Bernie spent about 1/2 hour on the phone with me listening to my problem and educating me on possible causes and solutions. He seemed knowledgable and professional. He didn't need to take that much time out of his day to speak to a total stranger like me without compensation, but he did. By the end of the conversation I felt very comfortable with him. Bernie just finished closing up our septic and running a new line to the city sewer for us. He came in with the best bid and was very efficient. Bernie got the permits, approval and work done in 2 weeks. It wasn't an easy job. We thought we would need a grinder due to bad slope but Bernie was able to make magic and we wound up not needing one. After the work was done his team cleaned up and the yard still looked pretty decent. He's easy to work with, smart and reliable.

I was so pleased to have this company help me with a 1960 home. In the old part of Woodland Hills. Nicest person and knew so much about the way to carefully get the lid off without breaking the main water line. Also I was surprised to learn that my tank was 1000 gal and not 500 like the looser pumper told me 20 years ago. That looser, stupid previous pumper messed my life up with Dept Building Safety when I wanted to get a permit for an addition. Cost me dearly. Many many thousands, 20 years ago. INSTEAD, Acosta did the job, measured my 1000 gal tank. Great price and less than one hour. Thanks again Acosta! Will be passing on your service to everyone and anyone!

I had Acosta & Sons locate my septic tank, install a new riser and pump the tank. After getting a fair estimate from their office staff, Bernie came out at no cost and checked out the situation, giving me a detailed quote, along with some thoughtful ideas of how to most efficiently improve my system. They were personable, knowledgeable and fairly priced. Aside from one scheduling snafu they were great. They did the work efficiently and carefully. I would definitely recommend them and I will be calling them again next time I need service for my septic system.
