Keep trying to get response from owner that installed a defective water heater approximately a year ago that has never worked correctly. Tenant has to light pilot daily.
Action has been out numerous times and replaced parts as well as charged for service calls and labor. Two weeks ago service techs said the same part is bad but we have still not heard from owner regarding replacement or refund. I'm actually writing this in regard to my 94yr old father that they have taken complete advantage of.
When I called again today about why no one has gotten back I was told ""the owner is far away today and cannot call you""?????
My dad told me ""I honestly trusted this company ""

These guys are great, I'm selling my house and needed a toilet fixed before inspections, Robert got here an hour and a half after I called, fixed my problem pronto, this is the second time I've used them and I couldn't be happier. Dude knows his stuff!!!!!

Dale's team is great. My tankless water heater failed and we had to order a new one. The new unit arrived on Saturday and Dale came out and had it installed that day. We use them for all our plumbing issues. The have replaced gas water heaters, wall heating units and even fix kitchen plumbing and line clean out service. I highly recommend them!

They were very professional and did the work very fast. After my teenage daughter had one too many tacos she had to run to the bathroom in a fury. She then, exploded the toilet. We immediately called action plumbing and heating.

Found out the gas wall heater needed replacement three days before holiday guests were set to stay in our granny unit for Thanksgiving ...
Contacted Dale via the website and Robert was out the next morning. Said he could install a new unit as soon as he could get one from the warehouse. Gave us a clear verbal quote, explaining what all might need to be done and we gave him the green light. He made sure to get the brand we wanted and addressed all our concerns- super friendly and helpful. The next day Robert and Robert pulled the old unit, investigated the whole situation and did a beautiful install of the new one. Hauled everything away and left the place cleaner than when when they got there!
Toasty and warm in there now!
I highly recommend Action Plumbing and Heating and wouldn't hesitate to call them again! They saved the day!

This is my first review for Action Plumbing, but they've come twice to help with two different projects. In both cases, the technician arrived within an hour and was able to first replace my busted garbage disposal and the second was for a busted water heater.
The technician not only worked quickly but professionally, not leaving anything partially or poorly done.
And, amidst the speed and professionalism, the fees charged were less than expected, which makes for a nice surprise.
Action will be receiving my first phone calls for any future problems that occur.
