Maybe James should lay off the crack pipe. Our newly installed plumbing is leaking. Action didnt respond to fix it...had to hire a different plumber to fix the mess Action plumbing made!

Called five times over a week's period for a receipt so I could do my insurance claim. They'll keep saying they'll do it but don't. They claimed to have had the wrong email after confirming it. Ended up paying almost $2300 for a water heater replacement. $2300!!! Insurance won't cover it because they told my insurance it was a faulty installation despite numerous previous inspections by USAA and PG&E. No way of knowing because they have the old water heater. Non-responsive to my emails and I recommend you go to Roto Rooter or Ongaro & Sons.

We had a leak from the upstairs going into a downstairs bedroom.... I was able to get the technicians out quickly... they diagnosed the problem and got it fixed! They were very nice and Courteous. I highly recommend these guys

I want to say that due to the failure of one of their competitors I called Action Plumbing service on a SUNDAY! Dispatched to my home was their technician Robert. Let me say the ongoing problem never resolved by the other company was completed quickly that day at 1/2 of the cost the other company charged me on several occasions. The problem did not come back! That was months ago. Yesterday we had a totally new issue and I requested Robert who was there early this morning. He replaced my garbage disposal and fixed the spigot outside that was soldered not threaded. Again professionally done at a totally fair price! I will never use another plumbing company in this area again. Thanks Robert! And thank you Alisha who arranged everything over the phone!

Brandon left before the job was finished!! We have been without gas ( heat and hot water) for four days now. The gas leaks detector person was here and finding eight leaks which Brandon fixed competently. Suddenly he said he had to go to another job around 3:30 on Friday afternoon and we couldn't find another emergency plumber. The leak detector had identified additional leaks for Brandon to fix. We are senior citizens in a very cold house with no heat and no plumber!! PGE won't turn the gas back on until all leaks are fixed! This is January!
How can they accept a job and then abandon the customer? How were we to find a new plumber on Friday night?
Action turned into NO ACTION!!
Previously we recommended Action to all of our friends and have used them confidently several times. This is no longer true.

Had a clogged sink and called Action, found them on Yelp. They were quick and able to visit the house the next day. They quoted $170 but I ended up paying $130. The guy was super fast in fixing the clogged drain! Great service! I was able to take advantage of the yelp discount too!

Will definitely use them again! Highly recommend!

From my initial call to the actual service, the office staff and the plumber Brandon were courteous, professional, available on my schedule and on time! I'll never call another plumber!!

Action Plumbing: Had Brandon out on the 14th to show him a couple of project and added a couple of fix-its over the phone with pictures of shower valves and such. He said he could probably come back the next week and then we scheduled Tuesday the next week. Got a call on Monday that he could not come out as he was the only one there. I rescheduled for the following Tuesday and was promised a ""priority"" appointment. Well today is Tuesday and I called them to see what time he was coming out. The gal did not know who I was and I had to spell my name for her, she had no record of an appointment and said she would check with Brandon and call me right back. 20 minutes later she called to tell me that Brandon was not coming out because it was raining. My response was that I had 3 small projects in the house, (one was on the roof). I asked if he had gone out to another project after they had prioritized me for today. She said no, that Brandon was sitting right there. I asked why he wasn't sitting right here and I wanted to speak with him. She said we would need to reschedule. I thanked her for wasting a week and a half of my time and to please let Brandon know that we would not be rescheduling.

We've used Action twice since we moved into a new home and will definately use them again. Very honest and whereas they could have charged me for unnecessary repairs, honestly told me they weren't needed. They were timely, fast and their work was flawless. Both times Robert came out and we would highly recommend him.
