I had originally given 1 star due to being unhappy with the price i was charged. I received 2 calls, one from the owner and one from the plumber to handle the situation. I was very impressed with the fact that these 2 guys called to make it right. They were concerned. They want their customers to be happy and are willing to do what it takes. I appreciate that in a business. Perhaps I was having a bad day but in the future i will speak to the person before making a judgement.

I had a bathroom sink clogged. Plumber was good but he charged me $300 to fix it. He charged me $125 to diagnose the problem. What diagnosis? The sink was clogged with icky material. Then $80 an hour for labor. It took him an hour. He did replace a knob but i looked up the price online - it was $7.
I've had clogged sinks before and never paid that much. Their rates are just too high.

I have found my plumbers for life here! Not only did they come out and assess the situation clearly, their prices were super reasonable. Ruben did the job quickly and efficiently and I can't be more pleased with the result. Steve the owner is a gem and so easy to work with. They've got all my future business!

BE WARNED! These guys came out for a simple toilet clog and said the main line was clogged with roots and it would cost over $800.00 to fix!! Still had to pay the $80.00 and sent them on their way. Second plumber came out and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes!! No major clog. These guys are crooks!!!!

Mr. Peterson did a great job identifying the broken valve on our toilet and fixing it - rather than convincing us to buy a new one, like the last guy tried to. He was very friendly and efficient - would definitely recommend!

Action One came to our rescue this recent Black Friday when our sewer system started backing up into our bathroom. Bryan showed up within 15 minutes of our call on a holiday and was outstanding in explaining the work needed, doing a quality repair job, and following up later - a very competent plumber and really nice person. This isn't the first time we have relied on Action One, and Bryan's excellent service is why we will be calling them next time we need a plumber.

I cannot recommend these guys enough - I only wish there was more than 5 stars to give them! I had a ""horror movie"" type of plumbing issue at 6am on a Sunday morning. So bad I didn't even want to call anyone out - it was so horrible.
STEVE showed up at 10am (just 2 hours after I called) didn't even flinch and had the job fixed and running within the hour. He was considerate about trampling through our house to check the other bathrooms which I really appreciated, was super helpful and knew exactly where all the problems were. The price was fair for the job done.
I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing it in the valley aread and they're open 24/7 which is amazing! Great job Action One - remember to ask for Steve!

As always, Action One comes in like Superman and saves the day. (I'm talking original super positive Superman... not the more dreary Superman from the recent films).

I'll leave out the dirty details, but let's just call it major blockage. Came out today, just finished... didn't charge an arm or leg... and the problem's fixed.

Hands down most reliable, fairest plumbing service in Burbank.

I had a backed up sink with standing water in it at 7:00 PM, placed a call with multiple plumbers for quotes and of those that answered, Action One was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but provided the quickest response time. They quoted they would be able to get to my home in 1 hour, but Ruben H. got there in 30 minutes! Ruben quickly assessed the situation, grabbed his tools and got to work. He got the drain unclogged and tested his work and cleaned up the area in about 1 hour. I have since recommended Action One Plumbing to a coworker. Keep up the great work guys!
