Haven't had a good experience in the 3 years of having this company....when unit was installed it took the entire day an night to install...then they didnt wire the wires correctly so my house felt lije Antarctica, they had to cime back out fix it...then another time after that for a problem.There logo is NOT true they're NEVER ON TIME..they have resheduled me numerois of times bc they have a bigger job they need to fix....just all around not HAPPY....an this wasnt a cheap investment...NOT HAPPY

Today I had an appt scheduled between 1 and 3pm. At 3:05 I called their office and texted asking where their tech was. They attempted to call me at 3:53. This sheer lack of professionlism and poor customer service was evident. Anyone be careful in using this plumbing company. They clearly don't care about their customers.

I called Acree Air after seeing a commercial on TV regarding a check up on AC for $59.00. I called asking for this service. VICTORIA asks me, do you have a warranty company?, I said, I have AHS, she says sorry, we have to refuse service. What? I'm confused. Why? She says, we dont associate with warranty companies. Umm......Duh, otherwise they would be contacting you, not me. Besides, I'm not asking for a repair, which is what AHS would do, I'm asking for your summer check up, make sure all is well. My AC is running fine, we just wanted to ensure all was good. Victoria, in a condescending way, says, SORRY! I escalated. 30 mins on hold to speak with Supervisor, KIARA. She repeats the same!!! That's the most asinine guidelines ever!!!! Who is DUMB enough to not have a home warranty company these days?!?! Who does Acree service then???? I neither wanted a discount using AHS or to even go through AHS. I did however, want a military discount. I just cant deal with incompetent though. Even if it were free, I wouldn't want this company in my home. Too bad ACREE AIR and Plumbing, you lost my business and ALL my friends' business. I will be sure to continue to post my review so that all can see. Thank you for the wonderful experience! (NOT!!!!)

Very unprofessional sales team. Tried to bait and switch me on their pricing multiple times. Then the """"Sales Manger"""" called me later and tried to cover it up so I would not make waves. I am pretty knowledgeable when it comes to HVAC. Compared to the other bids I received, Acree was very secretive and would not share any details on their very high priced quotes and only wanted to discuss bottom line price. This is why you should always get at least 3 Bids for a purchase this large. I am now buying """"2"""" new 4 ton units from another company that was very open and detailed every phase and all costs. Do your homework, we have vast resources on the internet to help us make informed decisions. You would think the Acree sales team would understand bait and switch sales tactics of the past should be left in the past. Very disappointing.

DO NOT USE ACREE AIR They say they are a Christian company but take advantage of seniors especially charging $2000 more for a unit than they should! SHAME on your company !!

If negative stars were allowed, Acree Plumbing, Air & Electric would get negative 5 stars. I hired Acree Air to service my new HVAC systems in December of 2023 for my 1-year-old house. Acree removed part of the drainage lines on both HVACs, installing a new line which incorporated a removable cap, which allowed a hose to be attached to the line so the line could be flushed. Unfortunately, one of the two lines broke within six months. Acree charged me ~$400.00 to fix the drainage line that they installed just six months prior. Literally 4 days later, the same exact line broke. I called Acree to fix it, and their tech said he was not able to fix the line. I fought with Acree for six weeks. Finally, one of their managers spoke with me and said he would take the issue up with the other managers and owner. The same tech who incorrectly installed it the first time, came out to fix it. He was perturbed and a bit rude. In the end, the tech and Acree did fix the line (the one they installed three times now). Acree scheduled my bi-annual service (which I have already paid for) for early August. The day prior to this appointment, Acree called me to inform me they appointment was being cancelled because their tech was sick. Reluctantly I rescheduled for 3 weeks later. The receptionist told me the new appointment would have a DO NOT RESCHEDULE note next to it. Acree was a no show for today's appointment. I was told by Acree the tech went home sick. I informed her the appointment was supposed to have a DO NOT RESCHEDULE note next to it, which she verified it did. Then the receptionist informed me Acree had called me and left a voice message. I was home all day and had my phone next to me. There was no call, and certainly no message left on my voicemail. This was a flat out lie. I have had enough of the extremely poor customer service provided by Acree. I cancelled my contract (even though it was paid in full). Acree has failed on every level possible.

The absolute worst run company I have ever come across. They tricked us into a monthly membership and all they have done in 3 weeks is gotten us to spend a couple thousand dollars, break our AC, send someone out to fix it that has no idea what he was doing- he actually spent 4 hours watching YouTube trying to figure it out, and lastly leave us without AC during Christmas week. We had another appointment today that they never showed up to and when I called and asked for a supervisor they said they usually leave around 4 and don't want to be contacted once they leave. Worst customer service and company ever!

High pressure sales tactics, scare tactics, rude and unprofessional. One or two of their staff were great, the rest were warmed over car salesmen. A manager actually yelled over the phone """"you're not listening"""" because I was wanting to cancel my service membership. They send 1 man to do a 2 man job, requiring my brother to help him carry equipment! They damaged my gate, which they did repair but they did not bring it to my attention when they did it so I had to chase them to get it taken care of. Poor communication. I have severed all ties with this company.

I called them for a clogged toilet, they quoted me $675.00 to snake the drain, i said """"no"""" paid $79 service call fee. Then called another plumber who charged me $175 to remove the toilet and snake the drain. I wasted $79 calling Acree but wasn't ripped off for another $500

Very inexperienced techs. More interested in upselling than fixing the problem. Their incompetence ended up costing thousands of dollars to fix with another company.
