I used Action One Plumbing today. I did not have hot water so called the 800 number on my paperwork and they (GE) referred me to Action One. Javier told me that I needed a new water heater instead of a new part. (I guess I had a Home Depot POS! Didn't even last in it's warranty.) Anyway, Javier called his boss and was able to get me a new water heater TODAY! It COULD NOT wait until tomorrow. Javier and his assistant Abel were very professional and clean in their work. They got it in and let me know I needed a new line on the top of the water heater because the old one was ""hissing"" (not a good sound). Javier and Abel cleaned up the mess that they made. That is a good sign of professional work. It feels good to have hot water again and I feel that the job was done with the utmost professionalism. I need some venting done with the water heater. I will certainly call Action One Plumbing back and I will most certainly ask for Javier and Abel back to my house for the job. Thank you for work well done!!!!

We have used Action One Plumbing several times for both basic work and emergencies and we have always been pleased with their services. This time with Javier was no exception. He was professional and polite from the beginning and was patient and thorough when the job ended up being a bit bigger than expected. Our house is brick and on a concrete slab so the labor was a bit more intensive than expected. The work seems to have been done well and Javier was very tidy. We will continue to use them.

Great service from these guys, clean, professional and fare price every time. I don't know anything about plumbing, but I know when I'm being bullied into unnecessary services... We have all been there with a new mechanic, or random handyman. Steve is a straight shooter, and his team are pros. No intimidation tactics, no over selling. They get the job done and are honest about what they see. They even helped me install my easy to assemble ikea sink with no snark! Will use this service as long as I live in Burbank.

While home sick today I clogged up the toilet, exactly when I just didn't feel like I could deal with it. I called Action One and they had someone out to me in about an hour. Javier was great, worked very hard to be sure the clog was gone and the line was clear. Thanks Action One!!

We had been having trouble with a tub that wouldn't drain. It had gotten progressively worse. It turned out that we have an unusual pipe layout and trap that is not easy to get at. No amount of drain cleaner or snaking worked. We called Action One, and they were out in less than 1/2 hour. They fixed the problem with minimal fuss. It works better now that when we bought the house. The cost seemed reasonable for the amount of headache it relieved. Very satisfied.

Great company!! Called them, spoke with Steve and within couple hours he had his worker Fren come over our place and take care of replacing our water pressure regulator. Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
