Amazing! Dale has been out to service our pretty old heater a few times over the last 5-10 years. Action is the perfect name for them, because when you call, they take action. Our heater went out this weekend, today is the MLK Holiday, again they jump into Action and the heater is back to full function! It's such a relief with super cold weather arriving back at weeks end. These guys are the best. We will never use anyone else for our plumbing and heating needs. Appreciate you guys!

My shower handle refused to turn on water. I took the handle apart to see what the issue was and decided I had better call a plumber thinking it would cost me a couple hundred bucks... Called Action and they couldnt come out till the next day. Gave me a bid of $580 to clean out the valve as they thought it had calcium deposits. I had already waited a day so I told them I had no choice but that I didnt like their price. Took them a half hour to fix it. Freaking $1200 per hour for a plumber?? Ridiculous!

Dale and his crew are very professional, on time, and thorough, have high knowledge based on the services they perform and have reasonable costs. We have used them on multiple projects over the years from cracked gas lines, to furnace replacement, and water heater replacement, and have complete confidence in their ability to get the job done. Let me say start by saying that my furnace is old and hadn't been serviced in years. When a problem developed with the igniter during the Thanksgiving weekend they had someone out on Monday to help. I had him fix that issue and then come back the next week to clean out the blower motor and install a new filter grill. No upselling and the service was reasonably priced. My furnace is working considerably better. I would totally recommend them.

We needed help in installation of a toilet. It required a special tool, which we did not have. It was on a Saturday and we weren't sure we could find a plumber to come out. We called Action Plumbing. They responded to our phone message, returned our call and gave us window of time. They arrived on time, and within fifteen minutes our toilet was installed. The plumber was professional and efficient, and the cost, including a $25.00 discount was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Action Plumbing, and if needed, I would call them again.

Every step covered so that I was never in the dark about costs or what exactly what was to be done. I used to do plumbing work myself years ago so I was paying attention to the things one might see if something was not on the up and up. The work was fast and efficient and the cost was reasonable, in fact I am pretty sure I saved some money by using Action Plumbing instead of any of the other plumbing outfits we've hired in the past. The work that they did I am pretty sure will help us avoid problems in future. I am very glad I called Action Plumbing.

I was in a pickle with a clogged drain and then it turned out that it was my sewer that needed to be cleaned out. The fellows that came they did a very professional job and cleaned out the sewer to the street at a reasonable price. I recommend them highly

Keep trying to get response from owner that installed a defective water heater approximately a year ago that has never worked correctly. Tenant has to light pilot daily.
Action has been out numerous times and replaced parts as well as charged for service calls and labor. Two weeks ago service techs said the same part is bad but we have still not heard from owner regarding replacement or refund. I'm actually writing this in regard to my 94yr old father that they have taken complete advantage of.
When I called again today about why no one has gotten back I was told ""the owner is far away today and cannot call you""?????
My dad told me ""I honestly trusted this company ""

These guys are great, I'm selling my house and needed a toilet fixed before inspections, Robert got here an hour and a half after I called, fixed my problem pronto, this is the second time I've used them and I couldn't be happier. Dude knows his stuff!!!!!

Dale's team is great. My tankless water heater failed and we had to order a new one. The new unit arrived on Saturday and Dale came out and had it installed that day. We use them for all our plumbing issues. The have replaced gas water heaters, wall heating units and even fix kitchen plumbing and line clean out service. I highly recommend them!
