I called them for a clogged toilet, they quoted me $675.00 to snake the drain, i said """"no"""" paid $79 service call fee. Then called another plumber who charged me $175 to remove the toilet and snake the drain. I wasted $79 calling Acree but wasn't ripped off for another $500

I have used them for both my new AC unit and backflow replacement. Very responsive and all the technicians are great. Jermaine Smith is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional!

I can say their answering service has really nice people however I booked an appointment at 9:25 am for Sunday, September 10th ( My Birthday) for a Plumber. My toilet was leaking. I turned off my water but it needed new connector and possibly a Toilet fill valve. I went to hardware store and purchased just in case and booked between (3-5pm today) I had to be home all day because the water was still dripping and I had to empty the bucket. Guess What? No one showed up. I called several times requesting status update ( crickets)! I had called before Acree a couple plumbers who did return my call and I told them I booked with Acree and said, Thank you. This was my experience and I can honestly say this was not how I wanted to spend my Birthday and my plans for dinner was ruined because I was unable to even take a shower. Acree tech finally said they could come tomorrow. I do not feel I can trust them. Would you? I did book another Plumber for tomorrow.

Awful experience. Pick any other company. Got a quote that someone would be at my house between 6 and 8 PM. Was told songs on the way at 6:30, it's after 9:00 pm and they're still not here

Very disappointed in my last plumbing service call. Was told the pipe in my main bathroom had collapsed (without doing any scope or diagnostics to confirm this) and will need to pull up tub and redo piping - quote $3500 (with my 10% """"membership discount""""). My brother in law is a plumber and I waited for him to come in town. It took less than 3 min to snake it and it unclogged. I feel so terrible that people are being treated like this and just take their word for it.

Dear Kim V Your response proves that Acree Air needs to be shut down. Pricing was not the issue. Lying about the systems condition, lying about needing ductwork, never checking anything with diagnostic equipment, lying about a coil leak that didn't exist, Not even putting unit back together properly, and service techs that obvious have no real clue what their doing. Probably do to improper training. I have talked to 5 previous employers soon their knowledge of how you run your business will be public knowledge. As for pricing, to be SEVERAL thousands of dollars above competition was all part of the outright scammers Acree Air has become. Kim if your really the business owner you should be ashamed of your reply on Yelp. Believe me Acree Air's future is bleak. People will know who your Company is and what kind of service you provide. You can't fix Stupid. As for your comment on levels of equipment, more lies. You now use York. Come on, Junk compared to Daikin. I was told you don't use anymore do to unavailability of parts. Wow more lies. There is not a part that can't be gotten within a day. Shoot even Ferguson in Tampa has all parts or complete units in stock. Also stocks Goodman.

Worse company EVER! I will be pursuing a lawsuit against them because of their negligence and the fact that they have NO idea what they are doing. Please be aware and never use this company. The fact that you can't get a manager on the phone is telling. They have absolutely no customer service skills and sincerely do not care about anything they do. All they want is money. I can't go into specifics because of the case but I just want people to be aware and for the love of god, choose a different company!!!

I have been a member for 3 years, which is supposed to mean priority in service. This is the third time this week that they have canceled my repair appointment. my house is currently 88 degrees, which I reported to them. They didn't care. I had a maintenance appointment at the beginning of summer, and this issue should have been detected. Second year in a row that the AC stops working after scheduled maintenance. This company has terrible customer service and zero loyalty to its members.

Did not show up for appointment. I called to check status. Was told appointment had to be rescheduled for the next day with discount. The next day they did not call or show up for rescheduled appointment.

I had Pat come out for an estimate to replace my air conditioning unit. It was working intermittently. Pat determined that the compressor was shot and we would need a new air conditioning unit. I asked for a quote for the """"good, better, or best"""" air conditioners that they sold. I only got an estimate for the middle priced air conditioner Pat said it was a lot of work to work up a second estimate. Pat cut off the compressor unit from the outside telling me that if I left it on and it failed it would ruin the electrical systems in my house. That is blatantly false. Furthermore, he disabled the compressor from outside; leaving me, unable to have even intermittent air conditioning. I did not know how turn on the switch he the cut off for the AC outside. I think he did this to pressure me into buying the AC unit immediately. I would never in 1 million years use this contractor for anything. And their estimate for an inferior conditioning system (York) was more than double the estimate I got for a Lennox air conditioning unit from another vendor. Not only are they dishonest they're a rip off .
