at no cost. Also, we had a leaking pipe under our wet bar sink. Tim said it was just a ""nut"" and he replaced it at no cost as well.
Last weekend, we called Tim because there was a strange buzzing sound coming from the common sump pump in our condo building. Tim came out to give a free assessment and estimate. He was honest and encouraged us to find out if the part was under warranty before he went to purchase one for us. Although we are still in the process of figuring this out, it's nice to know that he has our best interest in mind and didn't just jump on the job to benefit himself.
I like this guy...he's honest, knows his stuff, is fair with price, and works efficiently and cleans up after his work. I dfinitely recommend him if you need a plumber.

Used to install a gas water heater (purchase myself from Home Depot) I was quote a price of $200 to install the heater over the phone. Tim comes on site and tells me due to sweated fittings and dialectic connections, price is going to be closer to $375. Pretty pissed about this but he said that's what it was if he had to sweat fittings. In fact, said it was a deal. Had no choice to go with the price switch since my family need hot water that day. Goes out to get the parts and about 30-45 min later comes back and does the work. When finished he says he ""doesn't have any receipts"" and can he write the check directly to his name and not the company name. Big red flag!. Ask to have an email receipt sent to me to describe the work. Never received it, even after sending reminders. Avoid him, very shady. Will go with my regular plumber next time, at least he stands behind his quote range.

After another flooding incident, I decided to change-out my kitchen pipes from PVC to chrome. Unfortunately, I didn't have the right tools to cut the pipes to size. I called Action Pro for help. Tim (the owner) was able to help me out on a Saturday at short notice. He called numerous times to advise when he would be arriving. When he did arrive, he worked quickly and at a reasonable price. The Yelp discount was a nice bonus! I will be using him for replacing my cracked sink as well.
I would defintely recommend Action Pro Plumbing and Sewer!

I found Tim on Yelp and he was exactly as advertised: punctual, hard working and VERY reasonable priced. He rectified them just a quickly as he diagnosed them. I would strongly suggest giving him a call with your plumbing and sewer needs.

In-Action Pro? Just to balance things out: I contacted Action Pro because i wanted a plumber and Yelp gave Tim at Action Pro such great reviews. Scheduled an appointment to look at plumbing, and Tim never showed up: no call, nothing. OK, I thought maybe he'd lost my number, since he was driving. So I called and emailed and rescheduled: No show and no call again. Contemplated the ""three strikes"" rule but decided that if they don't show before they had the job, what would it be like trying to get any defective work fixed after I'd paid them? Plus my own time is worth something.
Contacted Marcin at Pipe Stone, who then showed up 1/2 hour early and waited. Marcin came and while giving me a free quote, found a few things and fixed them without charging for them. He's coming back to do some more major work that he gave me a very reasonable quote for. So, Marcin so far, 5 stars. Action Pro, to be fair 2 stars since he did at least answer his phone and he might have done good work if he had ever gotten to that point.

I called this company because of a leaking sink and they arrived within 2 hours. They were prompt, courteous and very helpful! The price was also reasonable. I would highly recommend them! --Janet

I called with some easy plumbing work and got a quote for $135 and they said that they would be at my place at 530 the next day. 530 rolled around, no call nothing. i reached them and yada yada, 2.5 hours later they finally showed up. They wanted more money then what they quoted me which was somewhat fair seeing there was slightly more work to do. Overall, they were there an hour and they charged $250. Nonetheless, everything is working well. The below average service might have been just a fluke this time who knows.

My garbage disposal suddenly just quit working with no warning. After finding no clog or blockage and ensuring the power to the disposal was on, I called Action Pro thinking I needed a replacement or at the least a motor repair. The gentleman I spoke to, Tim, asked if I had tried the reset button. After I told him I didn't even know one existed, he directed me to it over the phone. VOILA! Plumbing magic and it didn't cost me a dime. Almost wish I had something wrong now just to give Tim some much deserved business. It's very rare to find someone in the service and repair industry that won't come over to tell you the Johnson rod in your flux capacitor needs to be replaced. Thanks Tim.
