We had an emergency with our fridge and a few other things we have neglected that needed to be fixed. Nathan was able to help us fix everything we needed within a reasonable time and window. I prefer to search for smaller companies to work with and support local. Nathan did such an amazing job. He was responsive and was able to accommodate us on the same day as contact. I appreciate his help and him accommodating us on short notice. And his pricing is definitely reasonable. I reached out to a few others and professionalism is the difference between him and the other companies. I will be contacting him again for future assistance!

DO NOT EVER use this company. Nate, technician, is a bold face liar. He filed a false statement to my home warranty service company, which was disputed and fixed by another company. Another problem reported was accidentally sent to their company. I contacted my warranty service and requested another plumbing company. When they called to confirm with Action Plumbing, again, lied, saying they were closed. Didn't matter, got another provider assigned the same day. LIAR, LIAR, pants on fire.

My shower faucet handle broke this morning. My home service company sent Action plumbing to fix. I had carried a variety of tools to try and turn off the water (I am not a plumber, so didn't know what I would need). I left them on the counter. When the technician, Nate, came and saw them he asked me what they were for so I told him. He accused me of damaging my own faucet to then get fixed. I could not believe it. I asked him why he would even say that! His answer: you would'nt believe what I've seen. I was so offended. I called my wife to tell her what he said, and he came out of the bathroom and said ""I can hear you"". I then said, so, you don't want me repeating what you asked me. He then said, "" you know, I can decline to service you for any reason"". I told him to get out of my house. On the way out, he then told me "" I have the best customer service in our company, all 5's. Not now. I contacted my home service company and told them what had happened. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not use this company. Incompetent isn't a strong enough word to describe the quality of work. They came out to fix a dripping tub faucet. After replacing a part, the faucet wasn't dripping but a couple of days later, I found a large amount of water dripping from the ceiling below as this shower was being used. I removed the cover to find the leak. It was leaking from the part they replaced but only when the water was turned on. They came back out to fix it. A few days later, I found another wet spot on the ceiling near the first one. This time it was a constant slow drip from the same part. They blamed me for removing the cover and refused to fix it unless I paid over $500 to replace the pipe fittings. I said it was their responsibility to fix their workmanship, and I didn't do anything but find the leak. They never responded. I ordered the parts they supposedly replaced online for about $100 and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. One of the parts they said they replaced was old and had a crack. Don't use them and tell a friend.

Nate was awesome. He came the very next day and was very accommodating. He changed the bathroom faucet and explained everything to me. He was friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him to others as well as use him again for other plumbing issues.

Let me tell you something, if you need a plumber that knows there stuff, this company sure knows how to get it done. Recently needed a job done in a short amount of time that needed some professional advice. I came across their number & gave them a call. Spoke with Nathan in regards of my situation and he explained well on what was needed. He recommended that he take a look at the job so he can get a better Insight which he was able to do that day! After the job visit based off of what needed to be done, me thinking it'll be a long job only took him a days work. Not only did he save me Time but also saved me money, I highly recommend there service. Very knowledgeable and also very respectful. Couldn't have been happier. Thank you!

Had a water leak by our refrigerator and cabinet area. We couldnt find it. First technician couldnt find it either. So Action Plumbing came to the rescue. Talked with Nathan who was very cordial. Told him of our situation and needed help right away. Didnt want any more damage. Water leak is brutal and catastrophic. He arrived within 30mins. He looked around and found the culprit. A pin size hole in the plastic water line that goes to our refrigerator for our water and ice. The only hard part was moving my refrigerator. It was in their tight. But Nathan and i got it out. So he could replace the platsic water line with a steel braided one. He did easy work and were happy with his service. Mahalos Nathan
