I'm actually surprised to see anything but stellar reviews on Action Plumbing. I've been using them, Dale and Dean for years on four different properties for various repairs and maintenance of furnaces. I've always found them to be thorough and reasonable as opposed to some I've used in prior years. I'm writing this just after calling for a repair and Dean said he'd get someone out today to snake the line, hopefully this will solve my tenant's problem.

These guys are amazing... Had a backup that was flooding my house last night... Not realizing that Action Plumbing was 24 hours we called another service that claimed to be. They didn't show up for over 12 hours when they said they would be here in a few hours... Numerous disconnections later I call Action Plumbing and they are here within an hour on the 4th of July! He has it fixed in no time for a reasonable price! Thanks for saving the party!

We discovered that we had a leak under our house during a pest inspection today. I called Action Plumbing to set up an appointment for someone to come out. I was surprised when I was told they could have someone out right away, now that is customer service! The guys arrived and were very nice & professional. We were given a quote after they looked at the problem. The quote was very reasonable and we told them to go ahead with the repair. We highly recommend Action Plumbing & Heating Maintenance to anyone.

A competent plumber showed up today. He thought it might be the flange that was bad and not the seal. He planned to cut off the flange and replace it but when he removed the toilet and pulled up the wax ring the cast iron flange was so damaged that it came off with the wax! Rusted out some time ago but the Action plumber didn't even notice. Now that's incompetence at its height.
DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!!!

I have never been treated better by a company that came out do emergency plumbing. They came 3 hours before the scheduled appointment. I called at about 1pm. They where booked for the day but offered to come out after 5pm at no additional charge. He knew what he was doing. Did it quickly with no mess. Service above and beyond. And reasonably priced. They will be getting all my business from now on. Matt was great explained what he was doing. I couldn't be happier.

We called Action about a year ago for an under-house leak, two guys came and had to pump water out before going in. They fixed the leak by replacing the pipe, at a reasonable price, and we haven't had a problem. We just had to call them again for another underhouse leak, and Brandon remembered coming here a year ago. He crawled under, in the mud, and replaced the section of pipe for about $200, and also fixed one of our heating ducts that had become separated, at no charge, since he was there anyway. Brandon also asked me to go get our Yellow Pages and found the $25 coupon for Action, so an even better deal. They will get all our plumbing calls, and we'll have 'em :)

I called them about a toilet leak. Their workman replaced a short length of corrugated pipe and the flotation mechanism. He took away my old metal ball on an arm and replaced the entire device with a new one made of plastic. However the new one didn't always flush everything down. I noticed the new one maintained a water tank level an inch lower than my old device. I phoned and they sent him back promptly. He fiddled with it and flushed the toilet a number of times and then said it was the best he could do. He succeeded in raising the water level almost a quarter of an inch. The old device could be adjusted by bending the flotation arm, although I never had to adjust it as it flushed enough water to wash everything down. Evidently this new plastic device, which uses different technology, can't be adjusted. I still have the problem of needing to flush at least twice when the toilet has a lot of feces in it.

After paying $197. for an unsatisfactory job I don't intend to use this plumber again.

had water leaking under house from kitchen sink line and had a lake down there. got a few estimates and ""Action"" was by far the best and owner Dean worked with me..they mostly do emergencies but fit me in as I stopped using my sink for 6 days. Matt is the best..he explained everything and even came out late Sat (getting dark) to fix problem. they are very busy and had a bit of trouble getting back to me so I called them back..gotta say I will always recommend their company .and use them in the future

Called on a Sunday evening. Water was coming out of our toilet. The problem was a clog on the main sewer line leading out to the street. Matt responded quickly and solved the problem. Matt was very professional and considerate.
