What a great start... After several calls to plumbing company's that only offered next day help, Action Plumbing came through (thanks Gene) and said within 2hrs because of my infirmed situation (medical issues) he promised someone today. Action lives up to it's name. I'll update after Repairs . What's amazing is i didn't ask any of the Companies for same day service but Action suggested it knowing my needs... that's Service and compassion.

Our air conditioner broke down on one of the hottest days of the year. Dave came out within an hour of our call on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. He assessed the problem quickly and was able to get it fixed. Dave was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and very professional. I would highly recommend Action Plumbing and Heating.

GET A QUOTE! I feel like I was hustled. I got an estimate over the phone saying it could be $300-500. I changed my appointment to tentative. James showed up anyway. I explained I couldn't afford $500. I am 70 y/o and on Social Security. James said let me look around and then said ""Don't worry, it won't be $500. I'll get it lower."". When he gave me the bill he said ""it's below $500."" It was! The bill was $475 less $25 for mentioning Yelp - $450.00!

Our water heater sprung a leak and we noticed it very late in the day. I called and they were able to squeeze in an appointment for us the following day. They were prompt and had all the supplies on board to fix it. I was happy to have a hot shower within 24 hours of the failure! Thank you Action Plumbing!

Thanks to Dale the owner and his team! They installed a new furnace and Ac unit per my houses customized needs. They went above and beyond to accommodate me during their busy season by fitting my ten day project in last minute. They also stayed late until 8:30pm to clean up and put everything back in its place. I have been using them for all my properties for years and highly recommend them. I can't recommend this business highly enough (seems weird to gush about a plumber :-) We had a leak at our main water line caused by tree roots 5 inches in diameter pushing against the water line. We had several estimates at double the price Action gave in their free estimate. They gave us a ""not-to-exceed"" price and a bottom price and came in much closer to the lower price.
The job involved lots of manual labor- digging to gain access to the roots and water line- and then cutting out a piece of the root in several places to solve the problem (the root was too large to remove the entire thing). When it proved difficult sawing the root with a Sawzall, James attacked the tree roots with a hatchet and took it down! Once that was finished, they quickly replaced the damaged pipe.

Both James and assistant, Ricky, worked extremely hard and steadily. When they were finished, dirt was replaced, landscape rock replaced and you couldn't even tell they'd been there. All of their employees were friendly, efficient and easy to deal with.

We have an old house built in the 1930s with old Plumbing. When are bathtub drain was clogged and we could not get it snake ourselves. We called on Action Plumbing who responded right away and took care of the problem. we'll be using them again

Although I have had Action Plumbing do work for me in the past, the last time they came with 2 technicians 2 bathroom spouts were installed incorrectly and resulted in leaking under my house for both bathrooms. Fortunately, my electrician found the leaks and another plumber fixed them. Keep an eye on these guys if they work for you.

Okay here we are again, a year and a few months later. Called Action again for a main line clog. Brandon came out right on time, was nice, friendly, fixed it and is gone. We will always call Action Plumbing first!
