We called Action around 5pm and they answered the phone -- unlike another company we'd tried to reach just before them. They scheduled an appointment window for us the very next morning, and James came out to help us diagnose a leak. He was efficient, helpful, explained the problem thoroughly, and repaired it swiftly. We called Action to help us remove our floor furnace. Another company had installed the furnace and did not complete the job correctly. James came and helped me remove the furnace, did out around the furnace and replace the tub under the furnace (that had been left out be the previous company). I will use Action again when I need assistance.

I'm actually surprised to see anything but stellar reviews on Action Plumbing. I've been using them, Dale and Dean for years on four different properties for various repairs and maintenance of furnaces. I've always found them to be thorough and reasonable as opposed to some I've used in prior years. I'm writing this just after calling for a repair and Dean said he'd get someone out today to snake the line, hopefully this will solve my tenant's problem.
