We bought a house that had two neglected septic systems. We paid lots to have them inspected by another company and they wanted $80,000 to replace them. Acosta and Sons was able to come in and repair them, with a 10 year warranty for under $10,000. Keep in mind this is two systems, one of them is 70 years old. The crew was great, the communication was great, they finished the job faster than expected and it turned out perfect.

Our house needed a septic pump after these last few rains from Dec 2022- Jan 23, and I did some searching. A few places were not available until next Wednesday (Thursday as of writing this) and Acosta & Sons mentioned Monday. This was fine, but I got a call not even an hour later telling me the guy could be here in 40 minutes. It helps if your tank is accessible, (no digging needed) the serviceman was here and gone in 20 minutes.

Bernie spent about 1/2 hour on the phone with me listening to my problem and educating me on possible causes and solutions. He seemed knowledgable and professional. He didn't need to take that much time out of his day to speak to a total stranger like me without compensation, but he did. By the end of the conversation I felt very comfortable with him. Bernie just finished closing up our septic and running a new line to the city sewer for us. He came in with the best bid and was very efficient. Bernie got the permits, approval and work done in 2 weeks. It wasn't an easy job. We thought we would need a grinder due to bad slope but Bernie was able to make magic and we wound up not needing one. After the work was done his team cleaned up and the yard still looked pretty decent. He's easy to work with, smart and reliable.
